我从未想过，我会对一个素不相识的人感到好奇，还有那一方山水，一间老石屋和那一袭蓝色布衣。

那是几年前的春天，一场小雨刚刚下过。我去了天目山，这座山刚开始被开发。我想在它成为钢筋水泥之前，看看它最后的素颜。

绕过聚集的工程机械，爬上已经被剖开的山坡，我向着山的深处迈进。山路越走越窄，路边的野草却越发茂盛。雨后山间的空气清新而湿润，时不时飘来兰花的幽香。眼前的风景美的令我窒息，柔和的阳光挤过树枝，把金色的丝绸碎片细密的撒在布满苔藓的乱石上，布下圈圈耀眼的光斑。小溪清澈见底，细小的鱼儿在石隙间快活地穿梭。

山路逐渐被陡峭的巨石代替，石面上有规律的分布着一些坑槽，蜿蜒着通向山顶。当我手脚并用的翻过最后一座巨石，一间老石屋映入眼帘。它静静坐落在石山上，影子随意的斜映一旁。它的骨架是一块块透着黑色光泽的石头，多年的风雨已经看不出雕琢的痕迹。它身披一些瘦弱的爬墙虎，略显衣衫褴褛。我好奇的走上前去，发现屋后的巨石被琢成一个长方形石坑，山泉从石缝中偷偷地渗出来，汇聚成池。

随着一些声响，我绕过石屋，被眼前的一幕惊呆了。一位身穿蓝色布衣的老者正在专注的锄地，他头发灰白，整齐的束在脑后。个头不高，体型精瘦，长长的山羊胡飘在风中，真有几分仙风道骨的感觉呢!老者发现了我，却不惊讶，只是露出一种淡如茶的微笑。我按捺不住心里的好奇，上前跟他攀谈，得知老者是在山间修行的隐士。他指着山下那些机械告诉我：那些人曾让他下山，远离这清苦的生活，他只是摇摇头拒绝了。他目光矍铄眺望着远方，喃喃自语：我不能让他们毁了这地方……

夕阳西下，我与老者告别。回首望去，老者坐在红色的余晖中，那瘦长的身影似一根旗杆，屹立在山巅。

我至今仍好奇于老者无畏的信仰和对大自然的痴迷。觉得一身布衣的他，那座石屋，那一方山水，都应永恒的存在。

Nowadays, more and more middle-aged people are suffering from insomnia, as

life for the middle-aged is stressful indeed. For one thing, as they are the

backbones of their companies, they have plenty of things to do at work. And they

usually have to work overtime. For another, they have to take great

responsibilities at home, for their aged parents need to be supported and their

themselves and rest their brains. Taking a simple work after supper will be

beneficial for them. Besides, they can have a glass of milk before going to bed,

深秋的黄昏，荻带着一身的寂寞走进了一片枫林之中，脚下踩着那些干枯的、失去绿色的枫叶，不时地发出各种各样的响声。荻蹲下身去，捡起一枚，一滴眼泪竟无声地落在叶子上……

想到这里，我握紧了家人的手，望着那皎洁的月光，心中不住有了甜蜜幸福。世界上有一半的人并没有团圆吧。我现在至少还可以与这么多家人陪着我。我想到了妈妈为工作日夜奔波，就是为了让我们家过上好日子;我想到爸爸教育我时，那苦口婆心的样子;我想到了……

我，要怀着感恩过这个中秋节。

望着天空，团团黑云想要笼着月。月，急了，迫切地想要从那层层黑云露出个脸。她，要看后羿啊，看后羿在等她没呀。黑云冷笑着，越发变得疯狂。月，急忙扯下面纱，刹那间，月更亮了。她突破了重重阻挡，散发出了和谐的光芒。她静静地照耀着大地。

今天早上，爸爸妈妈说：“今天天气不错，我们全家去厦门旅游吧!”我和弟弟听了心情可激动了，真想此时此刻就飞到那个我心中无数次幻想的地方。

说走就走，爸爸说：“第一站先带你们去环岛沙滩玩。”我和弟弟听了一蹦三尺高。老爸自己开车一个多小时就到达目的地了，下了车呈现在我面前的是一望无际的大海，一下子我被这个干净文明的地方给迷住了。我禁不大声喊：“好美呀!厦门我终于见到你了。”

很快天黑了，爸爸带着我们去吃当地的特色小吃。吃完饭，我们还到处去逛了一下，然后就在一间酒店住下了。

第二天，爸爸说：“今天出发去鼓浪屿玩了。”首先我们来到轮渡码头买了船票，再去坐游轮，在游轮上我看到海水下面有很多鱼儿在游来游去，游轮的发动机声好像对它们来说都习以为常了，它们照样自由自在地在水里追逐、戏水。

