小学时的体育课一般都是让我们自由活动。但在初中开始有正规的体育老师给我们上课。记得前几天的一节体育课老师要求举行一次跑步测试。听到这个消息，我犹如五雷轰顶，我是个争强好胜的人，在其它方面我绝对不亚于别人，但独有运动是我的致命弱点。我，一时慌了，身体麻木的走向操场迎接我的，将是一场嘲笑吧……

如我所料，我成了倒数第四名，虽然没有我想象中的那么可怕，但我还是从许多的同学眼里看到了“明目张胆”的歧视与瞧不起……

从那一次后，我便下定决心——一定要多做运动，把体育练好。因此我一直在为下一次体育测试做准备，这主要归功于母亲。自从那一次后，我向母亲埋怨过，她还是那么严厉，并为我制定了一连串的运动计划。我知道她的苦心，也一直暗自努力，跟自己较劲。因为，“倒数”这个名词对我来说太恐怖了!其实，我并不怪那些曾近嘲笑过我的人，或许就是就是他们激励我，让我有勇气直视这个缺点，并加以改正。

这便是我与体育的故事，我的身体素质确实不比别人好，但我认为——只要肯努力，我的体育成绩就一定能提高!

With the development of information industry, there are more and more

people shopping online. Shopping online means shopping on the Internet without

going out. Therefore, on the one hand, shopping online has its advantage. One

the other hand, shopping on line also has its disadvantage.

First of all, shopping online is very convenient. People can buy thing only

they have a computer, which can surf the Internet. They don’t need to go out on

这类事儿，还真不少：有一位车主在路上一路狂奔，超速了几十码，有一只猫从他的车前跑过，被他的车轧伤。他只听见了一声猫叫。本以为那位车主会掉头，转过去看那只可伶的小猫，送它去医院，没想到，他竟然开得更快了，还闯了红灯!不承担，就会使你失去自己的理智，难道不是吗?

不过，生活中还是有负责任的人的，我在一次看视频中，就感慨良深：一位正值弱冠的年轻小伙子，提着一个大麻袋，拿着一个夹子，在路上捡垃圾。不管是不是他仍的;不管别人对他的指指点点;更不管别人对他的唾弃，“大学生竟然出来捡垃圾!肯定混的不怎么样。”他依然我行不素地将道路清理干净。承担责任，是世界共享的美德。

还记得我三年级的寒假，妈妈微笑着对我说：“金峰，你这学期表现非常出色，我们一家去哈尔滨看冰雕，明天就去!”我高兴得一蹦三尺高：“太棒了!”

在火车上，我激动得一会儿问爸爸：“爸，哈尔滨冷不冷?”一会儿又问妈妈：“妈，冰雕什么颜色，长什么样啊?”可我每次得到的回答都是：“看把你激动得，到了你就知道了。”虽然人没到哈尔滨，可我的心已经飞到那座冰的城堡了……

来看冰雕的人真多啊!宽阔的道路被游客挤得水泄不通，简直可以用“人山人海”来形容了。进入城堡，首先映入眼帘的，是那一个个银光闪闪、晶莹透亮的冰雕，上面挂了许多霓虹灯。颜色不仅变化迅速，而且还循环不止：由红而紫，由紫而蓝，由蓝而绿……这些霓虹灯披在冰雕上面，让冰雕栩栩如生。冰雕有金字塔形状的，有东方明珠形状的……还有许多卡通形状的，像憨态可掬的熊大、熊二啊，像勇猛无比的孙悟空、好吃懒做的猪八戒啊……我最喜欢孙悟空了，因为它头上戴着一顶闪闪发光的紫金冠，身穿金银相间的战袍，背上披有鲜红的披风，脚踏透亮的白云，威风凛凛，可神气了。

