第二节课，排位置。我迅速收好书包，站在队伍中，内心祈祷着：上帝，观音菩萨，阿拉丁神灯，如来佛祖，老天爷什么的，多保佑!千万不要和小翁(化名)坐一起呀!要知道，若和他一起坐，他会整天问这问那，悟性也不好，会烦死人的!我一看，和我一起坐的是小郑(化名)，呼，还好还好，幸好不是小翁。但，老师看到我和小郑都爱讲话，便把小郑调走了，调来了——小翁。不!我的内心是抗拒的，但怎么说也不能改变老师的主意啊。转头一看，小翁正谦恭地说着：“请多多指教。”想想自己处境也不是太差，和小蔡坐一起的才叫“生无可恋”呢。这样一想，也就接受他了。哎，经历排位置的过程就是经历一次心情“过山车”，忧喜交替，千回百转。

第三节课，是数学课。课上完之后，语文老师的作业批改就到了。我翻开一看——优!太棒了!老师说，有优的盖4个章，再加上画手抄报的两个章，共有6个章呢!太好了!这时，我感觉面前充满希望，只要跨过难关，就是美好的明天!Yeah!

上完了上午的三节课，我回到了家，难掩激动的心情，我嚼着饭，觉得刚开学的时光就像一杯蜂蜜柠檬汁，表面上是酸的，而里头却是无尽的甜味。

这周搭公交车，我和一位陌生人产生了“误会”。

在我无聊地坐在车上时，站台上来了一位明艳的年轻女子。只见她染着一头红发，涂着花纹复杂的美甲，身穿皮衣，俨然一副大姐大的模样。上了车之后，她恰巧站在了我的面前，随着路程的经过，她也一直在看手机和发微信中游荡。我面上没什么，心里却有些奇怪，不自主地，我对她好奇起来。

一站又一站，车上的人来来往往，一时间，车内已是人满为患。而那位女子也坐下了，这时，上来一位满头白发，手提包包的老奶奶，她的背挺得硬朗，看着中气十足，一时间，没人给她让座，但老奶奶站了一会，随着人群的推搡，一个不小心，包掉了。正在我犹豫要不要捡包的时候，那位红发女子已经把包捡起来，礼貌地关心了老人几句。我还来不及反应，她又主动让出了自己的位子。老奶奶连声说谢谢，她也只是一笑，说：“这是我们应尽的责任，您年纪大了，要小心。”

看着这一幕幕，我有些惊讶，又有种说不出的感受，带着异样的心情，我看着她和老奶奶亲切交谈，看着她一站又一站地站着，直到我下了车，她还在那站着。

下了车，我觉得羞愧，仅仅凭借主观的判断，我就认为红发女子不会让座。从衣着打扮来评价一个人，是我平日最不认同的行为，如今放在自己身上，我变成了自己最讨厌的样子。

如果只在你看到他人的第一秒就定格了一个人的形象，那你将会失去很多。记得以前看新闻，有位坐拥十套房产的大爷在坚持卖堡仔饭，如果只看的他的背心、拖鞋，你不会认为他有钱。但这样生活是他最舒适的方式。

评价一个人的标准从来不是长相和打扮，它是你的涵养，你的内在，你的脊梁。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

person’s nature, so dont let yourself be the rude one.

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life

standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if

couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who

earn better to work, although the one is female.

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they

earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and

they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even

show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking

care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good

job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.

Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

knowledge.

The second thing for college students is to join the after-class

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

and sports, but also can make friends. Campus is like a small society. Students

need to learn to make connections with other students, so that they can win more

chances. I learn a lot from my new friends and know how to communicate.

My college life is wonderful, I learn both knowledge and social skills.

Today is Dragon Boat Festival. My mother let me watch the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival from the computer. In fact, it was a memorial to Qu Yuan. Qu Yuan was a patriot. so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will

always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they

appear, what should we do? To stop or to go on? Mrs. Curie told us the answer.

We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know

how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs.

有一次，爸爸让我挑战一下，做做奥数题。我虽然很不愿意，但还是硬着头皮答应了。可是，一拿到题目我就后悔了，上面尽是一些没学过的题。十分钟过去了，半个小时过去了，一个小时过去了……我一题都没做出来，手边是一堆堆被揉成团的草稿纸。我急了，把笔猛地扔向题，墨水溅了出来，题目被染得模糊不清。笔在纸上打了个转，又“啪”的一声掉在了地上。妈妈听见了，过来安慰我道：“你能答应做奥数题就已经很好了，第一次遇到这种题不要急，换个思路再重新想一想。”我的心情顿时好受了许多，又继续思考起来。

奶奶在门外转来转去，每五分钟就进来看一看，有时还忍不住地问：“你会了吗?是不是有新思路呀?”爷爷也时不时地推开门，问：“孙女儿饿不饿呀?看我给你切了水果哟!”

