今天是八月十六，正是赏月的最佳时间。吃完晚饭，我和家人带上月饼、水果等到楼顶去赏月。

我们上去之后，先把月饼、水果、刀叉等摆好，就开始边吃月饼边赏月，好温馨的天伦之乐!

举头望天，本以为可以看到一轮皎洁的明月，可这时月亮却和我们捉起了迷藏，躲到白云的后面去了。此时，我才明白苏东坡为什么如此感慨“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全”。

过了一会，月亮慢慢地从云后面露出了笑脸，很像一个害羞的小姑娘，犹抱琵琶半遮面，不肯以真面目示人。在我们全家的共同期待下，月亮终于慢慢地露出了庐山真面目。很圆很圆，犹如一个白玉盘，这让我想起了一句古诗：“小时不识月，呼作白玉盘。又疑瑶台镜，飞在青云端。”

此时，月亮洁白无暇，闪闪发光，传说中的和氏璧恐怕也没有如此温润、纯净。看着，看着，月亮之上好像有人在翩翩起舞。我想，那一定就是嫦娥吧，她一个人在清冷凄凉的月宫孤独地“起舞弄清影”。此时，她一定后悔当初吞吃了灵药，要不然，在这花好月圆的中秋之夜，她一定可以和心爱的后羿共享天伦之乐。为此，诗人李商隐送给她一句诗：“嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心”。唉，一失足成千古恨哪!

月亮慢慢地升高，银灰色的清辉洒满大地，月光如水水如天。面对此情此景，教语文的老妈吟诵起唐朝诗人张若虚《春江花月夜》里的一句诗：“江天一色无纤尘，皎皎空中孤月轮”。

在这个美好的夜晚，我希望天下所有人都阖家团圆，共度一个月圆人更圆的中秋之夜!

越是无能的人越是喜欢乱发脾气，越是卓越的人越是不显山露水，成功者都是理智、从容的人，优秀者都是明理豁达的人。人的情绪就像是一座沉寂的火山一样，如果你一直让自己的精神处在生气、抱怨、颓废、消沉的边缘地带，那么终有一天你心中的活火山就会爆发，然后造成一个害人害己、得不偿失的不良局面。因此，你一定要懂得收敛、调节、管控自己的情绪，因为只有真正做到怒不过夺，喜不过予、形不于色之后，那么你才能真正赢得别人的尊重。

儿时的时候，我对“成长”这个词是懵懂的，当那一双温暖宽厚的手为我当去风霜，为我遮去雨水，将那最好的递给我，那一记关心的眼神，那一件暖心的棉袄和那如水柔缓而汹涌的爱填满了我幼年的岁月，那时的我，沉浸在甜水里，就像吃了块蜜糖，四溢着芬芳与甜蜜。哦，成长是甜的。

长大些了，柠檬的“酸涩”也一点点在我的成长中弥漫，不知是不是成长的原因，母亲和我，再也回不去那个一起将悄悄话，一起讲故事的时候了，现在想起来，如果永远不长大，该多好呵，心里溢着一股心酸，像酸梅，酸到你牙疼。哦，成长是酸的。

岁月匆匆，总能留下许多美好，骄傲的证明与痕迹，记录了以往的辛勤付出与努力的成果。当捧着一张张金红而耀眼光辉的奖状时，一种振奋与喜悦激动的情绪充满了我的思绪，那种激奋与兴奋，就好像刺激又带着甜的可乐。哦，成长也是辣的。

我们一家三口来了一次说走就走的旅行!目的地是——北海。

我的脑子里早已浮现出这样的画面：蔚蓝的大海，白色的云朵，一阵暖风吹来，海面掀起一片翻滚的浪花，浪花平息，落下的时候又像千万条纵横交错的银练，打到水里，散开奇幻的螺旋桨波纹……

终于来到了白浪滩，我立刻穿好美美的泳衣，向大海跑去。

忽然，一阵疼痛像音波般传向大脑，低头一看，沙滩上全是尖头海螺，如果不小心，脚会挨割的!

我掂着脚小心翼翼地走着，好不容易才走到海里，真的，跟我想象的一模一样!蔚蓝的大海，翻滚的白浪，海面上活泼的海鸥，真是美丽的天堂啊!

