49.通过团队合作可以约束规范和控制成员的行为。在团队内部，当一个人与其他人不同时，团队内部所形成的那种观念力量氛围会对这个人施加一种有形和无形的压力，会致使他在心理上产生一种压抑和紧迫感。在这种压力下，成员在不知不觉中随同大众，在意识判断和行为上表现出与团队中大多数人的相一致，从而达到去约束规范和控制个体的行为的目的。规范和控制个体的行为有助于团体行动的标准化，有利于提高团队的办事效率。
