当今社会，没时间读书，阅读的碎片化、快餐化、娱乐化、功利化已成为一种普遍现象。一如赫尔曼·黑塞在20世纪中叶所言“当今许多年轻中都忽视了书籍”。我认为，是社会的主观发展影响了人生的格局。

以前，人们去咖啡馆休闲喝咖啡时，手捧一本书，抿着咖啡度过一个美好的下午，现如今，很多社会人士桌上摆放着苹果电脑，屏幕上呈现繁杂的公文，手里拿着手机不时聊着工作的事情，接了一个电话后匆匆喝完咖啡，然后离开。

是社会的发展阻碍了传统书籍的推广。从2008年的2g时代，2009年的3g时代，一直到2014年的4g时代，都暗示了网络时代的来临。21世纪在手机的推广和普及下，鲜有人会舍弃刷QQ、微信、微博的时间去静心看一本枯燥的名著，这也正是阅读碎片化、快餐化、娱乐化的体现。于是，传统书籍的推广陷入了瓶颈期，其实，拿上一本书，或是伏首案头，或是香茗相伴，无疑是一种享受。书本散发出的墨香，白纸黑字的存在，都是传统书籍的魅力。

经济发展却忽视购买传统书籍的意图。20世纪，经济落后的中国有着像余秋雨一般的学者。余秋雨年轻时，用月收入的一半来买书，生活节俭却从不缺书。21世纪，中国人均GDP排名世界第二，消费水平总体提高，可传统书籍却一直处于滞销状态。大概人们更喜欢盯着手机屏幕去读书，于是忽视了传统书籍。实体书与电子书就好比精读与泛读，一个带有思考，一个泛泛而读。

个人生活观念的转变影响了自己读书的本心。越来越多的年轻人读书是为了应付考试，经常被灌输一个思想：如果你不看书的话，考试就不会通过。于是被迫拿起了参考书，带有功利性地阅读，但是完全的功利化不利于个人综合素质的提升。当代年轻人需遵循自己读书的本心，根据兴趣，多一些生产性的阅读，少一些消费性的阅读。读一些能启发思维的书，帮助形成新的思想和看法，进行知识的加工生产。

过去如厕时捧读的书籍变成了手机，桌上原本堆满的书籍变成了充电线、耳机等，社会的主观发展阻碍了传统书籍的发展，这是一种进步，也是一种牺牲。希望当代年轻人不要忽视书籍，而要捧一本书，陶醉于书墨之香中……

随着科技的进步，我们的生活开始变得碎片化，“碎片化”这个词渐渐融入我们的生活中，我们的生活变的四分五裂：碎片化的时间；碎片化的社交；碎片化的阅读……

碎片化的生活到底是什么样的呢？我觉得的就是生活中的娱乐活动，购物，吃饭，工作都分成了一片一片的，生活中的许多事情都是以碎片的形式同时进行着。

人们的生活变的越来越便捷，也越来越舒适，就比如说：你和同学聚会以前需要坐车，再碰面，聊天，可能要花上一天的时间。然而现在，我们可以用微信、电话、视屏聊天等等。其中，微信是最方便的，你给朋友发去一条问候，在等待朋友回复的时间里，我们可以继续读还没读完的小说，可以继续看还没看完的电视，还可以同时做很多我们想做的事情，等到对方回你了再继续朋友间的聊天。这样，我们在和朋友互相问候的同时也做了其他我们想做的事情。

碎片化的生活虽然给我们带来了更好的效率，但是，如果我们一味的以这样的方式和朋友家人进行沟通和问候，我们面对的只是一个冷冰冰的机器，我们忘记了家人间充满爱的温暖的拥抱，我们忘记了朋友间交换着最爱的小说书嬉笑打闹的乐趣，“碎片化的生活”虽然在时间上拉近了距离，节省、缩短了时间，却在人与人的感情上拉远了距离，不再像以前面对面那样的亲密。

我们可以利用现代的科技去提高效率节省时间，但不能完全依赖网络，不能忘记对家人的关心，与人与人之间的沟通，不要让网络冲淡你们的感情，所以在繁忙中一定不要忘记抽出一点时间去关心关心家人，多与朋友见见面，把你们的亲情、友情持续下去。

