Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

In China , tea has a very long history and has formed the Chinese tea

culture. At the same time, tea is beneficial to our health, thus it is well

received by many people. Chinese tea culture is both extensive and profound,

which not only contains the level of material culture, but also includes a deep

level of spiritual civilization. Referring to Chinese tea, we can trace it back

to ancient times, which flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties, Since then,

the spirit of tea has penetrated into the court and society, going deep into

Chinese poetry, painting, calligraphy , religion and medicine. For thousands of

years, China has accumulated a great deal of culture in tea cultivation and

production, moreover, enriching the spiritual culture of tea.

Today is Monday. I got up at 6：30 a.m.. Then I washed my face and ate breakfast. Milk， bread， egg and porridge are my favorites. My mother always getsup early and cooks for me. Last week， I came across a stray dog when I was taking a walk in my neighborhood. It was a cold day， and there was nobody around. Today I was sad because I was blamed. The day before yesterday, my father gave me a tast. He told me to finish math exercises and he would check today. I have to days to finish them. But I did not, because there was a football game yesterday. I was so tired, so I forgot them. Today, my father wanted to check my exercises. He found I did not finish, so he scolded me. He was angry and he do not let me play football anymore. I am afraid I cant play football anymore.

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

building， the P.E.room is on the first floor. The library is on the second

floor. The science rooms are on the third floor. The computer rooms are on the

千盼万盼，终于盼到了六一儿童节，因为爸爸答应我这天下午要带我去国清寺玩。在路上的时候，我恨不得给自己插上一对翅膀，飞到国清寺。

终于到了国清寺。爸爸首先带我去看了雨花殿，雨花殿里有四大天王，分别是：风、调、雨、顺四大天王，传说风是由“锋”转化来的；调是由“琴”转化来的，雨是由“雨伞”转化来的；顺是由“蜃”转化来的，听说“蜃”长上龙鳞就变成“龙”了。

接下来爸爸带我看了五百罗汉堂，那里的罗汉栩栩如生，像活的一样。他们的形态也不一样，有的罗汉正对坐着专心致志地下着棋，有的罗汉懒洋洋地躺在“云床”上睡觉，还有的罗汉东张西望，一点儿也不放松警惕……真是千姿百态啊！

爸爸还带我去了鱼乐国，那里的鱼儿各种各样，五颜六色，好看极了。有的鱼儿在水底休闲地“散步”；有的鱼儿跃上水面，好像在和游客们打招呼；还有的鱼儿游到同伴身边，嘴巴一张一合，好像在说“欢迎您”。

我和爸爸还看了王羲之的独笔鹅、隋梅。

国清寺真是一个美丽神圣的地方啊！以后我还要再来玩一玩！

3月5日，我们班去洪塘色学校春游那可真让我难忘啊!

汽车带着我们去春游，很快我们就到了，我一下车就看到两边有茂密的大树像卫士一样在欢迎我们的到来。有一位和蔼可亲的男老师带领着我们来到飞夺沪定桥的旁边，老师告诉我们走过飞夺沪定桥的方法，还给我们示范一次，我们跟301班比赛，比赛开始了，大家一致同意让我们班的体育健将张文杰先来张文杰双手抓紧铁链，双脚蹬着铁链一点一点的爬过去，突然，张文杰手一松，摔在了地上，眼看301班的人要追上了，张文杰迅速地站了起来，为了我们班荣耀，继续向前爬。一会儿，就轮到我了，我的心里有些紧张，慢慢地爬上去，大家的鼓励让我充满了信心，有干的爬过来，最后我们班胜利了。我们还完了走桥，模拟逃生，都一样的好玩。

我们下午去摘草莓，走过去，每个大棚里都躺着又大又红的草莓，好像等着我去摘呢!来到我们可以摘草莓的地方，我一进大棚，啊!可真闷热呀，我挑了十颗又大又红的草莓，我们满载而归。

I have read the book called Readaholic recently. I can know a lot through reading. I can learn some foreign culture and habitude . It is really interesting. Most of my classlates are interested in it.

At first, I found it that it is hard to understand the articles. There are a lot of new words and difficult sentences in it. But these beautiful illustrations attracted me. So I read these stories again and again. Finally,I learnt many new word.I felt very excited. My English is very poor in the past, through reading , my marks has been largely improved.

In this book, there a module introduces traditional life in the UK. The traditional life in China is different from that in the UK. For example,In China,we should not give a top to a waiter in a restaurant. But in England you must do it. I learnt so much knowledge by reading. Maybe I will use them when I go to England in the future, I will get well with everyone in England. Then I will introduce the Chinese culture to them.

This book also introduces a lot of famous cities ,such as Beijing,Oxford,London and so on. Londn is my dream city. It is a wonderful and old city. There are many places of interest in London . Tower Bridge, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, St Pauls Cathedral and Millennium Dome, all of the above attractions are popular for holiday. I like London eye best. It is a very large wheel that I can go around in to get a fantastic view of London.That is the weather is clear. Do you like London, too?

