跟随着教官的步伐，我们来到了一块较为空旷的场地。映入眼帘的，不是那早已把大地炙烤得火热的阳光，而是那矗立在地面上的大型怪物——攀岩壁。终点上高达十多米的铁杆，在阳光的反射下却是那么耀眼，耀眼得不由得让人顿生寒意。那别在岩壁上的垫脚石，却像根根银针般，使人不由得起了一身的鸡皮疙瘩。“怎么办？”我不由得寒暄了一句。是啊！对于我这个连二三米高的地方往下望都不敢的极度恐高人士，面对这已是“插入云天的高峰”，怎会不冒出一身冷汗呢？恍然间，热情的助威声打破了这阳光下的宁静。只见XX已迅捷地爬到了岩壁的上方，就像那穿着红色服装的蜘蛛侠，高大的墙板与他那矮小的身姿在阳光下却显得那样的不自然。

“连XX这样的‘矮人族’都能够爬到终点，像我这样的人高马大又怎能退缩？”在不断地自我安慰下，便开始鼓足勇气，准备“一展身手”。但现实终究是残酷的，还没等我“磨枪上阵”，就已是“光荣殉国”了。

随后，我们就又进行了一些救震抗灾的演习活动，毛毛虫赛跑，射击体验等。

这时，已是日薄西山。太阳温和地洒下最后一片余晖，是那样的恋恋不舍。而我们，也是都回到大本营中，美好的一天也即将结束。光滑的地板上除了那些废桌椅，还多了三个用绳子圈起来的三个圆套。

“现在我们来玩个游戏，这个游戏的名字叫做动力绳圈。这个游戏将由我们全校400多学生共同完成，每个人都要用手抓住绳子顺时针地不停旋转，而我也将会在一旁为你们计数。这个数字也将成为这个游戏的第一个记录。但如若你们当中有一个人的手脱离这个绳圈，计数也将会停止。”

随后，我们被依次地安置在绳圈的外沿。待一切安排就绪后，游戏的钟声也就此敲响。

开始，我们都卖力地旋转起来，叫喊声大过了音乐，仿佛要将那可怜的窗户玻璃震碎。气势如山河般，所向披靡；如海浪般，势不可挡；如洪钟般，惊天动地！

但到了后面，瘦弱的身体却最先发出了红色警报。豆粒般大的汗珠从头额上滚落，滴向眼睛——这便有人时常地眨巴着眼睛——因为毕竟汗珠流到眼睛里是异常难受的。但却仍然没有一个人放手。坐在我旁边的一个同学，可能就是因为剧烈的抖动，眼镜都快从鼻梁上挣脱下来。但他也并没有放手，全力以赴地为着学校的荣耀而努力。“九百！一千！一千一！一千二！”随着主持人的欢呼声，我们谱写了一个又一个的奇迹。直至第两千两百下，游戏才就此结束。

游戏亦是如此，而学习呢？也许我们刚开始一、二年级的时候，怀揣着对知识的渴望与好奇，为此而努力拼搏。但到了五、六年级甚至是中学，难度越来越大，难以腾跃的海浪越来越多。有些人，因此而萎靡不振；有些人，却越战越勇，全力以赴，谱写他们自己的一个又一个奇迹！

最后，我们乘上了返回的客车，而我却痴痴地倚在窗旁。望着前方的已被路灯照得明亮的马路，我想，我也找到了人生之路的方向……

研学旅行开始啦

星期二，阳光灿烂，吃完早餐后，同学们兴奋地提着大包小包的行李，开始了研学旅行。

分宿舍、发军装、开营仪式、学着打水、就餐纪律……第一天很快到了晚上，这是一段自由快乐的时光。经过了一天的约束，每个宿舍就像菜市场一样，没有了教官的监管，个个都嬉皮笑脸。有人在大声说笑，有人在床上蹦来跳去，有人在享受美食……大家玩得不亦乐乎。不过好景不长，教官终于还是来了，同学们就像受惊的兔子，立马四散逃窜。