海面上，浪花朵朵，一浪高过一浪，像一场接力赛。我和爸爸来到海的较深处，静静地享受着浪花的波澜起伏。洁白的浪花时而温柔，像母亲的手抚摸着我的身体，时而凶猛，像一头野兽向我们奔来，我们就像浪花的玩物一样，一会被冲到西，一会被冲到东。突然，一阵很大的浪花似乎找到了猎物——我们，它几乎不给我们任何准备，不分青红皂白就把我冲倒了!

我的嘴里全是海水，像含着一把盐，嘴里还有一丝苦味。

你海水能有多厉害?我才不怕呢!看见不远处一阵大浪，我“毫不畏惧”地冲上去，企图用身体阻止它前进!

这巨浪把我冲倒了，像千万只白色骏马踏过我的身体!我的鼻子嘴巴被海水灌满，别提多难受了!我一抹脸，生气地问：“这个浪不大!为什么会把我冲倒?”

“哈哈，”爸爸笑着说：“大自然很强大，你小小人怎么可能对抗得了大自然!刚才那是头浪!”

被晶莹的浪花冲了N遍后，在欢声笑语中，我和爸爸妈妈收拾好泳衣，就回酒店了。

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

童年是一杯谈谈的茶，让人回味无穷，童年是雨后的彩虹，五颜六色，色彩缤纷，童年是日落的夕阳，是人无限向往。一步入初中，我就知道，童年已不再属于我，可我多么希望，时光能够倒流，让我再一次感受童年的快乐。

时光又追溯到那天。

头顶是交错而过的天线，分割着不明不暗的天空，云很低很低，挂在狭长的天空上。我手里拿着溢满了红色印迹的试卷，鲜红的分数像无数把刀插入心脏，那种钝重的疼痛让我窒息。我不敢回家，怕见到那一次又一次失望的眼神，怕见到饭桌上热气腾腾的饭菜。我游荡在街上，像一具行尸走肉。沿街的繁华和市井气息缠绕在一起，像电影背景般向身后卷去。

Many years ago, some scholars were strongly against the certification of

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

that swimming skill is necessary for degree. It has been the hot issue, then

many people give their opinions.

On the one hand, some people are favorable of this regulation, because

swimming skill is really important. Most of the accidents happened in the river.

The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

job. They are equipped with many skills and are capable of a lot of things.

Their ability has nothing to do with swimming skill.

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

can be got by many ways.

一年四季，我最喜欢秋天。因为秋天是一个丰收的季节，不仅让我们品尝美味的果实，而且还能让我们欣赏到美丽的风景。秋天还是一个五彩缤纷的季节，我打算和爸爸妈妈一起去观察秋天树叶的变化。

同学们，如果你们有时间，周末可以去野外观察一下，寻找秋天树叶的变化!

本来以为，进入中学的四年是美好的、快乐的。而当我真正走进我的中学时代时，才突然感受到其实它也有苦涩，就像一把锁……

为此我烦恼、痛苦、失落、挣扎……就这样，逃避一直悄无生息地蒙住我的双眼，直到我彻底迷失方向。我从未想过，寻找到钥匙，去打开心中的锁。

我在好几次考试中都失败了。当老师发下卷子，上面那刺眼的红色数字映入我眼帘时，那一刻，我的大脑空白。心中那把锁，再一次扣得更紧了。我低垂自己的双眼，我不想看到老师失望的目光，同学讥讽的眼神，父母失望的表情。我不知道该如何面对那把沉重的锁，除了逃避，我仿佛没有任何选择。

那段日子，我一直恍恍惚惚，整个人仿佛都被掏空了，留下的只是一个被锁住的躯壳。我开始失落，一直心不在焉，一直泪流满面，那段时间我仿佛失去了自己。

妈妈看在眼中，急在心里。周末，她拉着我一起看视频，视频里讲述的是：我国科普作家高士其，在外国留学时，有一次做实验，一个装有培养脑炎过滤性病毒的玻璃瓶子破裂了，病毒侵入了他的小脑。从此留下了身体致残的祸根。他忍受着病毒的折磨，学完了芝加哥大学细菌学的全部博士课程。回国以后，他拖着半瘫的身子，到达延安工作。解放后病情恶化，说话和行动都十分困难，连睁眼、合眼都需要别人帮助。但他仍以惊人的吃苦精神进行创作，先后写成100多万字的作品。有人问他苦不苦，他笑着说：“不苦!因为我每天都在斗争，斗争是有无穷乐趣的。”

是啊，逆境奋争，苦中寻乐!我仿佛找到了那把开锁的钥匙，这种感觉蔓延了我的思想，我要努力!