在这个网络时代，有太多事情吸引着我们，又有太多事情要做，这使我们的生活、时间四分五裂，一件事情要分几个时间段来做，又有很多事情需要同时去做，这已经是家常便饭的事情了。网络对这个社会来说就是一把锐利的剑，用得好，可以给你带来非常大的帮助，如过度使用，这把剑就会狠狠的反伤你，使工作学习和生活失去平衡，千万不要让我们对家人的爱和关心也变得“碎片化”。

不知何时，一个软件——“抖音”迅速地风靡了全班，同学们无时无刻不在谈论它。

抖音有着不少的好处。大家因为它学会了不少炫酷的舞蹈和歌曲，比如“嘟啦舞”、“海草舞”等等。有了它，再内向的孩子也能晋升为多才多艺的小舞蹈家。最令我难以置信的是，我们班的“冰山女神”平时不苟言笑，不敢在同学面前展示自己，但是在抖音上，她却展示出了自己多才多艺的一面——舞跳得特别好！有些同学也通过它学到了不少有用的生活小技巧，比如如何手工制作飞镖，如何打出漂亮的蝴蝶结以及各种使用手机的小技巧等，成为了一个“小巧手”。“抖音”里也有不少有趣的视频，引发了同学们一波又一波的新话题。

终于，我也忍不住打开了它。它仿佛有着神奇的魔力，只要你一打开它，它就对你施展了“定身术”，牢牢地抓住你的眼球，让你一刻也离不开它。抖音里的内容实在是太丰富了，有各种炫酷歌曲、舞蹈的教程，有各种实用的生活妙招，还有许多我最喜欢的可爱萌宠，而且这些视频的时间还特别短，只需十五秒，我就能轻松学会一个新技能或是发现一个新事物，这实在是让人舍不得挪开视线。

“婷婷！别玩了！”我的耳边突然传来了妈妈的怒吼声。

妈妈一言不发地把闹钟放到了我的面前。啊！我以为时间只过了五分钟，但其实现实生活中已经过去了好几个小时，而我的作业却一个字也没有动过。“抖音”就像时间大盗一样，一点一点地偷走了我所有的时间。

不容否认的一个事实是，现代社会的“集体智商”，确实大不如前。许多人感叹：现在的中学生相当于过去的小学生，大学生相当于中学生，研究生相当于大学生；20世纪80年代的畅销书，是尼采和萨特的书，而现在的畅销书，是一些内容简单、即可见效的励志书；看于丹《论语心得》的人比看《论语》的人多得多。

假如于丹早生一百年，她的《论语心得》绝对火不起来，那时候有太多人直接读《论语》。其实，从于丹那里，我们便很可得知“低智商社会”的一个最重要的特点：人们懒于思考，希望有人把思考后的答案，直接告诉他们。

大前研一举了一个非常生活化的例子。在超级市场里。每位顾客都养成了看“生产日期”和“保质期”的习惯。这便是一种明显依赖他人思考的行为。人们不会去验证所购买的商品是否真的变质了，而一味听从几个数字的摆布。

当一股“流行”大潮袭来时，大部分人表现出来的是毫无理由的追捧。不管适不适合自己，社会上九成的女人都在穿黑丝袜。当一个叫张悟本的人走上电视，推销他的“绿豆食疗法”时，很多人都在以每天数斤的量猛吃绿豆，坚信这样可以使身体健康。

除了要怪罪媒体对大众的“低智商”化误导以外，教育亦难辞其咎。我们都接受过九年制义务教育，都做过试卷。有没有发现，试卷里的选择题和判断题远远多于问答题?更有甚者，有的老师会教你如何在完全看不懂题目的情况下光凭对几个答案的分析，即可选出正确答案。而这，就是“低智商社会”心理模式的滥觞。

社会的精英阶层，正是在这样的层层选拔中脱颖而出的。现代教育已完全沦为一种“技能”。一些人虽然不会思考，但因为具有熟练的技能，还是能被知名大学、一流政府部门和大企业选中。久而久之，知名大学变得不再“知名”，一流政府部门和大企业也变得不再“一流”了。

“教育”一词在英文里有“引导”之意。是故，所谓教育其实是老师引导学生进行思考。可在传统意义上，教育具有居高临下的意味。我来“教”你，我来“育”你，学生成了被动的一方：从经济学的角度来说，老师成了“生产者”，而学生成了“消费者”。