真是自由的一天啊。

快乐的一天

“有人醒来了吗？”熟睡的我被一个声音吵醒了，我打量了一下周围，才发现我是在宿舍的床上。今天的内容丰富，有人早早就醒来了。

我们排着队伍，走进了进行野炊的场地。看着那一排排的炉灶，我心中跃跃欲试，脸上露出了兴奋的表情。其他同学也大多和我一样期待。等教官分好组，大家便迫不及待地冲向自己所在组的“地盘”，手忙脚乱地开始了做饭菜。别看我们是家里的宝贝，但做起事来也是有模有样的。周佳妮、李欣宇轮流切菜，我也兴冲冲地跑到捡柴区去抱柴，回来时，我们的“厨师”彭煜芩已经准备开始炒菜了，一旁的陈俊宇和隆俊平正在配合默契地烧着火。火在陈俊宇的精心呵护下慢慢变大，火苗如同调皮的小孩子，一会儿蹿得好高，一会儿又低头问好。彭煜芩左翻右炒，很快，菜香便从锅内飘出，引得站在旁边围观的我们馋涎欲滴。

场内到处是欢笑笑语，有被烟呛得眼泪直流的，有炒菜忘记放盐的，有煮饭火太大把饭烧焦了的，有做紫菜蛋汤先把把紫菜洗了结果捞不上来引起笑话的……

火腿炒黄瓜端上来了，清炒白菜端上来了，辣椒炒黄瓜端上来了，油亮亮的红萝卜、白白的冬瓜、紫菜蛋汤、……自己做的菜就是好吃啊，吃着自己辛勤劳动的成果，我们一个个笑开了花。

今天真是快乐的一天啊！

研学之旅结束了

快乐的时光总是过得飞快，研学之旅今天要结束了。

我们坐在食堂里等着车，玩着各式各样的游戏，我的心中却在怀念着这几天度过的快乐时光。

我怀念第一天在礼堂做手工，怀念充满欢乐的野炊，怀念快乐的CS真人枪战，怀念晚上大家一起看电影，怀念精彩的文艺晚会，怀念着宿舍那段自由的时光……今天，这一切都变成了回忆。这可能是小学阶段我们大家一起最后的一次出游，想想还真有点伤感。

今天真是难舍的一天。

材料准备好后，就可以做了。先把粽叶的二分之一卷成一个无底的圆锥，然后兜两到三勺子拌好的糯米和酱油加到圆锥里，加一块肥肉和瘦肉，用勺子挤一挤，再兜三到四勺的糯米，兜满为止。可是我兜了一勺又一勺，一勺又一勺，就是兜不满，像个无底洞一般，怎么装都装不满。

可是我始终不知道为什么。后来我把粽子翻了个身一检查，才恍然大悟，原来我卷的时候，没卷好，“圆锥”的头上有个洞，只要我捏一捏上面或者用勺子使劲按一按，下面这个洞就会像没捏紧的水龙头一样，时不时漏一些糯米下来。拆掉，重包!这一回，我可小心多了，为了防止它再漏出来，我甚至提前用了棉线，在尖角上面先捆了几圈。

粽子到是兜满了，总该盖盖子了吧。我把剩下的二分之一的粽叶包上去，盖住再折下去，它的两边就有两个大口子开开来，会使糯米漏出来的。我重复了好几遍，还是会有两上大口子裂开来。我索性倒出了一些糯米，把粽叶往口子上一盖，就拿棉线捆住得了。我怕它在蒸得时候漏出来，所以横着竖着斜着捆了有二十来圈，奶奶、曾祖母都笑我说我捆粽子像捆贼一样，来了个五花大绑。而她们包的只有横的口子上的三四圈，而且捆得还比我的结实呢!初学者嘛，没事儿的，能吃就行!

直到把粽叶包完，我们一家人包了有二十多个。我包的那几个虽然一个比一个好，但是还是奇形怪状的。在一大堆粽子里，我包的粽子显得特别与从不同。没关系，我这叫有创意嘛!进锅蒸粽子喽!等一会儿吧，粽子很快就出锅了。

吃粽子是端午节最主要最不可少的习俗。当然，还有其它很多习俗，例如：赛龙舟、挂艾草、戴香包……这些传统文化寄托着我们对先辈们的思念，也是中华五千年文化之中的一颗闪耀的明珠!

