东起海滨大都市上海，西到西北重镇银川，我们沿着丝绸之路，再一路向西行。内蒙的通湖草原、古郡敦煌、“天下第一雄关”嘉峪关、西北军事重地兰州，短短几日，横穿一市两省两自治区，其间六千余里。游沙湖，穿沙漠，爬雪山，渡黄河……累，并快乐着。

自古以来，黄河乃兵家之天险，多少英雄豪杰强渡黄河而失去了生命。但今日对于我们来说却是一次快乐的体验之旅。听从船夫的指挥，上筏时要轻松自如，绝不可猛劲上跳。坐在羊皮筏子上，不禁让我想起了古诗：“纵一苇之所如，凌万顷之茫然。”想当年皮筏破浊浪，过险滩，一定很惊险吧。船夫撑着筏子顺流而下，随着波涛的起伏，颠簸而行，滔滔黄河水打湿了我的衣裳，带来无限的凉爽。一路上，有惊无险，极富刺激，沿河风景尽收眼底。筏子如同一把利剑，穿透阻挡直达彼岸。当我站在岸头，仰望黄河，一股豪情油然而生……

接下来是更为惊险和刺激的项目——飞渡黄河。我与几位胆大的小伙伴们儿结伴而行，我们满载着飞渡黄河的豪情，手脚并用，终于攀上数百米高的沙丘。来到坡顶，俯视黄河景，啊!今日可以好好感受一把黄河带给我的快感了!我们来到飞渡口，系上安全带，双手紧吊住绳索。工作人员拨开栏杆，只听见“唰”地一声，一个个冲了下去。我只感到耳边呼呼的风声，视野也模糊了，但仍能够隐约看见波涛滚滚的黄河水。突然我感到身上阵阵凉风，一看已经飞到了黄河正中央，瞬时感到身心畅通。奔腾的黄河，美丽的大西北，我深深地喜爱这片土地……

西北之行，收获颇多，人间真美好。正如于丹老师所说的一句话：“人间有味是清欢。”我不由诗兴大发，自谓诗曰：人间乐事趣味无穷，只需心静细细品味……

有一个周末，我起床后去给牵牛花浇水，我发现牵牛花已经吹起了紫色的小喇叭。它的花朵是紫红的，开放的花朵像一个个小喇叭，所以牵牛花也叫喇叭花。下午，我放学回家，发现这些牵牛花的花瓣全部卷了起来，像一个个害羞的小姑娘。这是为什么呢?带着疑问我走进家门，和妈妈一起查阅了资料。原来啊，牵牛花的花冠大而薄，需要充足的水分。清晨的空气比较湿润，气温不高，阳光也很柔和，牵牛花里面的水分非常饱满，因此牵牛花才开得那么鲜艳，那么灿烂。下午呢，太阳当空照，空气变得干燥起来，根部又因为茎太长，来不及把水分提供给花冠，花冠也就“弹尽粮绝”了，卷起来了。

我恍然大悟，原来牵牛花离不开水呀，怪不得早上开，晚上闭呢!

有时候，牵牛花还能预报天气呢!如果你看牵牛花开着，就表示天气凉爽而且湿润;如果牵牛花闭着，那就表示天气炎热而且干燥。

大自然的奥秘真是无处不在，只要我们留心观察，大自然就会告诉我们答案。

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

It is known to all that Guangxi province is famous for its various culture,

because there are many minorities. Recent years, the local government carry out

a policy of taking a break on March 3rd, which makes it the special day for

Guangxi Province. People can enjoy some shows which are full of local features,

I study in a beautiful school. There are many trees and flowers in campus. It’s green all the year round. There are three buildings in my school. Two of them are teaching buildings and one is office and library. Our classroom is large and bright. We are happy to study in it. Besides, there are two playgrounds in my school, a basketball court and a football field. After class, I often play in the basketball court. And, there are many other places for fun in my school. I like my lovely school.

“哈哈，”爸爸笑着说：“大自然很强大，你小小人怎么可能对抗得了大自然!刚才那是头浪!”

被晶莹的浪花冲了N遍后，在欢声笑语中，我和爸爸妈妈收拾好泳衣，就回酒店了。

今天，我正在床上悠闲的听着歌，太舒服了!我一伸懒腰，手正好碰到手机，完了，手机掉到床缝了，刚开始还看得见，我伸手去捞，无奈，床缝太小，手伸不过去。

听着床下从手机里播出的阵阵音乐声，我欲哭无泪。就在这时，爸爸走了过来，问“怎么啦?”，我看见了大救星似的，急切地说“我手机掉床缝里了。”爸爸二话不说，立刻帮我解救起手机来。

第一回合

爸爸准备了好长时间，等他再次出现在我房间门口的时候，我差点笑翻了——只见我的老爸拿着一把炒菜用的铲子!哈哈，这时炒菜呢还是学习牛魔王啊。爸爸首先用取的方式，用铲子探到床缝里面，碰到了手机，只见老爸手颤抖着，满头大汗，把手机弄上来，就在快要“浮”出床面时，手机又掉下去了。有可能是歌手的一个高音，手机一个振动，掉下去了?反正不管怎么说，这个方法是失败了，唉……

第二回合

爸爸没有灰心，继续找有用的工具。这次只见他拿着晾衣杆，兴冲冲地跑了，对我说：“闺女，这次保准成!只见爸爸深吸一口气，像是在运气，又把头甩了甩，像个练气功的大师傅。接着就把晾衣杆伸了床缝，这次老爸用的是推打的方法，他摸索到了手机的位置，一打，手机就从床缝掉到了地板上，爸爸又连着用晾衣杆一推，手机就从床下的地板上滚了出来，我捧着失而复得的手机，连着给了老爸几个香吻。

一边继续听我的歌一边想，老爸想的这些办法我怎么就没想到呢，就是想到了估计也是一次不成就会放弃吧，就像我平时做题，遇到稍微卡壳的题目就会找个理由逃掉，为什么不能换个思路、多次试试呢。

legends, of which the story about Qu Yuan is most widely accepted. Qu Yuan, a

Chinese poet who loved his country deeply, drowned himself in the Miluo River

after his country’s being defeated. To honor him, people in China hold various

activities every year, including eating zongzi and dragon boat racing.

