When he was the commander in charge of the appointment and dismissal of the local officials, both Gongsun Hong and Zhang Tang were low -ranking lfficials of little importance. Later ,they were promoted continuously. Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and Zhang Tang became the imperial censor. However, JiAns post remained thesame. One day, Ji An said to Emperor Wudi that the way the emperor used his ministers was just like piling up firewood, which meant that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers. Of course, Emperor Wudi could see that Ji An was complaining. So,turning to his ministers, Emperor Wudi said, "It is true that no one can stop learning.You see, Ji An is making more and more indiscreet remarks."

This story comes from The Historical Records. Later generations use the set phrase "the latecomers surpass the old-timers " to indicate that successors can cxcel the predecessors, which is quite different from the original idea when Ji An said that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers.

A new year,a new start,when i stand on the edge of a new year,i cant help thinking about my plan of next year.

just as the old saying:"well began is the half of the success.”so i decide that i should be at work while the others are still relaxing,and then,at the beginning,im quicker than the others and of course i will get better result than the others.

But,what i really decide to do is that i must make good of anytime i can spare though it seems impossible. while,i will do my best to live up with what i have planned,and the result will prove it.

新的一年，新的开始，当我在新的一年的边缘立场，我不禁在想我明年的计划。

正如古人云：“好开始是成功的一半”，所以我决定，我应该是在工作，而另一些性传播疾病就会放松，然后，在开始时，我比其他人更快，我当然会得到比别人更好的结果。

但是，我真正决定做的是，我必须利用好，我可以随时备用，虽然它似乎是不可能的。虽然，我会尽我所能，用我生活已计划了，结果将证明这一点。

家里的调皮鬼送去乡下已经有两个多月，我们对她的思念一天比一天深。终于，爸爸妈妈决定回乡下把妹妹接回来。

姑姑正好也要回乡下去拿东西，顺便坐我们的车回去。快要出城的时候，爸爸突然把车开进旁边的加油站，原来爸爸是要给车加油。由于加油站的车太多了，爸爸决定去镇上加油。姑姑急切地问：“会不会等下没油走不动？”爸爸皱了皱眉头，回答：“可以撑住。”我也把头伸过去看，油表快到红区了，果然快没油了。

经过三十多分钟的路程，我们终于到了。不过，由于乡下晚饭做好了，我们赶着回去，好像忘了一个重点。

到了伯伯家后，妹妹见到我们，兴奋得不得了，一个劲儿地喊：“爸爸、妈妈、哥哥。”爸爸把她抱起来，她一直用力地抖，妈妈抱她的时候，她也用力地抖。尽管她有些调皮，这么久不见了，我还是觉得她挺可爱，伸手要抱她。

进了伯伯家后，我们立刻去吃晚饭。餐桌上的菜可真丰富，见到之后，我食欲大开，像一只饿狼一样，狼吞虎咽。妹妹可不像我，妈妈用勺子喂她吃饭，她立刻把头扭开。妈妈只好不理她，她却要勺子。然后妈妈明白了，她是要自己吃饭。妹妹虽然吃得很慢，但是她吃得很好。妈妈立刻拿她和我作对比，笑着对我说：“你在你妹妹这么大的时候，还不会吃饭呢！”我听了以后，脸立刻红得像猴屁股一样。

吃过晚饭后，我就去看电视。妈妈带着妹妹在玩。突然，木门被北风吹开了。北风“呼呼呼”地吹进屋子里来，冷死了。妈妈想训练一下妹妹，就对她说：“汭汭，快去把门关上。”妹妹连忙跑了过去，但我提前一步上去把门关了。结果，妹妹怒气冲冲地瞪着我，脚用力地踏着地。我知道她生气了，就急忙把门又打开了，让她去关。没想到，她竟然玩起了游戏，把木门开了又关，关了又开。妈妈怕她夹到手，就对她说：“汭汭，地上有橘子皮，快扔到垃圾桶去。”妹妹听了赶快跑过去。我故伎重演，提前把橘子皮扔进了垃圾桶。妹妹竟然没生我的气，玩其他东西去了。