还有五分钟就两个小时了，门又一次被打开了，这次来的竟是爸爸!我冲他大吼起来：“都怪你让我写奥数题，两个小时一道题也做不出来!我学校作业还没做呢……”说着说着，我的眼泪又不自觉地淌了出来……

我一通宣泄之后，很快又害怕起来，因为我刚才口不择言地对爸爸说了很多不应该的话。没想到，爸爸不仅没生气，还心平气和地说：“这题对你来说确实比较难，我来教教你吧!”就这样，在爸爸的耐心指导下，我做出了人生中第一道奥数题。

由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发，这场没有硝烟的战争已经持续了一个多月了，开学时间一拖再拖，令我们非常无奈。于是，全国开展了“停课不停学”网上课程的学习。我成天坐在电脑前，隔着屏幕看着老师一张一合的嘴，总觉得少了些什么。每当我关上电脑，眼前总会浮现出婺源中学那敞亮的教室、木色的桌椅、同学们的笑脸，耳边也会响起熟悉又陌生的上课铃，老师孜孜不倦的教诲和伙伴们的欢声笑语……这些画面、声音在我的脑海中逐渐变得模糊，但我依然无法忘记，即使是在睡梦中，我也常常梦见自己背着书包，迈着轻快的脚步，唱着欢乐的歌儿回到了校园。一觉醒来，我只有“仰天长啸”，忍不住叹息感慨。

我来到婺源中学的时间并不长，只有短短的一个学期，但我已经将它的样子深深地烙印在心中：清晨跨进大门，有的同学背着书包走着，也有的同学推着自行车走着，现在是安静的。上课铃还未响起，便能听见同学们朗朗的读书声，当老师走进教室，教室立马又安静下来。课堂上，有的老师声震天地，有的老师神形兼备……虽然老师们一再强调不可追跑打闹，可下课铃一响，总有那么几个“捣蛋鬼”到处乱跑，当然，也有些下了课都舍不得放下书本的，他们还是安静地坐在座位上学习呢。若是上体育课，跑完步，同学们嚷嚷着要自由活动，有时体育老师都拗不过伶牙俐齿的同学们……我爱那朗朗的读书声，爱同学间的小玩笑，爱老师的亲切随和，爱这校园的一草一木。

我渴望回到我的校园。校园里有我们可爱的老师同学，有我们飞扬的青春步伐，有我们对未来的美好憧憬!

我希望疫情快些过去，这样我就不用隔着冰冷的屏幕上课，就可以回到校园，重新见到老师和同学们了!我相信，“最长的寒假”终会过去，我们将迎来鸟语花香的春天!我一直相信，没有一个冬天不会过去，没有一个春天不会来临!

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green

foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and

nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so

on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the

junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or

oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will

cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a

healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

美德，这是一个在现在稍显冷漠的社会里存在却又罕见的词语。它的字面意思是：美好高尚的品德。但如果要更深层层次的去了解、体会它的话，那么只有我们亲身经历了。

美德没有任何限制。一声关心的话语;一个小小的微笑;一个善意的谎言;或让一个位子给老人;甚至献出你的一滴血液。这些，都是美德。

美德在我们的生活中无处不在，都是那些内心善良的人为我们做出来的。我记得，有一次我和妈妈在火车上见到了一个让我十分感动的画面。在我隔壁车厢里有一位独自坐火车的老奶奶，她的腿脚有点不方便，可是她的床铺是中铺，每次上下铺都很不方便。下铺是一个年轻的母亲带着七八岁的小姑娘，我听见她们在小声地讨论着什么，过了一会儿那个母亲站起来说：“大娘，我把下铺让给您吧。”

那个奶奶听了立马推辞说：“我怎么能要你们的床铺呢，您还带着孩子，中铺不方便。”在母女俩的一再坚持下，老奶奶只好答应了，老奶奶坐下后小女孩又给她端来茶水。这温馨的画面顷刻间感动了我，我为这位可敬的母亲点赞，她用自己的实际行动诠释了什么是美德，并深深地感染了周围的每一个人。

在网上看到过这样一篇新闻：哈尔滨市一家企业公开招聘人员，一位前来应聘的女大学生，各方面素质都相当不错，却因为她多次主动给别人让座，而被招聘单位说成是“缺乏竞争意识”，被拒绝聘用。但我相信是金子总会发光的，坚守道德，做好自己你会是最美的、最棒的。我觉得，不管是不是老弱病残孕，只要有困难，我们就应该让座。现在，人们都把自己的利益看得很重，谁也不愿意吃个亏——甚至是让座这个简单的动作。

我和美德有约，从身边的小事做起，让人人学会懂美德，在乎美德，不让不良行为再次发生，让世界变得更美好!