虽说这件事已经很久了，但我却清清楚楚的`记得这件事的从头到尾。

说实话，在暑假的日子里，我过得十分无聊，所以呀!就打算到街上逛逛，虽然口袋里没有钱，但是到超市看看东西也总比闲着呆在家里强。我每到一家超市，超市的服务员就给我推荐一些零食，我知道我的兜里没有钱，所以就只能看不能吃，就找借口说："哦，我不喜欢吃这些零食”。

可当我走到第四家时，超市里的服务员却不给我推荐零食了，而是跑到一旁人围的如山一样的人堆看什么稀奇去了，我便也好奇的走过去，使尽吃奶的力气挤进去，才看见一位老太太正摸着自己的脚坐在地上不停地呻吟，旁边一位女服务员也不停地让她去医院检查。我十分不解，于是便问一位阿姨是怎么一回事?

原来啊!一位女服务员抱着两件啤酒要放在货架上，可是女服务员的前面有一位老太太走得太慢，她又走的快，再加上自己的手拿的东西太多太重，一下子“刹不住车”，不小心就跌倒了，而手里的东西一扔，因此，老太太被啤酒砸伤了脚，又黑又肿又流血，被砸的面积又大，哎哟!更不幸的是，老太太穿的还是凉鞋，这不是雪上加霜吗?可是女服务员不管怎么劝老太太去医院，老太太都不答应。

我想：就没有人站出来劝劝吗?我刚想到这里，一位年轻的叔叔突然站出来说：“大娘，你伤得也不轻，坐在这里不是办法，不如到医院去看看，把伤口包扎一下，过几天就没事了。”一位阿姨也接着说：“就是就是”。于是，所有人都七嘴八舌的劝起来，当然，我也不例外，老太太听见这么多人都在劝，也许是感动了，说：“好吧好吧”。于是那位年轻的叔叔又把老太太背到医院包扎了伤口，这时，我感觉好温暖……

事虽小，情却大。愿天下人的心都能像那位年轻的叔叔的心一样美。

我和爸爸妈妈都是热爱旅游的人，我们去那儿玩，总会叫上几个大人和几个小朋友。在开学的前一个星期，我、爸爸、妈妈、黄叔叔、颖阿姨、妹妹、林叔叔、王阿姨，一起去九龙沟玩。我们准备在九龙沟玩两天，住一晚，再玩一天便离开;这次旅行很特殊，这次旅行是为了我和妹妹去的。因为，在前夕，黄叔叔答应我和妹妹开学前带我们出去玩。终于等到了这一天。

刚到九龙沟的时候，我们运气不太好，碰上了下雨，于是我们便找好住处，安顿下来，在旅店喝茶、聊天。夜晚，大家吃了烧烤，便会房间睡觉了。第二天早晨，我们去爬山，下山后，大人们便开始了聊天叙旧，因为过了今天，可能大家接触的就会少一些了，所以，在今天，我们一定要好好玩玩。大人们都去“玩”了，我和妹妹也不落后，便找来扑克牌，决定打发打发时间......

