刚开始练了两个星期六级曲子时，我就开始不停地抱怨起来：“六级曲子好快呀!太难了!太难了!”我渐渐地失去了耐心，每当上钢琴课时，我总是一会儿要上厕所，一会儿又要喝水。盼望着能够快些下课，真感觉“度分如年”呀!所以，我一边练琴一边频繁地看表。老师好像看出了我的心思。便耐心地对我说：“练钢琴的确又苦又累，但贵在坚持，不能半途而废，坚持就是胜利。”听了老师的话，我羞愧极了，心想：是啊!坚持就是胜利，我一定要努力考过六级。于是，我便开始认真地练起来，事儿再也没那么多了。

我每次坚持上完钢琴课后，回到家里又加强训练，每当我心里想要玩儿时，我就提醒自己：坚持就是胜利!有一次，吃完午饭后，不用大人提醒，我就开始练琴了，平常一吃完饭，我就要么躺在沙发上看电视，要么玩电脑。这回我把电视、电脑都抛到了脑后，专心致志地练起琴来。爸爸、妈妈见了，高兴地夸我长大了，懂得努力了。妈妈看我练累了，劝我歇一歇。我就提醒自己，不练到时间我决不停止。坚持就是胜利，坚持就是胜利……终于，在钢琴老师的教导下，在我每天的坚持努力下，我把曲子练熟了。顺利通过了六级!

当我拿到六级证书时，心里十分高兴。我深刻体会到了坚持就是胜利这个道理。

记得上四年级的时候，有一次我在做老师布置的家庭作业，做着做着，突然一道奥数题挡在了我的面前，我的思维凝固了，怎么想也想不出解题思路来，笔在演草纸上飞来飞去，还是算不出来。这时，妈妈走了过来，看到我当时的情况，笑了笑说：“其实，这道题很简单，你换一种解法思路，答案很快就会出来，你光用一种算法当然行不通了。

如果你试着多用几种方法来算，那这个难题不就解决了吗。毛主席曾经说过：‘ 世上无难事，只怕有心人。’也就是告诉我们;世上并没有什么难事，只看你动不动脑筋。 我听完妈妈的话，仔细地再审了审题的已知条件后，才恍然大悟，把已知条件中的一个数给抛掉了，这时的我如鱼得水，思路大开，急忙在演草纸上算起来，不一会儿，我便算好了，妈妈看了，高兴地点了点头。

人生的路途不可能总是一帆风顺的，困难和失败也是人生的一部分，要把每一次困难都当成往深处扎根的机会，让生命之树茁壮成长，让生命之火熊熊燃烧。只有经历困难的磨砺中超越苦难的人，才是真正珍重生命，热爱生活、执着于人生，做生活的强者。

困难和成功就好像钟摆的两端，谁也离不开谁。在人生的旅途中，有成功的欢乐，也有失败的考验。面对困难，有人不知所措了，甚至为了逃避困难与困难，轻易放弃自己的生命，也有人直面生活的挑战，不折不挠，勇敢前行。

在人生的路途中困难是在所难免的，而我也面对过一些困难，那就是在做数学题时，却被一道题目给卡住了，我想了很久都没想出来，我知道这是一次困难，我一定要克服它，于是我鼓足了胆向老师请教，老师那认真地讲解让我听得都入神了，最终我克服了这道难做的数学题。

在面对困难时我都喜欢听郑智化的一首歌《水手》，每当那旋律在我耳边响起，我都会有一种热血澎湃的感觉，让我也跟这他一块唱：“听见水手说，他说风雨中这点痛算什么，擦干泪不要问，至少我们还有梦……”听了他的歌，使我心情也得到了舒展，内心也得到了净化，郑智化是一个残疾人但他战胜了困难最终成为了明星，告诉我们应该像水手一样，面对困难永不放弃。

当傍晚厨房的炊烟袅袅升起，我们第五天的阳光支教活动就这样结束了。当初刚进这个学校觉得很难习惯这里的生活环境，想不到五天就这样过去了，再没有过多的期待以及激情。最近本人在闲暇之时阅读的一本纳兰容若的他传，感觉充实了我的下乡并丰富了我个人的思想。但是，矛盾问题总是层出不穷。

刚通两天的女生厕所又塞住了，但是，我认为学校方面是有一定问题，但是今日校长过来说要我们全部负责，我就觉得有点不讲人情，虽说我们来此地支教是借用你们的公共场所生活，相应损坏的物品等要赔偿，但是，我们支教的目的是什么，是为了让孩子们见识更宽广的世界。虽说我们要适应各种不好的因素，不好的环境进行支教，但是我认为原则上的问题不能将就。其次，我想说说我对我们此次支教的一些看法。