树上的知了发出鸣叫，高昂，执着，绵长，给原本欢喜的清晨增添了一丝烦恼。

我空落落的，朋友成绩一向不错，新冠肺炎侵袭、网课连绵不断后，偶尔手中多了一部手机，困在了网中央……

六月的天，孙猴子的脸，刚才还万里无云的大晴天，一会儿便乌云摩肩接踵，雷声大作，整个天地都暗了下来，暴雨欲来肆虐石城。

教室里，4人小组讨论进行得十分火热。我和她在一组，作为组长，率先发表了意见：“我认为北极星是不动的……”

“才不是呢，”还没等我说完，她如程咬金，半路杀出截断，抢先大声反驳，“课本上都说了，要是你能活到一千年以后，就会看到北极星所在的位置明显变了!”她面露得意，一本之仇，像怪兽一样吞噬着她的心。

月亮，有时是圆盆，有时是百宝袋，有时是镰刀……变的是形态，不变的是明亮;生活，有时是甜，有时是酸，有时是苦，变的是感受，不变的是真实。

每逢十五，举头望望天上的月亮，像一盏明亮的灯，散发着耀眼的光。很多人都会赞叹月亮圆得多么浑厚，多么完美无瑕。但，圆盆般的月亮最令我赏心悦目的是它的宁静、和平。月圆，好比是人生中得意辉煌的时期，但并不是每个人都能像月亮一样，永远保持着自己清静平和的心境，于是有些人能够走向更辉煌的殿堂，而有些人，就瞬间暗淡无光，平淡终生。我们必须知道，要驾驭天下，首先要驾驭得了自己的心。

月圆之夜过后，月亮没过几天，就只剩下一半了。半圆的月虽无满月的美丽动人，但也有其独特之处。有时候，缺憾也是一种美。如果一个人没有美貌，可以用才华弥补;没有天赋，可以用勤恳弥补;没有财富和地位，可以用快乐和自由弥补。虽然上帝没有给予我们美貌、财富、地位这些令人羡慕的东西。但上帝会给你其他的宝贝，只要我们加以利用，也会活出精彩的人生。虽然我们决定不了月亮的形态，但我们可以决定赏月的心态。

跟随着半圆的月亮而来的是弯弯的、细细的镰刀般的月亮。相比于半圆的月亮，这可就是更大的缺憾了，人们看着这样光景的月亮，可能心都楸了起来吧!但我认为，无论月亮多弯，只要亮着就好，人生多苦难，只要勇于面对就好。可是现在的人怎么就想不通呢?动不动就跳桥，跳楼，跳河……其实只要抬头看看天空镰刀般的月亮，想想它有这么多的困难都可以微笑着面对，自己有什么坎过不去呢?

得意的时候，抬头看看月亮，记得要不骄不操。

家风，是由一个家庭一代代传承下来的为人处世的规矩和原则，我的父母在这方面最看中的是诚信。

从小母亲就教育我，做错事不要紧，但做错了事却不承认就是错上加错。不诚实是妈妈最讨厌的，也是要严惩的。可我小时候玩心大，妈妈多次警训都没放在心上。

在表哥家玩，见到阳台上有几张五毛钱，贼心大起的我偷偷拿了一张，想第二天在班上炫耀一番，哪知被母亲发现，经过三番五次的教训，只好说出因果，母亲听后是火冒三丈，半夜领着我上门赔礼。

此后，母亲总是在桌上放几元到几十元不等，明言：我就把钱放在这，你要买东西可以问我要，就是要测测你是否“诚实”!

最近很火的《隐秘的角落》中有很多令人深思的场景。吃过饭，跟母亲坐在沙发上看电视，这一集播放的内容是：王立把朱朝阳关在水产场里，朱永平知道后马上把朱朝阳送去医院，求他不要告发王立，此时，朱朝阳却装傻说：“你不是让我做一个诚实的孩子吗?”后来朱朝阳也替他保守了这个秘密，朱永平回到家也发出了感叹：“咱们大人也真是的，自己让孩子保密，还让他诚实……”看到这，我看了眼母亲，她在桌上设的局不也是不诚实的表现吗?

我不知道此时同坐在沙发上的母亲是怎么想的，但既然要求诚实，那就不要多猜疑，真诚待人。

后来我和母亲谈论了这件事，她也认为自己和其他母亲一样，只是期望自己的儿女都能做得更好，也认识到自己的不对，而且和我一样有新的感悟，因为家风是要耳濡目染传承下来的。