玩着玩着，妹妹突然说她要去游泳，我急忙否定，因为昨天，我的脚扭伤了，在水里不好游，所以我拒绝了。妹妹8岁，她那天真的思想，哪里会知道脚扭伤的滋味呀，当然和我吵起架来了。妹妹不停地催促着我和她一起下水游泳，我不肯，妹妹便一刻不停的请求我，我是一个急性子，我也是一个很没有耐心的女孩，终于我的怒火到了顶点，我站了起来，不顾我和妹妹的面子，大声朝妹妹吼道：“你是听不懂我说的话吗?我说了不去就是不去，你干嘛不停的问我呀?你是那根筋不对了呀?非叫我去，多大了，自己去吧!”说完后，我不禁看到别人那不一样的目光注视着我和妹妹，我顿时脸红似火的坐了下来，我同样也是一个爱面子的女孩，当时真想挖个洞子钻下去得了。妹妹恼羞成怒的站了起来，拿起扑克牌转身走了，我看见妈妈在一旁打手机，正没事做呢，我便站起来，追上妹妹，一把抢走了她的扑克牌，妹妹见此，也将我手中的扑克牌抢了过去，我见了，便有从妹妹手中抢走了扑克牌，就这样，扑克牌在我和妹妹手中来回徘徊了几次，最终，扑克牌还是被我抢了回去，妹妹这次没有反抗，只是结结巴巴的说：“这，这，这是......”我没等妹妹把话说完，我便转身就走了，妹妹跑到大人那里去，嚎啕大哭，大人见此便询问情况，妹妹说出后，大人们便叫我也过去。妹妹对我说：“其实我想对你说，那不是我们的扑克牌，那时我在老板那里接的扑克牌，说好了，3:00还给她，现在都3:10了，怎么办，老板会说我不遵守承诺的。”我顿时脸又红了一下，想了一会儿，便拉着妹妹的手，走到大厅，向老板讲述了情况，老板非常通情达理，很快便理解了我们。

通过这次旅行，我同样明白了2个道理：1、做人就要想妹妹一样遵守承诺，我这个当姐姐的真是丢人。2、在做事前，不要冲动，听别人把话说完再做决定。

妹妹，现在我真想对你说：谢谢你妹妹，让我明白了这么多道理，同时我也很抱歉，没有听你把话说完。今后我一定要改正这些坏毛病。这真是一次令我难忘的旅行。

去年国庆节假期的最后一天，爸爸决定带我去格氏栲森林公园游玩。

出发前我很好奇地问爸爸：格氏栲是什么东西呢？爸爸告诉我，因为以前有个姓格的英国人发现了一片栲树林，于是人们就把这种树命名为格氏栲。

到了格氏栲森林公园，买了门票，我们兴高彩烈地进了公园。一进门就看见一个小水塘，水面上有几根梅花桩，我们很兴奋想去走，但是旁边的牌子上写着：水深6。5米，我吓了一跳。不过我最终还是坚持走过了梅花桩。

接着，我们来到一个新建的游乐场。里面有许多娱乐项目，比如，溜索、过山车、海盗船等。

玩了一会儿，我们就开始爬山去看格氏栲树了。我们沿着一条弯弯曲曲的小路往山上爬，一路上看到了许多高大粗壮的栲树，每一棵都长得十分茂盛。据说最大的一棵要好几个人手拉手才能抱住呢。

大约走了三十分钟，我们来到了最高峰，那里有一座高楼，叫腾龙阁。我抬头一看大约有八九层，虽然我爬山已经爬得很累了，但是我还是一口气爬上了顶层。站在顶层往四周望去，哇！真美啊！整个森林公园的美景都尽收我的眼底了。

最后，我们原路返回，再次来到梅花桩，然后就依依不舍地回家了。

这一天玩得真开心啊！真希望下次还能再次来格氏栲森林公园游玩。

national day plan

with the coming of national day, i have a one week holiday.

i really expect to it, because i want to have a short trip during these days.

i will travel tojiuzhaivalleywith my parents for three days.

i have heard that the scenery ofjiuzhaivalleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel there.

autumn is my most favorite season so i want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place.

i do some preparations for this trip.

for example, i search the internet to see the travel raiders and i have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in.

i am sure it will be a wonderful journey.

there are only several days for the coming trip, but i have been too excited to wait.

Yestoday,our Chinese teacher told us that we would have a school trip.And today is the school trip day.So,we get school in the early morning.We will go to the park by bus.And all of us spend 150 yuan in buying bus tickets.

When we get there.We see so many trees and flowers.The flowers are so colorful and nice.There are many different birds in the sky.Oh,there are also a big poor in the park.The water in the poor is so clean.We fall in love with the park.

Making a trip to ShangHai on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.

I arrived in ShangHai at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.
