我连忙拿出小桶，双手拼命挖进沙里去。可是我一个人挖得很慢，挖了6分钟，才总算填满了小桶。我再往表姐那边一看，发现他们早已开始制作沙堡了。我便心急如焚，也赶紧把小桶倒过来，轻轻拔起来，一个沙堡初始的模样便出来了。接着，我开始装饰沙堡，又拾贝壳又倒水，忙得不可开交。果然，我一个人力量有些不足，20分钟后，沙堡上也才贴上了几个贝壳，形状也不太好。又过了几分钟，我一不小心把沙堡碰倒了一部分，我赶忙修好，可眼看就没多长时间，我开始后悔不与别人合作了。我又忙碌了好一会儿，可仍然收获不多。

最后，表姐一组获得了“胜利”。他们做的沙堡又大又高，十分雄伟。事后，我十分难过后悔，从中也明白了只有学会与别人合作，才能把事情做好，什么事情都离不开合作的道理。合作是极为重要的。

团队其实就是一些有纪律分工、有才能的人，通过高效的协作和沟通去完成既定目标的一个组织。它可以很灵活，灵活到在目标的达成后可以随时分解成独立行事且具有丰富内容的个体。它可以很统一，统一到个体在共同使命的驱使下可以不假思索地任意组合成新的大小不等的新组织（即团队）。它是一群受过良好教育，有思想内涵，懂得‘众人拾柴火焰高’这句话真切意义的人。它对团队的认知可通过后天的培养，抑或是意识在适当的引导后具备的一种反思后的知觉。它是把协作精神植入心灵后形成的一种价值观，更是在行为和工作中处处体现的一种思维方式。这样的人对虚伪而敷衍的>口号最为厌恶，口号让反复强调的团队精神失去灵魂，没有行动力的口号只是停留在事物的表层，是一种直观但却极为不真实的意象，褪色的口号让激奋的人变得烦躁，让原本积极的心产生懈怠，所以为了团队，请剔除那些没有号召力、空白的口号。团队建设也不是一篇文章、一次学习就能让大家一劳永逸的事情。它其实是潜移默化的，是个体意识和组织目标的暗合。

团队的基础却又是个人素养的一小部分内容，每个个体都具备，只是个体意识中的方式有时和权威的方式或方法不同而已，但都是忠心为公，不存私利，我们能做的就是在不泯灭个性的情况下将这种差异最小化，用实际行动和关爱的方式让个体形成高度统

一的动作。其实，团队只是一个概念而已，它早已被市场世俗化了。它其实在人一出生时就存在于我们的潜意识里，生活、成长、学习中的点点滴滴都让它一步步变的成熟。在融入一个新的组织后，是和谐的文化将这种意识激发到峰点，然后成为一种习惯。所以，只要我们创造一个充满关爱的文化，营造一种积极向上的氛围，建造一种真正提升个体价值的制度，那么我们还有什么理由不能创建一个生机盎然充满创新合作的团队呢？
