今天是端午节，大家知道端午节的来历吗?!不知道吧!那就让我来告诉你们吧!你们还记得楚国那位爱国大将屈原吗?我来说一说他吧!

屈原是战国时期出国人，很有学问。他在楚王身边做官，以形象是自己的国家富强起来。昏君楚王却听信奸臣的话，把屈原削职流放。在流放中，屈原听说楚国的都城被敌人占领，百姓遭难，悲愤极了。五月初五这一天，他来到汨罗江边，怀抱一块石头，以纵身跳入汨罗江中。出国的百姓听到屈原投江的消息，都十分悲痛。他们含着泪划着船赶来打捞屈原，还把粽子扔到江里喂鱼，希望鱼儿不要伤害屈原的身体。这就是五月端阳包粽子的来历。

端午节还有许多有趣的活动。列如赛龙舟，挂香囊，香囊内有朱砂、雄黄、香药，外包以丝布，清香四溢，再以五色丝线弦扣成索，作各种不同形状，结成一串，形形色色，玲珑夺目。还有挂艾叶、菖蒲的习惯。

端午节的活动可真多啊!

我们出生在充满阳光的二十一世纪，真是个十足的幸运儿。科技不断发展，给我们带来了许许多多的便利，让我们过着幸福快乐，衣食无忧的好日子，与此同时，谁又曾想过父母长辈的童年呢？

在那个年代，吃饱穿暖是种奢侈，大鱼大肉更是遐想。而放到我们现在，衣服不仅仅是为了保暖，还是为了美观。各种名牌服饰，对我们来说，早已是司空见惯。什么鱼啊，肉啊，吃得我们都腻了。

妈妈说，她们小的时候，上学要走很远的路，傍晚回家，要帮着家里干活。下雨天的晚上还经常漏雨，兄弟姐妹们几个人挤一张床。再瞧瞧我们现在，上学，放学，都有校车接送，放学回家，做完作业就可以吃饭，晚上睡觉前还有电视可看，电脑可玩。我和妹妹晚上睡一张床都嫌不舒服。天气热了，冰箱里有棒冰，电风扇、空调可以降温。天气冷了，有轻盈的羽绒服，那还有人穿笨重的大棉袍啊！这真是天差地别啊！尽管现在的生活很舒适，我们还是不能遗忘那些老祖宗留下的祖训，还是应该过朴素、勤俭的生活。我们要好好珍惜现在的生活，珍惜这来之不易的好生活！

幸福是什么？千百年来，这个问题让无数人不知道如何回答。幸福太简单——坐在窗边，享受着温暖的午后阳光，就是幸福。幸福又太复杂——历经风雨，看到彩虹也是幸福。千万个人，就有千万种幸福。其实，幸福触手可及。今天，我就来说说我的幸福生活。

每天早上睁开双眼，看着已被晨曦照亮的房屋中的一切，想着今天可能发生的有趣的事，想着让今天也变得和昨天一样充实，不禁有一种奇妙的感觉。其实，这就是幸福。

打开窗户，看着遥远的几座山，以及从山尖透露出的几道光亮，感受着新一天的美好和生机勃勃，听着偶尔传来的一两声清脆的鸟鸣，情不自禁地将嘴角上扬：给可爱的今天一个可爱的微笑。其实，这就是幸福。

背着鲜艳的书包，迎着朝阳走上通往校园的路，身边不时传来同学们欢乐的笑声，同学们的脸上挂着灿烂的笑容。今天一定是紧张而充实的一天。其实，这也是幸福。

下课时，同学们互相嬉戏打闹，玩得不亦乐乎。我想，和同学们在一起开心地玩耍，其实，这也是幸福吧？

劳累了一天，回到温馨的家，早有丰盛的晚饭等着我。父母笑着迎接我，我也冲他们开心一笑。这，也一定是幸福。

What do I want to do when Im older ? Someone wants to be a doctor. Someone wants to be a basketball player because they are good at sport. Someone wants to be a writer and to make the writing. Someone wants to be a teacher because they like teaching children.

I like playing the piano and I good at it. So I want to become a piano player. Play the piano is very interesting. And you can learn something of music. Piano can make you like music. A lot of musician and singer are love playing piano.

I play the piano when Im ten years old. Now Im in grand five. I hope when Im sixteen years old , I can become grand eight. I’ll be harder and harder to practise.

Become a piano player is a hard job. But I believe I can do it.

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my

classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time

but do not know what to do. However, from my point of view, the campus life in

college is interesting and colorful as long as you make it meaningful.

In the first semester in college, I didnt relax and I still worked hard as

I was in the senior school. I usually spent two hours in study at night and I

went to the classroom forautonomous learning.But the difference is that I have

many extracurricular activities. For example, I went to the English Corner

regularly on Tuesday night, in which I could practice my spoken English and make

friends with common interests.

Besides, I join the Student Union of my department. In the Student Union, I

have a group of workmates who work hard together and support to each other.

Actually, it looks like a big, warm family that we can share our lives together.

During various activities, I realize the importance of team spirit that helps us

go further.

Finally, college is great stage to improve a student and show ones

abilities. In college, I know more about our society and get more channels to

explore the outside world. I realize that I am not only a student but also an

adult who is preparing to step into the society.

In short, I cherish my life in college campus and I will try hard to make

it colorful as well as meaningful.