坐在游轮上，有导游在介绍这鼓浪屿的特点和路线等等……最让我印象深刻的是这个小岛只能徒步不能坐车的，还有这里总共有三百多条路可以走。下了船，我们就近选了一条好走的路。沿着路走，很快我们就来到了日光岩，我在上去和下来的时候，每踩一步都很小心，也很害怕，担心会不会摔下去。爬完日光岩我们又来到钢琴博物馆，博物馆里有形形色色的钢琴，真想一一试弹一番，我心想：是不是世界各地的钢琴都聚集在这里了。

参观完钢琴博物馆，我们又岩沿着海边环岛小路一路游览一路观看，我们用了一整个下午才把鼓浪屿给观看一圈。天已慢慢暗下来了，我们的脚也走累了，这才依依不舍地回了家。

这次的厦门二日游真让我流连忘返!

“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青!”，这句诗虽出自宋代诗人文天祥之口，却道出了血性男儿的本色，同时也引发了世人对人生价值的思考。

我国古代著名的文学家司马迁曾经说过：“人固有一死，或轻于鸿毛，或重于泰山”，仔细想一想，没有人不愿自己的一生“重于泰山”。纵观人的一生，但凡一生“重于泰山”的人，总是给这个世界留下了有价值的东西，或物质的，或精神的。

而到底怎么做，才可以让自己留下的东西与世长存、为世世代代的人们传承呢?

对整天忙忙碌碌、毫无目的人来说，他们整天为生计而奔波，他们追求过、奋斗过，但生活带给他们太多太多痛苦、不幸，以至于使他们大多数人灰心丧气，过着得过且过、随波逐流的日子，这样的生活态度，注定他们一生碌碌无为，一事无成。

而伟人司马迁的人生轨迹也许会为你提供新的思考!

司马迁是一位史官，更是我国历史上一位伟大的文学家，他的著作《史记》，因被冠以“史家之绝唱，无韵之离骚”而彪炳史册。可是光环的背后，又有谁理解他的付出呢?从小他在父亲熏陶下，就立志要做“五百年出一位圣人”的圣人;特别是在生与死的考验面前，他选择接受屈辱的宫刑，苟且偷生的活着，为的是实现完成《史记》巨著的宏愿，终于在他有生之年，他的愿望得以实现。

从司马迁的事迹中，我们可以感受到，他留给世人的不仅仅是一部《史记》，还有他从小就立下志愿，让人敬仰的是在生死选择面前，毫无畏惧，勇敢的选择活下去的勇气!

在看看我们今天的社会，一部分人很早就是去生活的目标和勇气，他们的生活无既定的目标，只是随波逐流、得过且过，至于他们干一些蝇营狗苟、追腥逐臭事，人们也就毫不惊讶了。于是，我们的社会上也就有了“毒奶粉”、“地沟油”、“毒胶囊”等;也就有了裸官、官二代等。

Everyone has their own habit. I have some living habits. I will take off my

shoes and put on the slippers when I arrive home. And I get used to drink some

soup before having dinner. What’s more, I have to keep my room light on until I

fall asleep. If I am forced to change anything about this, I will be very

uncomfortable. For example, if I don’t wear slipper at home, I will be very

uncomfortable. If I can’t drink soup before dinner, I can’t eat anything. And I

can’t fall asleep if the light is off. This is my living habit. Maybe I will

Since I was small, I have heard about the Great Wall, it is very long, a

lot of people come to Beijingto watch it. In China, there is an old saying“One

who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero”. As it is so famous, I want to

the site when I have a chance. I see many pictures about the Great Wall on the

books, I also watch it through TV. Every time I see it, I feel so eager to reach

there. My father traveled there once, he took many pictures, this is the first

time I feel so close to the site. I must work hard, so I can have money to go to

there.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

来到山脚下，抬头望去，翠绿的松树屹立在山上，“万绿丛中一点红”的野花在含苞待放。进入山中，一行行茶树散发出一股淡淡的清香。沿着由路旁的树组成的小道上走着，小道上铺着厚厚的落叶，踩上去发出“吱吱”地响声，像一曲大自然创作的歌曲。兴奋的我“招花惹草”时不时捡起一个松果想瞧个明白，或者蹦蹦跳跳地往山顶奔去，把爸爸妈妈远远地甩在了后面。

