有些鸡毛蒜皮的事情我也烦恼。每次妈妈吃好晚饭就会叫我去楼下扔垃圾，当我把垃圾扔进垃圾桶的时候，我的烦恼又开始了：“这些生活垃圾倒进这个筒里，一直要到明天早上环卫阿姨才会来倒，里面的东西会不会烂掉啊?会不会长虫子啊?流浪的小猫小狗路过会不会跳进去偷吃啊?它们吃坏了肚子可怎么办啊?明天环卫阿姨来倒垃圾打开筒的时候该有多臭啊!他们会带上口罩吧?”看我这小脑袋瓜子，就不知道什么原因，竟能联想出那么多奇奇怪怪的问题，用妈妈的话说就是自寻烦恼，可我就是这样情不自禁地要烦恼。

还有经常要烦恼的就是我的成绩。每次考试前的一天我就会发愁紧张一直想象这张试卷的难度，会出什么样类型的题目，会叫我们写什么作文。等我考好试了我又会焦急的等待我的分数，不知道那道题我写的对不对，那个字有没有写错，作文不知道会扣几分……为什么会这样纠结呢?

这就是懂事后的我，总是受这些大大小小的事情发愁烦恼!怪不得我最近老是喜欢听一首歌“最近比较烦，比较烦……”有时候我常常安慰自己：说明我是个爱动脑经的好孩子!你们会和我一样吗?

奔跑是一个坚持不懈的自我努力的过程，奔跑前行是成功之路上的更进一步，即使所有人都说你不可能成功，你也要坚待下去，就算做不到最好，但也证明你为之奋斗过、坚持过，这难道不也是最好吗?

一个阳光明媚的早晨，是学校举行动动会的前一星期，在班级里，运动员的选拔轰轰烈烈地进行着，怀抱着为班级出一份力的想法，我像一只初飞的胆小鸟儿一样举起了手，报名参加了四百米，同学们看见我举手后，哈哈大笑，其中一位说道：“你平时连三百米都跑不了，还想跑四百米，这不是搞笑嘛!”当时我的心像丝线一样乱了，但却不甘心被他们嘲笑，心想：报名都报了，我应该坚持自己，努力练习，做到最好，可能有人会嘲笑我，但是没有人能阴止我的进步。此后每天下午当同学们都回家时，我毅然决然地留在了学校，在操场上练习跑步，我的心一下子平静下来，心里暗自加油。我出发了，我跑在跑道中，耳边传来风的声音，夕阳西下，太阳把我的影子拉得很长很长。跑了一圈后我的体力渐渐不支了，我的双脚像是绑上了两块铁一般，沉重而无力。暂时得休息了一会儿，我鼓足劲又跑起来，过了一会当我成功冲过终点时，我脸上露出了胜利者的微笑。我心里想：我虽然跑步不太好，不可能有比得过刘翔，甚至连同班同学都比不过，但我进步空间大呀。

几天之后，我发觉自己已经可以不停顿地跑下四百米了，不由地心中暗暗下定决心，我也是有实力争第一的，只要我坚持练习。紧接着又迫不及待地投入了我的练习之旅。我的努力和坚持大家看在眼里，树叶沙沙地响着像是鼓励我的同学，小鸟们叽叽地叫像是几位让我加油的老师。

终于，我踏上了比赛场地，当我站在起跑线时心中很慌。哨声响后，我冲向前去，闭上眼，不顾一切。经过了一星期的练习，我的脚仿佛装了个马达飞奔过去，可是别人却像装了特快马达似的，比我快了好多，我使出吃奶的力气冲向终点，却并没有用，也只得了第五名。但我并不沮丧，我努力了，我进步了，我成长了，我是自己的第一名。

这次运动会后，我明白了虽然你有不擅长的、做不到的，但只要你努力，虽然没有成功，但你也成长了。

在刚刚开始报名时，同学们都非常积极，争先恐后地向老师报名，都想为班级争夺一份荣誉，看来我们班很有集体荣誉感。不过，我们可不能光说不练呀。于是，我们开始组织练习了。首先是大绳，大家都很积极，每天中午都聚集在一起训练，功夫不负有心人，我们在运动会上跳了139个;个人项目有三项，50米、100米、200米，我们各自都在家里苦练，都希望能拿个人奖。在200米报名时，我们并不是很积极，就觉得200米很远，可能跑不了，但在张老师的鼓舞下，我们变得非常积极，张老师可真厉害。虽说“临时磨枪，不快也光”，可是我们临时训练的效果仍然不佳，我们班在50米中没有一个晋级决赛;在接力赛中，我们掉棒两次，不幸得了最后一名，同学们都很伤心;在拔河比赛中，我们一下被三班拉趴下，这是我们丢尽了脸面，还被二班人给嘲弄了一番;而在立定跳远上，我们班跳得也不是非常好。

这次运动会使我们懂得了一个道理：不可“临时抱佛脚”，要提前做好准备，而且是充分的准备，要有十足的把握才能决定，不然定会输得一塌糊涂;运动是一天一天积累下来的，不可能练上三五天就能拿第一名，它需要一个过程，一个提高的过程，而不是紧急训练就能成功，“心急吃不了热豆腐”，这句话说的真对。看来，凡事不可急于求成，更不可冒险，我们以后一定要做到“每天锻炼一小时”，才能“幸福生活一辈子”。正如歌中所唱：“健康属于我，健康属于你，阳光体育使我们健康又美丽。”

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

人的一生好比几只气球。气充满了，胀了更受人喜爱，但前提是充气时你要随时面临着爆裂的危险，危险一旦发生，你就会失去一切，包括你的生命。为了人们的喜爱，满足人们的需求，更重要的是你是一只气球，而气球永远都是充满生命之气的。这些，都是气球所应有的价值，也是气球所存在的价值，更是人们生命价值所表现的形式。

反之，若因我自己害怕一时的冲动而失去生命，而选择做一只无人问津的瘪气球，永远只能呆在世界的某个不起眼的角落，被人们遗忘着，冷落。这样的人生是无味而又无意义的，不过值得肯定的是：这样活着很安全。

仔细想想，你出生时没有人知道，知道的也就身边那么几个人。等你死后，他们那些不认识的人根本无从知晓。人的一生最大的悲哀莫过于没人知道你来这世间生存过。这将会是人生之中多么遗憾的事啊!

人的这短暂而又漫长的人生之旅，活就要活得有滋有味儿，死就要死得风风光光，这是古今中外多少英雄豪杰一直保持不变的人生目标啊。活我们就应该活得像饱满的气球那样，即使爆破也会使尽全力吼出死前的最后一声。

死，可重于泰山，也可轻于鸿毛。人生的价值也可也如此衡量。精彩的一生会让你在死时都觉得值了，而不是感叹一声：唉，这么长的日子就这样过了。

实现人生的价值，这应该是生物圈中所有有生命的生物所共同追求的，水，救活了世间所有生物，就消失了;树，净化了污染的空气，共给生命呼吸，就枯了;而我们人类，就应该努力不惜一切去完成我们的梦想，让生命之程不留遗憾，从而实现真正的人生价值。

生，亦要重于泰山，死，亦要沸沸腾腾，这才是人生所谓的真正价值。这才是人类生存的目的之所在。
