我们一进海洋馆就看到了五光十色的、有着漂亮花纹的鱼类。有热带鱼、蝴蝶鱼、鹦鹉鱼等。这些漂亮的鱼儿在水里嬉戏，可爱极了。还有水中的“花朵”—海葵，它们总是静静地呆在水里，一动不动。如果有小鱼靠近它，它就会猛地一扑，把小鱼给吃掉。看完鱼，讲解员说精彩的海狮表演就要开始了，于是我们就马上赶了过去。

表演终于开始了。首先出场的是东东和楚楚。它们分别表演了接圆圈、跳圈、顶球和水上芭蕾。每当成功地表演完一个项目，训练员就会赏给它们一条鱼吃。楚楚特别贪吃，它总是乘训练员不注意或者去拿东西的时候，去偷小鱼吃。训练员为了惩罚它，就再不给它小鱼了。楚楚可不依了，它在水里乱扑水，大发脾气。训练员拿它没办法，只好请它退场了。接着表演明星菲菲出场了。

只见它神气十足地走到观众面前，向大家鞠了个躬，就开始了它的精彩表演。表演非常成功，场上响起了观众们热烈的掌声。从海洋馆出来，我觉得海狮们真聪明!可它们也是由人训练出来的，人类不是更聪明吗?

It seems that Hainan Island has not automn . After a hot summer ,I thought it will become comfortable ,but it turn cold so quickly . The freeze wind make my hand moves clumsy to write well . 今天是大年初一，天上万里无云，我信心满满的和爸爸妈妈去学车。

到了河边，爸爸去钓鱼了，妈妈陪我学自行车。我首先将左脚跨过自行车，踩在脚蹬子上，站稳后。再慢慢将右脚踩在右脚蹬子上。不好，因为不平衡，所以我差一点就摔倒了。我经过了一次又一次的练习，我终于学会了自行车，可是在急转弯时却慌了手脚，砰地一声撞在了墙上，我回家后不停的思考。最后我想到了一个好办法。我又却骑了一次，在;急转弯时身子一斜，就过去了。我成功了!

我在第二次钓鱼回家的时候，因为爸爸妈妈骑的是电动车，所以我被甩了下去，我心里一急，就加速向前冲。结果摔了一跤，但一点儿也不疼。过了一会，爸爸骑上车走了，我只好坐在妈妈的电瓶车上回家了。寒假中，我帮爸爸妈妈买菜、买盐，爸爸妈妈夸我好帮手。

终于放暑假了，可以尽情的玩一玩了。

这天，妈妈说要去丹尼斯买东西，还说让我骑着自己的自行车去，她骑着大自行车，我们两个一起去，我高兴的答应了。

我和妈妈骑着车子上路了。开始，我骑得很快，妈妈追不上我。过了一会儿，我骑得没劲儿了，速度变慢了，妈妈这才追上了我。妈妈对我说：“街上人太多，你要小心点儿，看着人，特别是过马路的时候，车特别多，要看红绿灯，否则你会撞车的!”妈妈让我跟着他走，以防万一。

到了一个三角形的路口，妈妈听了下来，下来推着车走。我紧跟在妈妈身后，丝毫不敢迟疑。可是，我还是没能跟紧妈妈，妈妈过了马路，可我还在马路中间呢!我左看右看，两边都来了车，这可怎么办呢?我急得向热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。妈妈在对面对我喊：“站那儿别动，等边上的车走了再过来，别着急!”我在心里埋怨妈妈，两边的车还都离我远着呢!还不如让我先过去，还我等这么长时间。过了马路，我问妈妈：“妈妈，你为什么不让我先过去，而让我等车过去再过来呢?”妈妈对我说：“孩子，我们宁可等一分钟，也不抢这一秒啊!有多少人都是为了抢这一秒钟，而失去了宝贵的生命啊!”我想了想，妈妈说的话挺有道理。

今天，我不仅玩了，还从中懂得了道理。这真是有意义的一天啊!

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

今天是中秋节，我特别兴奋，因为妈妈说，今天是一个团圆的节日，一家人都要凑到一块儿吃月饼。

到了中午我看见姥爷在做月饼，我跑过去说：“姥爷你做的月饼，都是什么馅儿的?”姥爷神秘的说：“是你最爱吃的。”我说：“谢谢姥爷，只要是你做的我都爱吃。”姥爷听了我的话，开心的笑起来。到吃方的时候了，洗过手后，我、小姨、妈妈、姥爷、姥娘一大家子人坐在一起，桌子上放了好多好吃的菜，当然还有姥爷做得月饼，我迫不及待的拿了一个月饼，咬了一大口，啊!原来是巧克力的，我抱着姥爷狠狠的亲了一口，大家都开心的笑起来。

今天上午第二节下课，我们学校又举行了一年一度的消防演练。

第二节快下课的时候，一声响亮的鸣笛打断了老师的讲课。老师说：“收拾好学习用品，等第四声鸣笛一响，就赶快下楼。最后在升旗台处集合。”在我们下楼的时候，都捂着口鼻，弓着腰，一副庄严的样子，就好像真的发生了火灾一样。

当我们在升旗台处集合好以后，接着，一辆消防车驶进校园，那辆消防车停在了教学楼门口，我一开头，才看见，在四楼有一个班级里冒出一股黄色的烟，还有一个人正在舞动着红色的旗子，原来，是一个男孩假装被火烧伤了，然后消防员就立即站到云梯上，渐渐的，渐渐的，云梯越升越高，升到了那个男孩所在的窗口。最后，消防员叔叔不慌不忙的把男孩抱到了云梯上，接着，云梯来了一个360度大旋转。男孩被解救了，这时我的心终于从嗓子眼回到了原来的位置了。我真佩服消防员叔叔，他们可真厉害!告诉你们，这叫做高空救人。我也好想试一下在云梯上的感觉呀!我猜一定很爽吧!

在这短短的二十分钟左右的消防演练中，我不但明白了遇到火灾一定要有序撤离，即使被困，也要及时向他人发出信号。消防安全是重要的，不可以有一点松懈，而且了解了消防员叔叔的工作，才知道，他们是背负着艰难的任务的重要人物，也是默默付出的伟大人物!我感谢这些伟大的英雄，为我们默默付出的一切。

通过这次的观察我知道了一个道理，植物是用皮周围东西来转运水份的。