我欣喜若狂，找回了钥匙。慢慢地，初中时期开始散发它的色彩。因为只有当烦恼与快乐并存时才是最美的它。

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

Let’s work together to create and sustain out green and fresh environment.

On May 12, 2008, there was an earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan

province. More than 69000 people had lost their lives, 374643 people had injured

and 17923 people could not be found in this earthquake. After the earthquake had

happened, people from all the field joined the rescue teams. At that moment,

people only care about one thing, that was to save more people from this

disaster and encourage the injure to be strong. After seven day, the chairman

declared that May 19 is the national day of mourning. Flags were at half-mast

everywhere on the day of mourning for victims of Wenchuan earthquake.

The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

earthquake, on one hand, is to remind people do not forget that day, don’t

forget about the past and look into the future; on the other hand, is to

encourage the survivers to stay strong. Life is worth living for.

Although Earthquake had destroyed our home, but we can build a brand-new

one. We can rebuild our hope. Just as Nixon said so, our destiny offers not the

cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity. So let us seize it, not in fear,

but in gladness. Just have a little faith. Just try to remember that everything

will be alright. We will find what we are looking for in the future.

Since we were born as a little baby, we get help from others all the time.

Our parents raise us, our teachers teach us and our friends company us.

Therefore, it’s important for us to be grateful to those people who give us a

hand. Being grateful is a way to show them our appreciation and our love. No one

in the world is supposed to love us without any conditions. Moreover, Being

grateful to others and to what you get can lead you are ready to help others,

too. I think this is the most important impact on people that being grateful. If

we are all show our appreciation to others and then help others, we could build

This year, because of the new crown epidemic, my mother and I watched the

first lesson at home. The most impressive is the story of Grandpa Qian Xuesen.

Grandpa Qian Xuesen is a famous scientist and aerodynamicist in the world. After

finishing college in China, he went to the United States at public expense

because of his excellent grades. After finishing his doctorate, he wanted to

return to China to work, but the United States disagreed. Grandpa Qian Xuesen

overcame all kinds of unexpected difficulties and finally returned to his

motherland, becoming one of the most important scientists in New China. Without

him, there would be no Chinese missiles. Without him, there would be no Chinese

manned space vehicles.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! Its my honor to tell you about the

changes of mySchool.

When you walk around our school, you can see various flowers and trees

everywhere. At the same time, you can smell the taste, breathe fresh air. Its a

nice place for us to study.

Please look at the new building over there. Its our library that was

painted white again this year. It not only looks more beautiful, but also has

increasingly more books than before. Reading different kinds of books can

enhance our horizons and increase our knowledge. I still remember I entered the

school two years ago, the library was old enough and I always couldnt find my

favorite comic books. Therefore, I often complained to my classmates that the

library was out of fashion that we were not able to learn fresh knowledge in

it.

What was even worse, as a member of school basketball team, my partners and

I had few chances to practice, as the playground was too small to play and full

of so many students after school. Luckily, I dont have to worry about that

anymore, because our playground is large enough for all of us to play games, and

My school has changed a lot, for it is more beautiful and modern. I love my

school.

ncreased stress results in increased productivity--up to a point. However,

this level differs for each of us. Its very much like the stress on a violin

string. Not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. Too much makes sharp, annoying

noir, or causes the string to snap. However, just the right degree can create

magnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress

that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Good

health is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robust

state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and

inseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. I hope you will

join me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can work

for you. and make you more productive, rather than self-destructive.

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

He goes to the hospital very early before I get up, and comes back home after I

sleep. But I doesn’t matter at all, he is hero to me. He devotes almost all the

time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have

dignity, integrity, honor, and most of all, be helpful to others. This affected

me deeply, so I work hard so that someday I could be the man like my father.

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

When someone asks me: What is your Chinese dream? I will answer it without

any hesitation: to be a good doctor. The reason why I want to be a doctor is

that I want to save people’s lives as possible as I can. When I was young, I had

a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me back to life.

From then on, to be a good doctor has always been an inspiration to me. I will

study hard to make sure that my dream will come true in the future.

Chinese dream is made up of every ordinary people’s dreams. We should do

our best to make our dream come true.
