there are many causes for this disquieting phenomenon and we should try to solve

the problem.

more likely to choose the candidates with rich working experience. Apparently

retired at a much later age. In this case, for young graduates, there are fewer

chances to get access to the jobs taken up by the older and more

experienced.

In current society,thanks to the deepening reform and opening-up,there is

so much unemployment, the competition for jobs is very fierce.In an effort to

land a decent job ,a host of school-leavers choose to attend the graduate

school‘s test.They want to learn more knowledge before acquiring a fine job.They

also can be confident in taking interviews.Consequently,attending the graduate

Among other folks intend to secure a job after graduating.Although the

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My

favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak

think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play

Its almost the end of April. Summer has come to us in my city. In south,

summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month.

The highest temperature reached 37 degree. Now, there are much less people in

the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot

outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always

full filled with people. Parents often take their children to swimming pool at

night. Personally, I do not like summer, because its too hot and the sunshine

dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese

High school students have come into a sensitive stage, their bodies grow so

fast and their minds have to keep up with the change. The boys and girls start

to realize the gender difference, there will be some awkward moments between

them. The troubled adolescent annoys many teenagers, because they have problems

all the time. For the girls, they want to look as beautiful as the commercial

models, so they go on a diet and struggle with hunger. For the boys, they want

to be as cool as the heroes in the TV, so they pretend to care about nothing and

go against the school regulations. The troubles teenagers meet are very typical,

they can talk to their teachers or go to see the psychologist. They need to take

the right attitudes towards these problems, or they will go the wrong way.

I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can

swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water

with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I

grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in

summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. While winter swimming

makes me feel excited and achievability. In general, swimming keeps me fit in

both physical and mental. Whenever I feel upset, I would go swimming and then I

would be full of energy and feel relax. Besides I believe it is due to swimming
