正式表演完后，我们获得了观众热烈的掌声，并且得到了老师们和校长的肯定，但最重要的并不是观众及老师的掌声和肯定，而是在这个准备的过程当中，我看到了同学与同学之间分工合作、互相帮忙，排除万难，大家一起牺牲下课、午休时间，马不停蹄的练习和制作道具，有难时一起承担，有福时一起同享的精神，深深的刻画在我的心里，这种感觉到底是什么呢?或许这就是珍贵的合作经历吧!

今天下午上了一堂别开生面的室内拓展训练课——这是一门让我们彼此了解、磨练意志、锤炼团队协作能力的实践课。

培训老师先将我们这批新员工分成三个组，每组就是一个团队。接下来的竞争，就将在这三个团队之间激烈展开!

第一个项目是“破冰”：规定我们在二十分钟内为自己的团队选出两位队长、给团队起队名，设计队徽、队呼、队歌，并同时每个成员要在一张大白纸上画下各自的一只手掌，在手心写上名字，分别在手指上写上籍贯、学历、特长、爱好、专业，再将纸上所有相同的部分连接起来，这个环节让团队里的成员彼此之间有个初步的认识。经过大家的集思广益后，最终确定我们队的队名叫做“红日”，队徽是一轮初升的红日，象征着我们是招行新鲜的血液，将在未来的日子里冉冉升起，光芒万丈!我们的队呼响亮而又激昂 “红日最强，奋发图强”!队歌则是改编自《北京欢迎你》：招行欢迎您，用服务感动您，让我们都加油去超越自己;我们欢迎您，有梦想谁都了不起，有红日就会有奇迹!

第二个项目是“队列”，每个队要各自带队向大家展示在上一个项目中的成果，在这个环节中展现出我们每一个成员的精神风貌和对招行的信心!并充分体现出集体的智慧和力量的强大!

第三个项目是“解手链”：这个项目是今天下午相对最难的一个环节，在此项目中由于我们队没有经验屡试失败，但是大家并没有轻言放弃，而是群策群力，快速的形成新的方案并加以尝试，最终还是胜利解开，但是却因历时半个多小时没能夺冠，不过成功的喜悦洋溢在每个队员的脸上，大家的欢呼声依旧高昂，并没有因落败而颓丧。从这个环节中让我们每个人都明白到，凡事都不能急于求成，遇到困难要大胆尝试小心求证，并且队友间的相互鼓励与配合是不可或缺的!

第四个项目是“孤岛求生”：要求每队派11个人，全部站上一张不足一平方米的正方形垫子上，并在20分钟内坚持时间最长的一方获胜。怎么站能稳住重心，让任何一个站在垫上的人都不会失重倾倒?大家商量后决定让队长站中间稳住重心，毕竟男生力气会大点，能稳住整个的重心，其余十人围在外圈分别握住对面那个人的手，并且向外拉调整好各自的重心，可惜第一次在3分钟不到就摔倒，大家赶快调整好位置再接再厉，最后以45秒只差惜败“梦之队”屈居第二。这个环节很好的体现了大家的凝聚力，为了达到某个目标，整个团队的人共同努力去实现，并积极参与配合去完成!

最终的这次拓展活动的总结果却是三个团队打成平手，看来大家的综合实力相当，都是最优秀的团队!

通过这次拓展训练项目的团队展示，提高了我们大家在应对挑战、解决问题和团队协作的能力。让团队成员间的距离越来越近，彼此多了一份了解，多了一份亲切，多了一份友情!我们每个人都是一颗璀璨的明珠，在自我闪耀的同时，也在互相照耀着!希望我们大家将来都能成为闪闪发光的那轮红日!

关于端午节的由来，说法甚多，诸如：纪念屈原说;纪念伍子胥说 ;纪念曹娥说;起于三代夏至节说;恶月恶日驱避说，吴月民族图腾祭说等等。以上各说，各本其源。据学者闻一多先生的《端午考》和《端午的历史教育》列举的百余条古籍记载及专家考古考证，端午的起源，是中国古代南方吴越民族举行图腾祭的节日，比屈原更早。但千百年来，屈原的爱国精神和感人诗辞，已广泛深入人心，故人们“惜而哀之，世论其辞，以相传焉”，因此，纪念屈原之说，影响最广最深，占据主流地位。在民俗文化领域，中国民众把端午节的龙舟竞渡和吃粽子等，都与纪念屈原联系在一起。

时至今日，端午节仍是中国人民中一个十分盛行的隆重节日

Theres No Story without Coincidence

The story happened a year ago. One day, I was walking along the street when an old man walked towards me. He asked me the way in English. No matter how hard I tried I couldnt understand what he said. He repeated again and again. At last I seemed to know what he was saying.

He was a Japanese. He thought I could speak English. So he asked me the way in English. My goodness! His Japanese English confused me a lot. then he spoke English very slowly.He even wrote the English words on a piece of paper. In the end I managed to help him get the right way. I thought maybe it was necessary for me to learn some Japanese.

A few months later, I was enrolled to attend a summer course, learning Japanese. I was surprised to find that old man was there, teaching us Japanese.Theres no story without coincidence!