看了一会儿电视后，爸爸妈妈带上妹妹说要走了。我恋恋不舍地放下了遥控器。上了车，我们和伯伯他们告别。伯伯他们还逗妹妹，他们做样子还要去玩，问妹妹要不要去。妹妹也想去，伸手过去要抱，不过她太想家了，下一秒马上又回到了妈妈的怀抱。大家都笑了。

回家的路上，我看到加油站突然想起了一件事：“爸爸，我们还要加油呢！”爸爸突然想起来了，把车开进了加油站。

加完油后，妹妹突然叫了起来：“喝牛奶，喝牛奶。”可哪里有开水呢？妈妈这时立刻给她吃了一颗牛奶糖。她才没哭了，慢慢地睡着了。我们顺利地回到了家。

这样的生活看似平淡，实则幸福满满。

夏天到了，烈日炎炎，骄阳似火，我家却来了位不速之客。这位客人年纪很小，全身上下一片鹅黄，非常惹人喜爱。你猜是谁？不错，它便是我家的风流人物——小鸭子。

幸福印记一：这只活泼机灵的小鸭子并非买来，而是一只流浪鸭。我们怕烈日将它中暑，怕大雨将它淋湿，怕疾病将它折磨，就想把它收留下来，二话不说，我们便赶紧分配好了各自的职务：爸爸妈妈负责守住小鸭子钻到的汽车轮子边，我则负责指挥。我把手向上一抬，猛一挥，随即大喊一声：开始捕捉！这次可谓是全家总动员，身体矫健的爸爸猛扑下来，好似猛虎下山；动作敏捷的妈妈左遮右防，恰似蝴蝶般翩翩起舞，可他们还是敌不过英勇善战的小鸭，我见他们无功而返，便把我全部的力量都注入手中，来了个太极五行阴阳八卦掌，终于把那只小鸭子活捉了。

幸福印记二：捉住了小鸭子，我们将它安置在了一只纸箱里，可没过多久，小鸭竟然有些脱氧了，我冥思苦想，终于找到了事情的元凶，原来是箱子的体积太小了，我便换了一只鸟笼，看到它尽情呼吸新鲜空气，享受生活满脸幸福的样子，我满足地给它取了个名字——毛茸茸。

幸福印记三：每天晚上去院子散步是我暑期的一项重要功课，放松减肥两不误。我无意中看到有人在遛狗，心想：别人可以遛狗，我不可以遛鸭？用塑料瓶盖圈裹上丝带，套在毛茸茸的脖子上，毛茸茸也似乎明白了我的用心良苦，很快便驯服了，一路上，别人看我遛鸭，很是羡慕，而我和爸妈却很自豪。

开学不久，她的一个举动深深震撼了我。那一次，我由于犯了一个很小的错误被老师叫进了办公室，因此倔强的我很不服，因为犯错的又不只是我一个，为什么要把我叫去？老师看到我不服气的样子，就更加生气。她利用了一节课的时间，给我讲了许多大道理，我不仅没有听进去，还表现出了一副厌烦的样子，时不时的和老师顶嘴，把老师的话全当作耳旁风。老师十分生气，就让我先回到班里学习，我突然想起：我忘记拿作业本了，就去了办公室，无意间发现了老师在那里偷偷地流泪。我一下子呆在那里了，第一次看见有老师为一个学生而哭，我突然觉得自己很对不起她，同时又有一种幸福感油然而生。

从此，我变得听话起来，她就像我的一位亲人，在无微不至地关怀我，照顾我，抓我的学习，我也感受到，她在我身上有一种恨铁不成钢的感觉，我很感动，感到无比的幸福。

我们在一起的日子里，我很快乐，也很幸福。
