当我们在升旗台处集合好以后，接着，一辆消防车驶进校园，那辆消防车停在了教学楼门口，我一开头，才看见，在四楼有一个班级里冒出一股黄色的烟，还有一个人正在舞动着红色的旗子，原来，是一个男孩假装被火烧伤了，然后消防员就立即站到云梯上，渐渐的，渐渐的，云梯越升越高，升到了那个男孩所在的窗口。最后，消防员叔叔不慌不忙的把男孩抱到了云梯上，接着，云梯来了一个360度大旋转。男孩被解救了，这时我的心终于从嗓子眼回到了原来的位置了。我真佩服消防员叔叔，他们可真厉害!告诉你们，这叫做高空救人。我也好想试一下在云梯上的感觉呀!我猜一定很爽吧!

在这短短的二十分钟左右的消防演练中，我不但明白了遇到火灾一定要有序撤离，即使被困，也要及时向他人发出信号。消防安全是重要的，不可以有一点松懈，而且了解了消防员叔叔的工作，才知道，他们是背负着艰难的任务的重要人物，也是默默付出的伟大人物!我感谢这些伟大的英雄，为我们默默付出的一切。

今天，

我们要去大海里游泳。到了海边，看到海面上一层层的浪花和远处的船只，大海真辽阔啊!海边还有好多人，有的在遮阳伞下休息，有的在玩沙子还有的在海边玩耍。我们准备下海了，我套上准备好的救生圈飞快的跑到海水里，真舒服啊!我和一个小妹妹拉起了手开始在水里转圈突然一个海浪打过来我们都喝了一口海水，怎么海水是咸的?真的很奇妙!

金矿玩的就是坐小火车了。一列小火车开过来了，小火车还挺长的，大概有20节车厢吧，我们四人正好坐满一个车厢，车厢里非常干净，座位是我最喜欢的蓝色，坐上小火车，我和妹妹就开始吃零售，玩玩具，妈妈给我们拍照片，外婆笑盈盈地看着我们玩。突然一片黑乎乎的，妈妈告诉我们，这里面原来是工人们采矿的矿洞，当时就是用这种小火车运送矿石的，现在让我们游玩的人坐小火车体验这里的景象，我觉得，那些工人可真厉害，能开这么长的一条矿洞。

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

最近，我心情很不好，因为发生了一件令我伤心的事。

那是个星期三的中午，我要复习功课，所以回家时把语文书带上了。但是，路上遇到了几个小伙伴，我们就边走边说笑，不知不觉中书不翼而飞了，我一点察觉都没有，到了家才发现书没了，我赶紧按

来的路往回走。这样来回找了两遍，就是看不到书的踪影，由于找不到书，我心里面又紧张又着急，妈妈看了我这副失魂落魄的模样，问：“怎么了，有什么事？”我不敢告诉妈妈事情的原委，“没什

么事！”就这样跑进屋里。在紧张与着急的折磨下，我忍了一个中午。后来，我觉得光忍着不说也不是个办法，最重要的是我现在没有书，不如告诉家长，让他们帮忙解决。

于是，我把事实从头到尾地给爸爸妈妈说了一遍，我刚说完，妈妈就急了，瞪我一眼：“这不是当官丢了印吗？爱学习的孩子会丢书？”又指着我：“中午又不写作业，拿书干什么？”“今天丢语文书

，明天丢数学书，后天……总有一天把你也丢了。”一旁的爸爸也开了口：“毕业生会丢书？自己去找！”这真让我丈二和尚——摸不着头脑。这就是平常关心我的爸爸妈妈吗？我“砰”地把门关上，躲在

屋里大哭起来。

虽然事后我有了新书，但对爸爸妈妈当时的做法，我实在是想不通：“作为学生丢了书，当时的心情他们无法理解。再说，我那天要复习功课才拿的书，我本想找他们帮忙，他们却胡乱指责一气，这不

是在我的伤口上撒盐吗？”

这件事过去好几周了，爸爸妈妈或许早已忘记，但我却记忆犹新，它使我最伤心。

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless

and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about

failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they

need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s

more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can

improve their methods. Every failure means the closeness of success, we should

take the positive attitude to failure, we can get over it soon and people

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks alittle and you

will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others

is and important wellspring of a generous and virtuous life. We now fall into a

busy life, neglecting to be grateful for details, the beauty of nature, the

comforts of modern living ,the love of parents and so on. People can notice

these details and realize the friendship, love and happiness in our life with a

grateful heart.

A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。