It is a fantastic book, I think. It help us to open our eyes,and learn a lot about the world . Perhaps you will use them when you grow up .Maybe sometimes you will feel tired when you read it ,just like me ,but do not worry if you do not understand everything –just guess what it is saying. In a word , I love this book. It improve my English a lot . Now I can speak or write English easily .My English is very pround of me. 童年是美好的，它犹如一杯加了奶的咖啡，又香又浓，让人回味无穷。其中有一件趣事让我至今记忆犹新，每每回想起来，还忍俊不禁。

这是一个炎热的季节，也是一个芬芳的花季，我尽情玩耍，陶醉在其中，那时我五岁。微风拂过我的脸宠，稍有凉意的下午，我盯着窗外那花枝招展的绿树，脑海中闪电般地浮过一个想法：如果把树的种子吞到肚子里，能长出一颗树吗?我想在肚子里种一颗树，于是孩童时代的我便飞奔去客厅，寻找材料。我想了想，种个果树吧，这样贪吃的我随时就能吃到水果了。说干就干，我立刻剥开了橘子，狼吞虎咽到肚子里，很兴奋地咀嚼着，脑海中不断浮现出橘子，那诱人的橘子，让我的口水都快流出来了。又想到树还要浇水，怎么浇呢?就拿喝水代替吧，拿来一杯清水，急匆匆地喝了下去……就这样，一天在我匆忙的走动中过去了。晚上，我躺在床上，设想明天会发生什么……等待着。

第二天开始还沉浸在美好的想象中，可不久我开始担心起来：如果我真的变成了那棵树，该怎么办?

有挽救的方法呢?可以用听诊器判断它的位置，然后再用吸管吸出来，不也可以吗?可是找谁帮忙呢?我觉得它都快长到嘴边了。我盯着窗外的树，那树在阳光的照耀下，好像在笑，咦!难道不可以找外公吗?

外公是个爱笑的人，长着一双烔烔有神的眼睛，这次我找到外公，把事情的来龙去脉都讲了一遍，还需要帮助，并问道：“为什么它不发芽?”外公那爬满皱纹的脸上绽出了一丝笑容，外公抚摸着我的头，慈爱地说：“傻孩子，树不发芽是因为你贪吃!不过没有长在肚子里的树，所以你不用担心了。”虽然我有些失望，不过还是“哧”地笑了，因为外公也笑了，我们笑个不停，好像永远也停不下来……。

今天我又看到了那棵树，虽然现在已是冬季，但是那嫩绿的叶子，高大的树干好象又浮现在我的眼前。那充满幼稚和欢乐的童年是多么美好，多么令人留恋啊!

在我的记忆宝盒中，装载着数不清的回忆，在岁月的冲洗下，宝盒依然那么新。在我的宝盒中，小学生活中的记忆依然犹新！

记得那是一个晴朗的星期天，太阳艳得让人睁不开眼，在这样的下午，怎能没有一把扇子为人驱走炎热呢？可惜了，虽然我腰缠万贯——只有20元，却陷身于监狱中——学校，毫无用武之地呀！怎么办呢？站在我身旁的陈喜想出了办法，说：“既然保安不让我们出去，要老师的签字才能放我们出去，那我们就这样……这样……”她在我耳边嘀咕了一阵，我听后，拍手叫好。我们从校门口径直跑到唐老师的寝室，不怀好意地笑着。自然，我们可没有那么傻，直入正题，而是唠了会儿家常，然后由陈喜出场：

“唐老师，都要毕业了，你就给我个签名吧！我和璨璨正在比赛，看谁的人缘好，要的签名多！就差这一个，我就比她多了！”

“你们真是好笑，我又不是明星，要我的签名有什么用？”

撒娇记上场：“哎呀，唐老师，你就给我一个签名嘛！你知不知道为什么我上个星期一直不听话，就是因为我和璨璨打赌输了，你忍心看我像上周一样吗？再不济，也要签在手上嘛！嗯，好不好？”陈喜嗲声嗲气地说。

……

经过我们的劝说，唐老师终于在陈喜的手上签了字，我们笑着跑回了寝室。陈喜赶紧把手往纸上按，可是什么痕迹也没有留下。然后，我们又想出了一条锦囊妙计。

“哦哟，璨璨，有你这样的吗？”

“本来就不能算，签在手上的字一会儿就没了。”

我们争执着走出寝室，又回到了原点。同样，还是陈喜先出场：

“唐老师，璨璨说，这不算我赢，签在手上的字一会儿就没有了，好可恶啊！”

为了我们的计划，我只好牺牲自我，成全大家了。

“胡璨，这就是你的不对了，字写在手上就对了嘛！”唐老师瞪了我一眼。

没办法，我还真是吃了哑巴亏，什么也不敢说：“唐老师，本来就不算嘛！”