我觉得此次支教活动并没有获得龙樟小学的支持。无论是从学风还是其他方面，这些都让我觉得此次支教很形式化，并不能贯彻到三下乡最本质的理念。倘若让我浪费这十天美好光阴在这个不能贡献我自己的力量的地方，我觉得无异于软禁我。虽然这话可能不好听，可能也有说不对的地方，但是很多问题是现在很多三下乡存在的问题。很多东西过于形式化，并不能从根本解决问题。希望剩下的五天，我们能克服困难，享受跟小朋们度过的美好时光。

每个人都会碰到许许多多的困难，当然，我也有。

那时我才七岁，也就是三年前。有一天，妈妈对我说：“孩子，你己经七岁了，该学会自己睡觉了，姐姐走了，你就可以睡她的房间了。”

“不要，不要！”我大声说：“万一地震了怎么办，万一有鬼怎么办？”

“不会地震的，而且世上根本就没有鬼！”

“但是我怕黑！”

“那就你先睡觉，让爸爸回来的时候帮你关灯。”

“不要！我就是不要一个人睡觉！”

妈妈有些生气了，我觉得妈妈是因为我很胆小才生气的。她把我拉进姐姐的房间，把门锁了，让我一个人在房间里睡觉，我心里很害怕，我哭了。哭了一会儿，我心里想：不行！我不能哭，我一定要做一个有勇气的小姑娘！我立刻停止了眼泪，用被子把自己包起来，睡着了。

第二天早上，我发现门没锁，高兴地跑出去大叫起来，“我成功了！我可以一个人睡觉了！”

通过那一次的事情，我知道了只要有勇气，困难就可以消失不见！

“当，当，当”墙上的大钟已经敲了十一下，四周一片寂静，甚至能听见隔壁的病友发出的轻微的呼噜声。向窗外看去，街，已经安然入睡了，一点点温暖而耀眼的光线，使街道增添了几许神秘，夜，深了。而此刻的我却怎么也无法入睡，看着病友熟睡的脸庞，不禁又在心里增添了几分焦急，妈妈怎么还不来呢?我在心里暗想。

终于，在恐惧和黑暗的驱使下，我做出了决定，去外面的电话亭打电话。刚走出病房，那黑暗而延长的走廊更是让我忘而生畏。一步，两步我小心翼翼地迈出了一步又一步。就在我逐渐消去心头的恐惧的时候，有一位出车祸的叔叔被推了进来，那鲜血直流的面孔又重新加重了我心头的恐惧。我赶紧快步走出了医院。

秋风萧瑟夜色苍茫。那冰冷刺骨的秋风使我不觉停下了脚步。该不该去呢?我在医院门口徘徊着。这时有一辆汽车飞驰而过，给我壮了胆，我终于重新迈出了脚步。终于来到了电话亭旁，我满怀着希望地播下了那一串最为熟悉的号码“嘟，嘟，嘟”等待我的却是一段忙音。我失望地放下了电话筒，不久，我再一次拨打了电话，可结果还是一样。

“既然都已经到这里了，就走回家吧!”我心想。“啊!我多么希望再有一辆汽车驶过给我壮壮胆啊。”可此时，除了淡淡的灯光，世上就仿佛在没有任何生命力。我下定了决心，迈着沉重的步子往家走。

似乎我走的每一段路都是那么阴森恐怖，好像有千万个魔鬼在等着我。在经过一个偏僻的小巷子的时候，我不觉加快了脚步，因为常常听大人们说这一带坏人多。到了，准备到了，望着离家越来越近，我的胆子也越来越大，步子不觉轻快了许多，甚至跑了起来。终于到了楼梯口，我飞快地冲上楼，猛然间撞到了一位大人，一看，原来是妈妈

胆量是需要锻炼的，需要不断地尝试和努力，如果你永远只会躲在妈妈怀里哭，而不去面对困难的话，就永远不会长大。

在我们的人生中，会经历很多挫折，我们克服挫折并不一定会获得成功，但克服挫折本身就是一种成功。

有一件事让我至今记忆犹新，那是一年前的事了。因为我从小热爱唱歌，为了让我唱得更好，妈妈给我报了学唱歌的课外班，经过一段时间的学习，我的水平提高了不少。于是，老师就建议我去考级。我也觉得我的水平考个级没什么大不了的，所以信心十足。但是，考级那一天，我实在是太紧张了，刚唱了两句就忘词了，事先排练好的表演动作也做得乱七八糟，结果可想而知——自然没有通过。