最令我记忆犹新的是坐冰车。排队时，望着前面长长的队伍，我恨不得立刻能坐到冰车上体验那种刺激、惊险的狂飙速度。终于坐上冰车了，心情格外兴奋!冰车开始滑动了，两旁的冰雕飞一般地向后退，而眼前有一道道白光一闪而过，我感觉自己似乎在时光隧道里穿梭……冰车很快就围着城堡绕了一圈。我依依不舍地下了冰车，心里却仍然回味着坐冰车时的刺激和惊险。

回去的路上，我对爸爸妈妈说：“今天玩得真高兴，我们今天看到的冰雕真是惟妙惟肖、栩栩如生啊!但是，如果没有艺术工人们的精心雕刻、用心设计，这一切就不可能发生了。我要为他们的智慧、辛勤点赞!”

生活在这个复杂而又繁华的世界里，每个人都会遭受到周围人对你的不同眼光。有羡慕的、嫉妒的、喜爱的、欣赏的、讨厌的……

在我所学习和生活的校园里，我每天都会看见不同的人会用不同的眼光来对待未发生或者已经发生的事。

甲是我以前的同桌，学习也算是中等的，略差我一点点，可他从不气馁，一直把想要取得好成绩作为他学习的动力，想要使自己成为一个好学生作为目标，每天规划着今天该干什么，提前做好作业、认真复习等。经过他坚持不懈的努力，他终于取得了好成绩，在期末考试上他取得了优异的成绩，我看见了他的眼神中流露出的欣慰、满意、高兴、激动，我也很替她高兴，他终于成功了。老师的眼光里是欣赏的，同学的眼光了是羡慕的，而我却是不一样的欣赏。

乙是我的好朋友，虽然他的学习不太好，但她的性格开朗大方，从来不会因为自己是差生而自暴自弃。每每当她周围的人遇到挫折时，她总是可以很快的帮助他们，替他们分忧。那时，我看着他那张天真无邪的脸，眼光是欣赏的、敬佩的。一回月考成绩单发下来的时候，他的成绩出乎寻常的不理想，我生怕她难过，于是走过去想要安慰他，但没想到的是，他却笑着对我说：

“放心，我没事，只是这回月考不好，我就当它是一次我对只是的掌握程度不够，并没有那么重要，只要我自己努力了就行了!”

听着他的话，我自愧不如，以前我自己知道我考了那么差的成绩一定会要死要活的，而乙却能以正确的态度面对自己的错误，则是我所达不到的。

我隐约记得马云这样说过：“如果你毕业自名牌学校，你就用欣赏的眼光去看看别人;如果你毕业于像我们这样的三四流学校，就用欣赏的眼光看看自己。”

1月21日我满怀期待的从苏州冬令营回来，想到快乐的寒假生活马上要开始了，心情就特别激动!可是回到家爸爸妈妈却对我说：“今年去温州外婆家和海南的旅程要取消了。”我一听，心中充满了失望。

爸爸妈妈解释道：“因为中国最近有着新型冠状病毒，为了大家的安全，所以只能待在家里。”

我十分失望!我曾经想象着美好的假期，和妹妹一起在海南的沙滩上捉着小螃蟹，太阳暖洋洋的照在沙滩上，照在大海上，照在树上……可是，一回想起“取消旅程”这四个字，我就十分的失望，又十分的生气，为什么新型冠状病毒，就能让我们取消旅程，是不是爸爸妈妈太小题大做了呢?我和妈妈理论，还和妈妈发了脾气，明明答应我的旅程就这样取消了，可妈妈说这事非同小可，我是小孩子还体会不到，我听了妈妈的话，生气地回到房间，重重地把门关上，一个人默默哭泣。我真的好失望!

