I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. 四个小时的飞行就把我们从寒冷的冬天带到了海风凉爽的夏天。心情立刻就变得特别轻松。我们来到塞班岛的海边，海水湛蓝而清澈，甚至一眼就能看到小鲨鱼和小海星。大海的涛声象雄壮有力的号声，飞溅的浪花是一个个跳跃的音符，汇成一曲曲美妙动听的乐章。

我们在沙滩上堆沙子，跳进海里自由自在地游泳，坐潜水艇潜入海底去看五颜六色的珊瑚，色彩斑斓的热带鱼，更为奇特的是还能看到二战时期沉入海底的军舰和飞机残骸，让我了解了这段历史。

转眼假期就过去了，我怀着依依不舍的心情离开了塞班岛。大海是多么美丽，又多么神秘，让人流连忘返!我又度过了一个美好的假期。
