美好的愿景是团队组建的基础;明确的目标是团队成功的基础;团结协作则是团队成功的关键。

在经过了几天的饥饿之后，他们狼吞虎咽了一番;然后带了许多分给特洛伊、安吉拉、亚里士多德和梅里莎。温饱的希望改变了其他4个人的想法。他们后悔自己开始时的愚蠢，并主动要求要和阿基米德他们一起寻找灵石，解除那可恨的咒语。

为了提高效率，阿基米德决定把7个人兵分两路：原来3个人。继续从左边找，而特洛伊等4人则从右边找。但问题很快就出来了，由于前3天一直都坐在原地，特洛伊等4人根本没有任何的方向感，城堡对他们来说就像个迷宫。他们几乎就是在原地打转。阿其米德果断地重新分配：爱丽丝和苏格拉底各带一人，用自己的诀窍和经验指导他们慢慢地熟悉城堡。

提高效率，尽快完成团队的目标是任何一个团队所追求的。知识是生产力，是提高效率的重要手段。而经验是知识的有机组成部分，也可以通过有意识的学习获得。

当然事情并不像想像中那么顺利，先是苏格拉底和特洛伊那组，他们总是嫌其他两个组太慢。后来，当过花农的梅里莎发现，大家找来的石头里大部分都不是玫瑰红的;最后由于地形不熟，大家经常日复一日地在同一个房间里找石头。大家的信心又开始慢慢丧失。

团队的阻力来自于成员之间的不信任和非正常干扰。尤其在困难时期，这种不信任以及非正常干扰的力量更会被放大。因此，在团队运作时，建立一个和谐的环境非常重要。

阿基米德非常着急。这天傍晚，他把6个人都召集在一起商量办法。可是，交流会刚刚开始，就变成了相互指责的批判会。

性子急的苏格拉底先开口：“你们怎么回事，一天只能找到两三个有石头的房间?”

“那么多的房间，门上又没有写哪个有石头，哪个是没有的，当然会找很长时间了!”爱丽丝答道。

“难道你们没有注意到，门锁是圆孔的都是没有的，门锁是十字型的都是有石头的吗?”苏格拉底反问道。

“干吗不早说哪?害得我们做了那么多的无用功。”其他人听到这儿，似乎有点生气。经过交流，大家才发现，原来他们有些人可能找准房间很快，但可能在房间里找到的石头都是错的;而那些找得非常准的人，往往又速度太慢。他们完全可以将找得快的人和找得准的人组合起来。

相互指责只会使问题更加严重。对问题的解决没有丝毫的作用。

一个团队里，具有专业素质的人非常关键。但是一个团队的运作，需要的是各种类型的人才，如何搭配各类人才，是团队管理要解决的重大问题。

于是，这7个小矮人进行了重新组合。并在爱丽丝的提议下，大家决定开一次交流会，交流经验和窍门。然后把很有用的那些都抄在能照到亮光的墙上，提醒大家，省得再去走弯路。

吃一堑，长一智，及时总结经验教训，并通过合适的方法将其与团队内的所有成员共同分享，是团队走出困境，走向成功的很好做法。

在7个人的通力协作下，他们终于找齐了所有的240块灵石，但就在这时苏格拉底停止了呼吸。大家震惊和恐惧之余，火种突然又灭了。

没有火种，就没有光线;没有光线，大家就根本没有办法把石头排成一个圈。

本以为是件简单的事，大家都纷纷地来帮忙生火，哪知道，6个人费了半天的劲，还是无法生火——以前生火的事都是苏格拉底干的。寒冷、黑暗和恐惧再一次向小矮人们袭来。灰暗的情绪波及到了每一个人，阿基米德非常后悔当初没有向苏格拉底学习生火。

分工有利于提高效率，但分工会使得团队成员知识单一。在一个团队里，不能够让核心技术掌握在一个人手里。应通过科学的体制和方法对核心知识进行管理。

在神灵的眷顾下，最终火还是被生起来了。小矮人们胜利了。通过对团队的有效管理，团队的目标终将实现。

I live in a flat in a building. The building is very modern. There are about ten floors and I live on the top floor. I think my flat is very wonderful. The dining room is next to the kitchen. We always have dinner there, and my mother often cooks some delicious food for us. I can t cook, but I often help Mum wash the dishes.