后来，我通过新闻与网络，了解这新型冠状病毒。原来新型冠状病毒是一个具有快速传播的病毒，得了新型冠状病毒的人，可能会传播别的人，就这样，一传十，十传百……所以我们要待在家里，不出门才能更好的防止病毒传播。我似乎慢慢地开始理解妈妈说的话了，心中的失望和生气也渐渐的消除了。

待在家的日子一天天的过去了，每天听爸爸妈妈说最近的疫情状况，被病毒感染的人也越来越多!除了湖北，我们浙江的温州乐清也是重灾区，那里正是外婆家，我十分担心外公外婆和舅舅他们!

外公和舅舅作为村里的党员，每天都在参加防疫工作，还有很多的医护人员他们负重前行战斗在疫情的前线，我生活的城市里有医生、警察、党员很多很多的工作人员他们都为了保护我们城市的人民安全，都在无私的奉献着，就像我在新闻中看到过的一句话：“你们呆的家正是他们回不去的家啊。”是啊，呆在家的日子还是可以和家人一起快乐的生活，这不也是个美好的假期吗?

我不再感到失望，虽然病毒打乱了我们生活的节奏，但是我相信春天也会很快的来临，那时候春暖花开，没有病毒，没有口罩，我们在阳光下尽情地玩耍!

生活，不过是发现的代名词。发现源于生活。“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”，有些发现很意外，在不经意间，就能发现小生命的存在。

我曾经水培了一株风信子。一开始的种球长得很不讨人喜欢。种子长得很像蒜，外层包围着着许多褐色的外皮，根部很短小，好似一个“泥娃娃”。芽尖凹出一个小包，像蒜的蒜瓣。我实在不大喜欢它的样子丢在脑后。

过了一两周，我在打扫房间时，无意间拉开窗帘，却看到不一的景象，在那不讨人喜欢的种球下长出了“万条垂下绿丝绦”般长长的根。芽尖变成了一小丛花苞，它们一个个簇拥而至，花苞微微张开，发出淡淡的花香。这株风信子，犹如丑小鸭推变成白天鹅，让我增加了对它的关注。

渐渐地，我却又淡忘了这段奇景。有天突然又想起来，便又去掀开窗帘，瞬间香气袭人，桂馥兰香。花已经开了，由一小朵一小朵花紧紧挤在一起，像一团锦簇的花球。屹立在中央的是金黄色的花蕊，随风摇曳。

这或许就是一次发现，很细微，很渺小。发现更像观察，或许更突然吧。

在春天来临之际，我曾经意外的走到一个小池塘，看到了无数活泼的小黑点——那是蝌蚪。它们将新产的卵包围起来，运送到“目的地”。大自然有这么多小生命，顽强的生存的，以至于保护生命，是多么的奇妙。

达尔文从小便热爱观察发现。发现，可以让我们更好的去感悟大自然。感悟生命的变化，生命的轮回。大雁南飞，候鸟春归，往往一些生活中常见的事物更能使我们发现。“春有百花秋有月，夏有凉风冬有雪”，四季如歌，各有各的风采，更值得我们去发现。

Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more

serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water

pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on

a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a

large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for

the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas

stations are short of gasoline, even the government has raise the price so many

times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance.

However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted

water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the

environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

could be a better place to live in.

I am terribly sorry to tell you that I am unable to attend your birthday

part next Thursday evening. That is owing to the fact that my younger brother

suddenly fell ill and was taken to a hospital this morning. I have to go there

immediately and take care of him. As told by the doctor in charge, it will take

around five days for him to recover and I have asked my boss for a leave.

I really regret that I cannot go to celebrate your birthday personally and

would miss the perfect chance of enjoying myself with all our old friends. I

跑了多久已没了记忆。只知道，我不断越过身边的人，向远方跑去。我，到底能够跑多远多久呢?