在我和陈喜的两面夹攻下，唐老师乖乖地签了字。

我们拿着战利品，一边跑，一边在之上写请假条的内容，末尾写了日期：4月14日。

结局是:我们良心未泯，在到校门口前一秒把纸条撕了。当然，这只是江湖上流传的版本，真实的情况是这样的：

我们兴高采烈地直奔门卫室，在途中，却遇上了刘老师，要是刘老师告诉唐老师我们把老师的签字拿来写请假条，唐老师再告诉许老师，那我们不就惨了。我示意陈喜向前看，她一看，惊慌失措。我们两个人只好把帽子戴上，用外套的右半部分遮住脸，嘴里不停的嘀咕：“看不到我，看不到我。”

走到安全地带后，我们把帽子取下，把“请假条”给保安看。

“你们明天才出去吗？”

“不啊，我们今天出去！”我说。

“那怎么日期是4月14日呢？"

“不对吗，昨天我爷爷过生日，是13号啊！”陈喜铮铮有词地说。

“今天才是13日，你们老师的短号是多少？我打个电话问她？”保安说罢便掏出手机要打电话。

也许是陈喜害怕了，陈喜一把夺过请假条，生气地说：“反正也出不去。”说罢，把纸条四成碎片，扔进了垃圾桶。

在我记忆的大海里，其它事情不是被大浪卷走了，就是被大风刮走了。但是却有一件事使我至今难忘，记忆犹新。

还记得那是一个寒假的一天下午，那时我还小，不懂事，老给爸爸惹祸，就因为这样找上门的人很多，贺叔叔的次数最多，我决定要报复他一下。我带上我的“宝贝”：石头、青蛙、毛毛虫……开始出发了，我首先从贺叔叔家虚掩的门进去的，正好他家没有人。我先用石头把他家的狗赶走，这样我就能乘虚而入了。接着我把贺叔叔的鸡笼打开，让鸡跑进贺叔叔家的大厅，它们在地上乱窜，有些鸡跳到还贺叔叔的家具上，乱踩。最后我把一只青蛙放在贺叔叔的文件包里，还有一只毛毛虫放在贺叔叔的一本书里夹着。我想：“现在我再干点什么呢？”我眼珠子转了转，好法子又来了。我虚掩上门，把一个装了水的气球放在门上。一切都做完了，我得意地看着自己的“杰作”，“我真是一个天才”我自言自语地说。说完我就悄悄地溜走了。

我回到家，虽然想到等下贺叔叔会来我家找我，但是我不害怕，因为我想到我刚才的“杰作”准能把贺叔叔吓个半死，我一想到贺叔叔被吓倒的那个样子就哈哈大笑。我在家里静静地等待着贺叔叔找上门来。可是1个小时过去了，接着5、6个小时也过去了，我接着等，后来一天都过去了，他一直没有出现。我觉得很奇怪，第二天我去贺叔叔家一打听。才知道，贺叔叔看了我的“杰作”之后吓了一跳，后退了一步，当他镇定下来的时候就想起去捉他的鸡。因为跑得太快，不小心摔了一跤，本来贺叔叔的身体就比较虚弱，跌下去就爬不起来了，不知摔了什么地方。现在贺叔叔被送去了医院。我知道这件事以后，我当时那种高兴的感觉全没了。我真后悔，我当时怎么会做出那样的事情。在此我想对贺叔叔说一声：“对不起，贺叔叔，我向你赔罪了。”

我是一个调皮的小孩，做了很多“好事”，那些事我从来都没有后悔过，即使挨爸爸打，我也不怕。而且如今大部分已经淡忘了，但是惟独这件事使我感到自责，并使我永远也忘不了。从那以后我再也不干坏事了，要干就干好事。

Tomb Sweeping Day is on the April 5th every year. Its a day to show our

great respect to our deceased ancestors. On that day, we usually sweep the tomb

of our ancestors and offer them food and drinks. We also burn paper money to

them. It is believed that our ancestors in heaven will receive the money.

Besides, everything in our nature takes on a new look on that day, so its the

best time for spring outing. It must be fun and relaxing.

Our class have had a discussion about whether we can use mobile phones.

Some students think it is good to use mobile phones because they can take

photos with them in our daily life. They can also listen to music to relax

themselves in free time. Besides, using mobile phones makes it easy to keep in

touch with their parents and friends.

But some others dont think so. They think students shouldnt use mobile

phones. Using mobile phones too much is bad for their eyes and its a waste of

time to chat with friends. Sometimes some students use mobile phones to play

games. It will have a bad effect on study.

In my opinion, I think wed better not use mobile phones. We should spend

more time on our study instead of using mobile phones.

In my class ,some students think putting heart on study is happiness,For they can earn much kownledge throngh it.Besides ,parentslove,which contains caring for their life、health would also make them feel happy.Howere some students think it is a hapiness when they get into trouble,someon ecan come out for help .Or correcting them when they made mistakes.
