暑假的一天，我和老爸老妈去向往已久的秦皇岛游玩，一进秦皇岛这座城市，给人的感觉特别清爽，蓝天、碧海、红屋，海天一色，让人流连忘返，心旷神怡。我们去了山海关、南北戴河，其中最让我难忘的是南戴河国际娱乐中心。

这里有滑沙、滑草、热气球、疯狂列车、卡丁车、超级秋千等四十多项娱乐项目。我在南戴河玩了缆车、滑草等游戏。尤其是坐缆车的时候，缆车不封闭，只有一根铁棒拦着，向下望如同坠入万丈深渊。好不容易走了一半的路程，突然缆车不走了，老爸大叫停电了，让我的心跳几乎停止了，一场虚惊后，缆车又走开了，我的心才跌进肚子里。

我们下了缆车后，有去海边游泳。大海一望无际，让我身心得到全面放松，这是我第一次面对大海，投入大海的怀抱，第一感觉就想大声呼喊，大海气势磅礴，大浪一浪高过一浪，此时我体会到当年曹操《观沧海》的意境，“东临碣石，以观沧海，水何澹澹，山岛竦峙，幸甚至哉，歌以咏志。”沙滩上的人多如牛毛,我左拿游泳圈右拿水枪，迅速跳入大海中，我在大海里自由自在的畅游。

我们还去了鸽子窝公园、野生动物园、乐岛、山海关、长城的源头老龙头以及坐大游轮长城一号公主号去看秦皇岛的港口。

短暂的几天旅游结束了，我真希望明年还能再来。

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

eve of the Spring Festival, we had a great family reunion dinner and then we

watched Spring Festival Party on CCTV1. Sometimes, I reviewed my lessons. I had

a very wonderful holiday.

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a

lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can

have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy

eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone,

if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, try your best.

I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasnt difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

different people on my way to school. I have different new classes every day, so

I always learn new knowledge. And the happiness is different. Yesterday I might

be happy because I got high scores in the exam, but today I am happy because I

A hot day

Today is very hot,the heightest temperature reached to 40 degree.So I

stayed at home all the day.I recited english text this morning,after I finished

my homework,I prepared lunch for my families.I cooked egg-fried rice for

lunch,because there was eggs in the fridge only and I didnt want to go out

一、掌握日记的正确格式

英语日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即书端和正文。

1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

15th August 1989

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

August 15，1989

August 15th，1989

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

Saturday，October 22nd，1983

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

2．正文（Body） 日记是每日生活的记载。生活的内容广泛，但写作时应有所选择，最好是记下当天有意义，感受最深的东西、不可巨细不分地记流水帐。 记日记的手法灵活，形式多样，它常用叙述的方法，可议论、也可抒情和描写；有话则长，无话则短，甚至于三言两语亦可。

值得一提的是日记的时态选择，由于日记记载的事情通常已经发生，因此谓语动词一般用过去时态。然而，根据实际情况，也可用其他时态。例如：
