August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

eve of the Spring Festival, we had a great family reunion dinner and then we

watched Spring Festival Party on CCTV1. Sometimes, I reviewed my lessons. I had

a very wonderful holiday.

“上有天堂，下有苏杭”，我和家人们一起去游览了人间天堂——杭州西湖，在那里，我们一起感受了其中的秀丽风光。

西湖最美的风景在夜晚。一到晚上，四处的灯光都亮了起来，突然，湖中喷出了一道泉水，迅速地向我射来，那水打到了木板上，一下子溅开，把我的裤子也打湿了，这让我们都哭笑不得啊!

今天三八妇女节，我主动为妈妈分担了好几件家务事，这不，晚饭前妈妈在做饭我看地上有点脏，拿起拖把把地板拖了左一次右一次，等妈妈从厨房出来的时候，她都很吃惊。

吃完饭我先和妈妈一起收拾桌上的残羹，然后要求今晚我来洗碗。水好凉啊，把我的销售冻得通红通红的，我还继续坚持着。参与到家务事上，我才体会到平时爸爸妈妈照顾我有多不容易，看起来平凡的一件小事做起来还真不简单。洗碗这活不进要先把油渍用清洗液刷干净，还要把清洗液进行多次冲干净。看着洗的干干净净的碗。妈妈搂着我说：“宝贝，你真长大了!”我悄悄地从身后拿出了我用零花钱为妈妈准备的礼物，嘿嘿，妈妈激动的快要掉眼泪了，看到妈妈开心我也很开心。

以后我要经常和爸爸妈妈一起体验做家务事的乐趣，做一个懂事的好孩子!

今天下午第二节课下课，沈添乐喊我玩海陆空棋，我答应了。

我和沈添乐先试试凳子上可不可以放上棋盘，但不行，总有一边的棋子要掉下来。我们东张西望，看到桌子上都放着凳子，好不容易才找到一张没有放凳子的桌子。“啊，终于找到了一个玩棋的好地方。”我高兴地说。我们把棋盘放在桌子上，在棋盘上放完棋子，就玩了起来。

我先用师长把他的军长吃了，(晚上，爸爸告诉我军长比师长大)他便用司令来追我的师长，我赶忙用__来挡，我的师长逃过了一劫。我又用司令吃了他的师长，他的__、飞弹都追了过来，一直在追我的大棋。我就一直往回逃，最后他追到了我的小兵旁，我用我的步兵、工兵这些小棋把他的__、飞弹全斗掉了。他的原子弹在里面，外面还有棋子没动，出不来。

这时，上课铃响了，我们急急忙忙把棋子收好，回到座位。

今天，我早早地放学回家了，做完作业后，就开始了工最喜欢的东西——“做手工”。可我不知道做什么，我望着天空中漂浮的几朵白云，就要这时，我看见有几只风筝从白云前飞过，这时，我灵机一动，不是可以做风筝吗?想到这，我高兴极了。

但对我们这些衣来伸手饭来张口的孩子们，根本不知道风筝该怎么做，所以我请教了妈妈。妈妈告诉我做风筝必须用宣纸，我心想为什么必须用宣纸呢?其它的纸为什么就不行呢?妈妈好像看透了我的心思，她又告诉我因为其它纸太厚了风托不起来。我点点头说：“妈妈谢谢您!”

我来到爷爷的房间，找爷爷要一张宣纸。爷爷就给了我一大张宣纸，我大声说：“爷爷我不要这么多，要一半就够了!”说着我就剪了一小半，把剩下的还给了爷爷。

准备工作做好了，我又找来了尺子和剪刀还有一张亮晶晶的包装纸，我总算可以开始了。

我先轻轻地在宣纸上画下了一颗宝石的形状，再拿起剪刀小心翼翼得剪了起来。我剪得非常仔细，怕把图剪坏了。图剪好后，我又用尺子在包装纸上画下了一条又长又直的飘带。为什么要用飘带呢?哦!原来是这样的：风筝都必须要有飘带，因为这样才能让漂浮在空中的风筝掌握方向，不会掉下来。想到这儿我觉得自己一下开朗了，知道风筝用些什么，要怎么做了。我迅速贴上飘带，又找了两根合适的树枝，做成了一个骨架。为了让风筝更好看，我在风筝上贴了一些小贴贴，还给风筝起名为“梦幻宝石”。

