李先生为妻子在京东商城以一万四千余元价格付款购买了一款LV女包，后来发现该包为假冒商品，通过专柜对比正品，在工艺制作上存在明显的差异，且专柜人员以包存在品牌问题拒绝给该包进行刻字服务。

李先生联系这家电商的客服人员，要求商家提供该包为正品的证明。可是，京东商城却要求消费者与卖家自行协商解决。多次交涉无果，李先生认为京东商城负有把关责任，有意包庇商家，欺骗消费者。

案例二：堂而皇之造假售假?
