bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

第三天的训练开始了，因为离演出很近了，所以教官对我们很严格。还是不停的联系转身、正步走，休息时光也压缩了，同学们有些怨声载道了，在炎炎烈日下，我们一遍一遍的重复着枯燥而乏味的动作，即使腰酸背痛，汗流浃背，也不能停止训练。

透过训练，让我感受到了“一切听行动指挥”，不怕苦不怕累的军人作风同学们透过训练也会养成首纪律听指挥的好习惯。

军训磨练了我们的意志，增强了我们的群众观念，更让我们明白了什么叫永不退缩。

在这三天的毕旅我不但学到了团体互助合作的重要性，也更加了解原来当年地震的影响有这么大。其中最令我印象深刻的地方就是去湖山的 时候，因为我又突破自己了，我去玩一了些恐怖的游乐设施，像鬼屋、天女散花等等，里面我觉得鬼屋最好玩也是最恐怖的，因为我一进去鬼屋才看到有点令人毛骨 悚然的影片而已，我们那组的人就一直尖叫，走进去更不用说了，尖叫声有如打雷晴天霹雳般的一阵又一阵，把鬼屋里的鬼都给比下去了呢！

这一天，天空格外的晴朗。早上，同学们早早地来到学校。作为一班之长的我出谋划策，开始准备起来。我选两个绘画能手——许俊杰、徐鑫竹来布置黑板，我在一旁指挥，他们在黑板上画道彩虹桥，桥下是两颗心连着，心里写着：“祝老师节日快乐!”周围用小花、蝴蝶点缀。最惹人注目的是两个角的荷花。瞧!这一朵像娇羞的小女孩在翩翩起舞;那一朵含苞待放，还是花骨朵，小蜻蜒飞过来，落在上面，给荷花增添了生机。整个黑板布满了浓浓的情意。与此同时，我又派了“哨兵”去站岗放哨。又组织了撒花少年，假装被罚站立在门口。大家坐在教室里焦急地等待老师的到来，只见门口的哨兵一个手势，大家立刻安静下来坐好。门一开，我一声令下：“开火!”几个同学把喷花撒一起喷向老师，我一声：“起立!”大家齐声说：“祝老师节日快乐!”老师被这一幕惊呆了，连声说：“谢谢!”大家都为老师送上小礼物，有自制的贺卡、有香水、有红笔……大家用自己的方式表达对老师的祝福。桌上堆满了各种各样的礼物。老师望着同学们，深情地说：“因为有你们，我才快乐!”然后在荷花的旁边提笔写下：“藕为莲放默无闻，莲报藕心示真纯”两行字。此时此刻，老师眼里涌出激动的泪花。我虽然不太理解老师写下这两句话的深刻含义，但我知道老师勤勤恳恳地工作，不就像埋在地下的藕吗?平日里老师工作的身影一幕幕的浮现在我的眼前。老师，您呕心沥血不就是为了我们能像莲花一样怒放吗?老师，虽然我没有准备礼物送给您，但是，今后我一定好好学习，用实际行动来报答您的教诲!

之后，老师又组织我们开展了文艺活动，还派同学给我们买了很多好吃的，大家在一起尽情地唱啊!跳啊!同学们都沉浸在无比欢乐的幸福之中，老师还偷偷抓拍了我们精彩的瞬间，最后全班合影留念。

这个教师节我们师生同乐!过得开心。我们也真诚地对老师说一声：“老师您辛苦了，老师——我们永远爱您!”

Many people, sometimes myself included, tend to judge a person by his

appearances.

I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother

told me a “story”. When I was a three-year-old naught boy, I always ran around

the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by

accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle

appeared and protected me with his strong arm. However, this accident left a

scar on his arm. My uncle went to get a tattoo in order to cover up the scars.

From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.

So we need to go beyond peoples looks and focus on more internal spirits

in order to truly judge a person.

你听说过苍耳冒险的故事吗？有一天，有两只互相看不顺眼的苍耳在一次冒险中相遇了，它们开始了暗中的较量。一只想要过河，另一只就要更快的过河；一只要附在猫背上唱歌，另一只就要附在猫背上更大声的唱歌。

当我听到这个故事的时候，心中不免吃了一惊，这说的不就是我和小A吗？我们从幼儿园就认识了，在那个时候，我们就比谁的朋友多，谁的成绩好，谁受到老师的表扬最多……而现在我们却又相遇在了一起，刚见到我，她就狠狠地说：“等着瞧吧，我一定会比你厉害，哼！”而我也一样不甘示弱，就这样，我们开始了暗中的较量。

在跑步比赛中，她为了战胜我，不惜自己的体力消耗，跑得一定要比我快；在考试过程中，她努力埋头苦做，为了不受影响；在课堂上，我们也互不相让，努力回答问题。可我们知道，最重要的是这次期末考试。为此，我们从气势和实力的双重作用下打击对方。可也就是在那一次考试中，也让我正确地认识到了她······

而在那一次考试中，我因为一次疏忽而输给了她，倍受打击的我躲在一个角落里默默地哭泣，这是有一个人递给了我纸巾，并说：“你不应该哭。”我抬起了头，发现这个人竟然是小A，我很惊讶，在我最难过的时候，安慰我的竟然是自己的对手。顿时心中暖流涌出，眼泪更是止不住的往下流。小A轻轻点着我的额头说：“还哭，再哭你就变得难看了。”我破涕为笑。

我又想起了那个结局：后来，两只小苍耳再一次较量中紧紧地扎在了一起，在冒险旅途中，两只带刺的苍耳紧紧地拥抱着……这就像我和小A，虽然我们在较量，但是我们的真挚友情不会变！

今天是新学期的第一天，学校组织我们到训练基地参加军训。这是我第一次离开父母住在外面，心里觉得特别孤独，幸好同学们在我身边。

下午事情好多，我忙得喘不过气来，因此没有想家。

一整天，我心里都在念叨着：不要到晚上，千万不要到晚上。

因为我在陌生的地方一点儿也睡不着觉，到了晚上一定会想家的。

吃过晚饭，上完晚自习，就该睡觉了。黑暗中，我觉得自己的脑子特别清醒，脑子里全是家的影子。我轻手轻脚地下床冲了一杯咖啡，倚在床头，一小口一小口地喝着。今晚的咖啡有一种说不出的味道：苦的是咖啡，咸的是泪水，甜的是回忆。

没有人发现我的举动，我感到很庆幸。重新躺回床上的我却睡不着，真希望有人来陪我，可我不想叫醒熟睡的室友们。

时间是那么漫长，秋天的凉意透过窗子钻进屋子。一会儿，我觉得不太舒服，好像感冒了，忍不住咳嗽了起来。我的咳嗽声把室友们吵醒了。

这时，一个声音传来：谁感冒了？

另一个声音又传了过来：好像是江悦感冒了！这时声音从四面八方传来：江悦，你没事吧？江悦你带药了吗？我带药了，你吃点吧！

听到这些，我的心马上觉得温暖了，孤单、郁闷全跑到九霄云外去了。我见她们都因为我醒了，有些过意不去，忙说：你们快睡吧！我真没事，别管我，你们睡吧！张梦迪起床拿了药，又倒了杯水端到我面前，说：快吃药吧！我心里感动极了。

这真是个难忘的军训之夜啊！