我在山路上奔跑着，还没跑到半山腰，已经气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓了，脚底也滚烫烫的。只好对爸爸撒娇道：“背我一下嘛。”可是爸爸对我的央求视而不见，丢给我一句：“坚持一下，不要轻易放弃。”也就是这句话打开了我的记忆之门。

那是周末期间，我决心学会骑自行车。在家门口的空地上，我颤颤巍巍地坐在自行车上，父亲则握着车后座帮我保持平衡。几次爸爸的突然松手都使我屁股开花，当我想埋怨爸爸时，看到的是汗流浃背的他对我一笑：“坚持一下，不要轻易放弃。”爸爸都没有叫苦叫累，那我呢，更不能放弃了，在我们的共同努力下，我成功了。

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

在火车上，我激动得一会儿问爸爸：“爸，哈尔滨冷不冷?”一会儿又问妈妈：“妈，冰雕什么颜色，长什么样啊?”可我每次得到的回答都是：“看把你激动得，到了你就知道了。”虽然人没到哈尔滨，可我的心已经飞到那座冰的城堡了……

没错，自从五年前爸爸给我买来电脑后，我就一天天地熟悉它。到了去年，我已经和它结下了不解之缘。从那时候开始，我就想要在信息技术行业取得成就，为国家计算机事业做出贡献。

可是爸爸说我在这个行业中只能做“游戏测试员”，就是什么游戏新出来，总是先让我玩玩，报告游戏中有什么错误。我觉得他说的没有错，我最近一段时间老是玩游戏，那些FLASH之类的老也不用了。

最近几天，我萌生出了一个不好的想法：将我玩的那个网络游戏的服务器给黑了，将我的账号修改成最高级别。可是，我想了又想，这样做是不对的，而且被警察抓到也是不好的。而且当黑客也需要很高的电脑技术的。

成为IT行业的一员是我的理想，所以我要向这个目标前进，提高自己的电脑技术.

人生就是一个体验与再体验的过程。人的一生在不同阶段体验不同的经历。往泛的来说，小时候体验童年的烂漫天真，青年时体验学习中的起起伏伏，成年时体验生活的风风雨雨，中年后体验养怡之福。往细的来说，人无时无刻不在体验，所以就连做无意义的事也是一种体验。

对于我来说，体验学习是每天在不停做的事。

体验学习，是苦的。

每天早上6点准时被闹钟惊醒，忙碌的一天就开始了。上午4节课，中午写作业，下午又是4节课，疲惫地回到家后，又是作业各种、习题无数。好不容易匆匆收笔，就得操起书继续复习到夜深人静。挑灯奋战于书山之中早已是生活常态，倒头睡后面临的又是千篇一律的新的一天。

累吗?当然累。学习从来就不会轻松。然而我们为什么还要体验学习之苦?是的，不仅是以后人生前途的选择问题，更是一种人生中不可缺少的体验。无论你以后会是知识渊博的科学家，抑或是工地上以体力谋身的劳动者，青年时的学习生涯都将是无限美好的回忆与体验。这体验无时不刻影响着你的思维方式、你的为人理念。因此，现在好好体验学习之苦，才会让你以后更好地体验生活之美。

体验学习，抑是甜的。

就如同嚼饭粒一样，一开始食之无味，然后经过“物理攻击”，淀粉开始产生丝丝甜味。学习正是如此。若坚持把体验学习之苦作为生活的趣事，那么学习之甜也会不知不觉地融入你的体验之中。考试取得好成绩，是最浅显的甜头，以后人生前途之辉煌则会是最终的收获。

体验学习，亦苦亦甜，体验其它自然也不会例外。让我们敢于体验，好好体验，生活中从来就没有无意义的经历，只要你体验了就有意义。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

I walked to the place where my grandmother pointed, but what I saw was

Grandpa Chen busy in the kitchen, I called out, "Grandpa Chen." Grandpa Chen

turned around and smiled and glanced at me, I found Grandpa Chen As a disabled

person, it was incredible, so he quickly stepped forward and said, "Grandpa

Chen, take a break! Ill help you!" "Youre so sensible, my little one, thank

you, but my body is still very strong." , I am really heartbroken for Grandpa

Chen.

When Grandpa Chen was in the kitchen, I picked up the mop, broom, and

dustpan and started cleaning. Grandpa saw that I was great.

I have felt from this volunteer activity that no matter whether people are

poor or rich, healthy or disabled, as long as they help others, they will be

happy and others will be happy too. Helping others is just a thought. Its

easier said than done. It takes courage and strength to help others,

perseverance and perseverance to be a truly qualified volunteer!