大前研一说：“政府一直以来都是把‘生产者’摆在比‘消费者’更高的位置上。”这就好比一个厨子说：“我不管你想吃什么，反正我烧什么你都必须吃掉。”久而久之，吃饭的人也懒得去想下一顿该吃什么，·反正能填饱肚子不挨饿就成。

从九年级的开始，老师就无时无刻地不在强调着初三的重要性，而大家也都清楚，离别的滋味，毕竟，大家都是经历过小升初的。但随着时间一分一秒地溜走，我开始担心我能不能承受到那一天。初中的生活不管是酸的，是甜的，是苦的，还是辣的，只有自己清楚。大家已经习惯了这样的生活，经不起离别。

Today is Women’s Day, early in the morning, I opened the computer and read the news. I found most people planned to give their mothers the surprise, until then did I realize that I should do something to my mom, she took care of us all the time, now she deserved to have a rest. Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

自从推行生本化课堂模式以来，坚持：没有预习的课不上，但学生的预习没有达到我预想的效果，体现在：不会看书，更加找不着重难点，甚至看书后比着葫芦画瓢都画不出来。怎么办？这件事一直困扰着我。经过实践摸索逐渐有了一点点的想法，写出来与大家交流一下。

1、指导学生预习要落到实处。

预习要求或预习题目的设计是否明确、是否有可操作性、是否能让学生“踮一踮脚够得着”，直接影响着学生预习的效果。因此，预习内容的多少要根据学生的实际情况而定，基础好的内容多点，基础差的内容少点，宁少勿滥。预习提纲要具体、要符合学生的思维特点、要顺应学生的认知发展过程。预习提示最好以问题的形式出现，问题与问题间的梯度要小，在设计预习题目时要有针对性、集中性、发现性，不要出现“预习课本第x页—第x页”这样的预习要求。

2、重视培养学生预习的习惯和兴趣。

“少成则若性也，习惯若自然也”。可见，良好的学习习惯的养成，对学生将会终身受益。由于我们的学生初次接触预习，不仅对预习数学的方法不知道，更没有主动预习的习惯和预习的兴趣。可以通过及时对好的预习方法和结果进行激励性的评价，让学生感受成功的喜悦，设计形式多样的预习问题等方法来逐步养成课前预习的习惯、调动起预习的兴趣。

3、允许不同的学生有不同的预习效果。

新课标要求：“数学教育要面向全体学生，实现：不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”“要正确认识学生个体差异，因材施教，使每个学生都在原有的基础上得到发展，要让学生获得成功的体验，树立学好数学的自信心”。教师要承认学生的个体差异，允许学生的预习效果存在差异，对预习效果不要强求学生都到达相同的水平。因此在预习提示中如果也能表现出分层设计更好。

虽然我有这方面的想法，但在实际操作中并不像想象的那样简单，并没有取得预想的效果。我认为，对学生的预习习惯培养是一个复杂的长期性综合性问题，尤其是对于我们农村小学的学生来说更是难上加难。因为学生的学习状况不同，预习能力有高有低，家庭环境也不同，如何培养好每个学生预习的习惯，使他们善于运用数学课前预习方法，养成课前预习习惯，由不自觉到自觉，由“要我预习”变为“我要预习”，认真预习，从而培养他们良好的学习习惯，提高数学学习的能力，是需要我们各科老师进一步努力的。

人们常说：“如果你分享快乐，快乐就会增加一倍；如果你分享忧愁，忧愁就会减少一半。”由此可见共享的魅力。时下最为流行的便是共享单车。只要下载APP，对车扫码或输入车牌号查开锁码，伴随“嘀”的一声，你就可骑着这辆车在交通堵塞的市区畅游，且价格优惠。令人拍案叫绝的创意、便捷的使用方法，同时还倡导“绿色出行”、减轻交通负担，这样对个人和社会都极有益的发明，却在运营不久后遭到残暴对待。

媒体新闻时常报道“共享单车被投河、被砸烂”，一些小区惊现二维码被撕或是被上私锁的单车，甚至有人拆车拿零件卖钱————这一切的一切，清晰地证实着一个事实——市民的思想觉悟有待提高。如果将共享资源占为已有，这还是“资源共享”吗？社会生活的公共秩序依旧文明有序吗？

There has been a long time since I came back from Hainan―wowhainan is such a wonderful place that I will never forget it .It‘s really a good place where gave me a rather good impression. I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.

In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.

After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water. I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.

I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.