不知是天意还是巧合，我毅然决定去跑步，在这个天微微亮的星期六早上。悠闲的心境让我呼吸平和，脚步稳健，就这样一直地、一直地跑着。

道路依旧，空气的味道也仍然未变，但我的烦恼却随着汗水荡然无存。我就这样一直地、一直地向前奔跑。

没有对手，没有领先，我仿佛是一个电能即将消耗殆尽的时钟，指针指在原地不断地摆动，我是否该停下来，提早结束这十圈的任务?真的就是如此吗?真的要在挫折困难面前停下脚步吗，低下头认输吗?不，只要意识尚在，就只能一步一步地跑下去，我擦擦汗，就这样一直地、一直地跑着。

我又来到了一个湖面，这里可脏了，鱼儿都死光了，没一点生机。一个小女孩在湖边走着，发现了我并把我捞起来。她看到我承载的心愿，也写下了自己的愿望：“请保护环境，地球上剩下的最后一滴水，也许就是人类的眼泪!”

我继续漂呀漂，一个阿姨把我打捞起来，兴高采烈地把我带回了家。她的女儿看见了我，好奇地问：“妈妈，给我看看，我想要。“小女孩把我的瓶塞拧开，看见了里面大家的心愿，她惭愧地说：“我以后一定要保护环境，我真后悔以前浪费水呀!”说着，就把我放在了她的书桌上。

First of all you must listen and then repeat and repeat until you can use

the language easily. in other words, you have to build up language habits in

english just as you build up english habits in your own language. to sum up, we

must bear in mind that nobody can learn to swim for you. nobody can learn to

play ball for you. nobody can learn english for you. its up to you. you must

learn for yourself and you will learn if you really want to and are willing to

practice.

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

The moment I go to high school, I have made up my mind to study hard. It is

known to all that the period of high school is the turning point of people’s

life, which may decide my future career. So I know the importance of striving

for my future. The reason why I study so hard are various. First, I want my

parents to be proud of me. When my mothers’ friends come to visit her, they

always brag about how excellent their children are, but my mother would never

take me as the topic, because she does not want me to have the pressure. I

appreciate what my mother does to me and really want her to be proud of me.

Second, If I enter a good university, I can have the promising future. It is

time for me to return my parents’ love.

在我们的成长中，可能会遇到各种烦恼。而这些烦恼就像是荆棘一样在脑中留下烙印，而同时这些烦恼也会把我们引领到成熟，让我们更加优秀!

我成长中的烦恼……唉!我成长中的烦恼就是——成绩还是不理想。

实话告诉你们吧!在小学三年级以来，我一直是一个地地道道的差生。每天都为之烦恼。我为什么是差生?我为什么考不出高分?我难道一辈子都注定我是差生吗?我不相信。每天，我们都市坐在同一个教室上课，每天都是同一个老师教授，做的还是一样的卷子，为什么他们可以那么优异!而我却是这样，为什么我发不上奖状，为什么我的分数那么低?难到我命中注定低人一等吗?我不服气，我也不我也不相信。

我还要考学，我还要工作，我还要有一个安定的生活。但在这之上，还要学习。我顿时，陷入沉思当中……唉!学好习就那么难吗?我暗自对自己说：“你，就是你，要干什么呀!你怎么能这样懦弱?你!你到底想怎么办呀?难道你这几年得学就想这样一直委靡不振吗?我告诉你，不行。你为什么要这样软弱，我告诉你，我看不起你。”

为什么?为什么学习这么难?我不用心吗?我太贪玩了吗?我这到底是怎么了?我成长的希望就这样葬送在这里了吗?学习，学习，学习就是这么难吗?我每次都渴望自己考出一个高分。但想象很美好，现实却是残酷的。唉!难道一个高分对我来说就是高不可攀的吗?难道这就是不可以满足我一下。最终，还是要成长的，学总是要学的。为什么要这样平庸无淡?为什么不可以爆发我的小宇宙呢?我真的这么平淡无奇吗?我真的没有潜力吗?为什么，为什么，为什么?到底是为什么呀!难道只能有平淡的我，平淡的成绩，平淡的将来!

我不相信，我要努力努力再努力，我要爆发自己的潜力，燃烧吧!小宇宙。