暖光从小小的白灯罩中射出，酒于桌案前，相框把光反射到床头，是一个留着长头发的女孩站在街角满脸幸福地吃着棒棒糖的样子。回忆追随着照片，寻觅那些沉睡的记忆……

其实那时我应该和往常一样，在6点的闹钟响起来的时候，起床看书，然后伴着熹光和台灯做《5年中考，3年模拟》，不断地练习、预习，在满眼星辰的时候，独自叨念着英语单词沉沉睡去。学习的压力，“像悬在头上的达摩克利斯之剑”，就在那场小学最后的考试中，因希望的破灭而滋生出了更加努力的念头。

今天，桔宝宝们来到了县城北边一个神秘的城堡里，这里是位于高楼林立中的内丘文化馆。

走进漂亮的楼房展示厅，穿过一排排漂亮舒服的沙发靠椅，我们静静地随着老师来到了内丘神码艺术馆，瞧!一对门神威风凛凛，手中拿着大刀，两眼圆溜溜地直瞪着我，好像在说：“别想打我主人的主意哦!我可是看家护院的高手哦!”哇!好神气啊!走进神码馆中，眼前呈现出老母、财神、天地、家堂的画像，啊!和奶奶家里贴的一模一样，好熟悉哦!过年时我还学奶奶的样子恭恭敬敬地磕过头呢!真有意思，想不到这也是古文化，原来我还以为是迷信呢，哦，今天才明白是人们的一种信仰，寄托自己对未来幸福生活的向往。瞧!那边还有神码的简介呢!我正看得入神，看，那是谁?”旁边的王子婷惊奇地喊，噢!魏家屯村的魏进军，内丘神码的第十四代传人，2003年得到过大作家冯骥才的考察和高度评价呢!看!我们内丘的神码不愧是千年文化的精品呀!它的独特让世人惊叹!

接下来我们又来到了期盼已久的邢窑文化馆，柜台展示了许许多多白瓷和青瓷的碎片，有的还带着花纹呢!从南北朝到唐朝，哇!我转身一看，展厅中央有个精致的瓷器，高高的，一层层，雕刻着许多花纹，真雅致!瞧!它多像一座塔呀!底下还有许多节奏的“音谱”，上面放着一个圆圆的罐子。我们猜了半天也不知何物，老师笑着说它叫“塔式罐”呀，一个小小的罐子竟坐上了高楼大厦，呵呵，真有意思，古人的技艺实在高超!

接着我们来到了里间，这里才是珍品呢，明亮的玻璃柜里展示着上百件瓷器，从南北朝朝到唐代的瓷器各式各样，造型独特，一匹匹扬蹄疾飞的陶马俑，静静卧着闭目养神的骆驼俑，各种表情的文官俑，瞪着大眼、拿着宝剑的武士俑等，最难忘的是几只叫望天吼的镇墓兽，它像个狮子似的，两眼神气地望着上面，好像对我大吼道“别惹我!”呀，这里的好宝贝太有趣了!看来，内丘无愧于瓷都美称啊!

突然，我看到一个熟悉的面孔，大作家姚勇老师，好机会，我和王子婷赶紧跑过去邀姚勇老师和我们合影留念，最后我们还得到了姚勇大作家的签名呢!他还鼓励我们多了解家乡的文化，写出更美的文章。今天收获不少啊!

这次参观内丘文化馆真是不虚此行啊，内丘神码和邢白瓷真不愧是家乡的“掌上明珠”，真喜欢这座神秘的城堡!

new years day, the night is so calm and peaceful. 20---- I had a special spring

festival.

today is the first day of the chinese new year. i wear a new sweater and shoes. some one always take the presents and smile at every one. they wear red clothes.

you can play the firework but don’t play in the room. we can eat many chinese food ,zong-zi,jiao-zi…. today may be a good day,because many marry—cars running in the street.

older people always say today we must eat many good luck food.

今天是中国新年的第一天。我穿着新毛衣和鞋子。一些人总是把礼物,对每个人微笑。他们穿着红色的衣服。

你可以玩烟花,但不要玩在房间里。我们可以吃很多中国菜,啊粽子、饺子…。今天可能是一个美好的一天,因为许多marry-cars在街上跑步。

年长的人总是说今天我们必须吃许多好运的食物。

I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can

swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water

with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I

grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in

summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. While winter swimming

makes me feel excited and achievability. In general, swimming keeps me fit in

both physical and mental. Whenever I feel upset, I would go swimming and then I

would be full of energy and feel relax. Besides I believe it is due to swimming

that I’m so thin. Who wants to lose weight, join me. We can make more friends in

swimming. Oh, I couldn’t wait to swim now. But it is ten o’clock in the evening.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.