我做好后高兴极了，立即跑下楼去，我看小伙伴们都在放风筝，我就跑过去说：“我们来举行一场风筝比赛，怎么样?”伙伴们轻蔑地答应了，她们觉得她们的风筝非常了不起……听

比赛开始了，一开始我的风筝就飞得最高，还赢得了比赛，听着小伙伴们对我的夸耀，我心里美滋滋的。

今天我体验到了只有自己动手动脑才是最大的快快乐。

I often imagine what my life will be like in the future. I think my life will be very different in ten years. I will be twenty-eight years old by then. I will have my own family. Probably with a lovely child. I hope I will work in a computer company as a program designer. I will enjoy my work and get along well with my colleagues, I will do a good job in whatever I do. In my free time, I will continue to take regular exercise, such as swimming, running and various ball games. On my holidays, I will travel around the world. In a word, my life will be much richer and more colorful.

It was fine on March 12, I got up early that day . All the students in our school went to the hill to plant trees .

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock . The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees . Then we started digging , planting and watering . We all worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of tim e.

Among us , our monitor set a good example for us . Though he was ill , he worked harder . When he finished his task , he went on to help others without even a little rest. He was wet all over after work .“ I must learn from him ,” I said to myself . Looking at the lines of the young trees , we smiled happily, forgetting our tiredness.

Saturday, my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient

little ducks swimming in the bowl. My in the mind have a little not to eat them.

But the smell of fragrance and let me greedy slobber, I eat up tit-bit. But I

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red

bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in

Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s

business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the

rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is

well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

During the winter vacation I did a lot of things. But I think this is the most meaningful thing. Do you want to know what it is? Let me tell you.

One day I was taking a bus to the park. There were so many people on the bus that some people had to stand. Suddenly an old man got on the bus. The driver said to the passengers,"Please give the old man a seat." But nobody gave his seat to him. I was angry at this. i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

The holiday I like most is to visit Guilin with my parents .Because Guilin is one of the most attractive tourism places in China.Guilin is famous for Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill.They are the symbols of Guilin.People can enjoy the landscape on the bamboo raft and meanwhile talk to the Guilinese.People can learn a lot about the Ethnic Minorities culture there.There are also many delicious local food Guilin,such as Guilin rice noodles,Flowerbridge chilli paste.I really want to try them by my own month with my parents again .I cant wait to go there .I will go there when I have next holiday.

快乐的周末 A Happy Weekend

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

tutoring English and maths. In the afternoon, I watch TV at home. In the

evening, I want to go out for a walk with mom and dad and sister.On Sunday, Im

going to the shopping center reading, the book is really interesting. After

lunch, Im going to the sports, the body health is very important! In the

evening, I at home reading. How about you? What are you going to do this

weekend?

My father doesnt talk much. Though he is not funny, he loves me very much.

Last week, he travelled for business and when he came home, he took out a box

and brought me a nice present. I was so happy. He always remembered to bring me

some surprises. It was a special notebook and I could use it to write

diaries.

I have a happyWeekend.

On Saturday morning I always have English classes at school. I study hard in the classroom. In the afternoon I often play computer games. On Sunday morning I often draw pictures. Sometimes I visit my grandmother and grandfather. Sometimes I listen to music. On Sunday afternoon I often do housework or go shopping.

So I love weekends.

The party starts at half past six- drinks, and a buffet supper later. You said in your letter that youve given up driving, so my father will meet you with the car at San Mateo station. Please let me know what time your train arrives.

There is a good train back to San Palo at 10:30 and well arrange transport for you to catch that. I hope that wont be too late for you. It would be a pity if you had to leave while the party was still in full swing.

A hot day

Today is very hot,the heightest temperature reached to 40 degree.So I

stayed at home all the day.I recited english text this morning,after I finished

my homework,I prepared lunch for my families.I cooked egg-fried rice for

lunch,because there was eggs in the fridge only and I didnt want to go out

shopping for the hot weather.In the afternoon,I slept half of the day.It was

time to cook dinner when I wake up.It was a boring day,I hate hot weather.