这时，身边的小朋友也开始嘲笑我，说我没有唱歌天赋，再怎么努力也是白搭。妈妈也有点儿灰心了，萌生了不想让我继续学下去的念头。我心里十分难过，心想：难道我真的不行吗？难道这么一点挫折就能打垮我吗？我相信只要我努力，就一定行。于是，我请求妈妈让我继续学下去，并暗地里下决心，这回我一定拼尽全力，无论如何也要考过去。我比以前更加努力了，认真上每一节课，课后认真练习，即使生病也顽强坚持，妈妈说我做事头一次这么认真。

半年后，我再次报名考级，不巧的是，在离考级还差一个星期时，我突然感冒了，嗓子又红又肿，每次练唱都觉得嗓子痛得受不了，可我都咬牙坚持了下来。考级这一天，我的病情由于紧张再一次加重了。在考场上，我听到别人唱得那么好，心里真是忐忑不安，生怕自己又考砸了，我不断地给自己打气，告诫自己，只要不紧张，发挥出平时的水平，就没有问题。到我上场了，我深深吸了一口气，小声对自己说：明珠，拼了！考级不过是十分钟而已，坚持住就是胜利。我走上去把伴奏磁带交给录音机旁的老师，并在固定的位置站好，把紧张和感冒通通都抛在脑后，大声唱了起来。这十分钟的考试，我几乎忘了嗓子的剧痛，一心想着唱好我的歌，当老师微笑着说可以了，我还沉浸在歌曲的意境中呢！出来后才发现，由于太过用力，我的嗓子已经说不出话来了。

在回去的路上，我想，我已经用我的实际行动克服了困难，克服了挫折，即便这次仍不能通过，不能获得我想要的成功，但克服挫折本身就是一种成功，有了这种不怕困难、克服挫折的勇气，今后不论做什么事，都会做好的。

过了几天，妈妈通过电话查询，得知我考试通过，获得了少儿歌唱7级的证书，我心里真是高兴极了。我克服了挫折，我成功了。我会继续学下去，不断克服前进中的困难，去取得一个又一个的胜利。我一定行！

小时候练习跑步，父亲常常在我腿上绑上沙袋或泥袋，于是我没跑多远，腿就像灌了铅似的，又沉又酸。

这样练习一段时间后，小腿确实强壮了许多，但我实不想坚持。而父亲总是在我想放弃时，给我讲关于负担的故事，以故事告诉我许多人生哲理。

那天，我绑好沙袋等待父亲下达任务：

“今天，跑三公里。”

“什么”？

天哪！我正常连二公里都跑不到，今天竟然让我跑三公里！我想反抗，可又不敢，于是顶着头皮上阵了。

开始，随着父亲一声令下，我很快向前冲去，可没跑多远，我的腿脚发出严重的抗议，结果可想而知。

父亲走过来说：“休息一会儿，我给你讲个故事。”

他说，很久很久以前，小鸟并没有翅膀，也跟其他走兽一样。后来造物主，将名叫负担的东西捆成一捆一捆的，绑在小鸟身上，让他们背到东海。刚开始，负担很重，后来却变成了一双双有力的翅膀。造物主给小鸟们负担其实是给了小鸟们一双翅膀……”

故事讲完了，我好像若有所悟。父亲鼓励我，再重新跑一次，我的信心顿时增满，不过还是没有成功，虽然只有四十几米，但对我来说却是很长很长。我望着近在咫尺的理发店，可又好像遥不可及。我又一次感到迷茫。这时父亲走过来拍拍我的肩，又摸摸我那燥热的脸蛋鼓励道：“你做得非常棒，虽然没有成功，但你已经尽了最大的努力了，即使不是胜利者，也已经得到了精神上最大的满足，你照样是胜利者，只不过没有奖牌而已。”

“听父亲一席话，胜读十年书。”我后来知道其实按我那年龄，绑上沙袋，是不可能跑到三公里的，父亲只是想知道我有多大的决心，信心和恒心。父亲在我们小村庄了里可算的上是一位“哲学家”。

父亲让我腿绑沙袋行走，却让我明白：只有将决心、信心、恒心融为一体，才能克服负担，战胜自我，实现超越自我的力量。

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!

正如每个人所知，英语在今天十分重要。它已经被应用到世界的各个角落。它已经成为商业上最为通用的一门语言并广泛的用于国际贸易。如果我们能说好英语，我们就有更多的机会成功。因为越来越多的人注意到这一点，学英语的人数正在已很高的速度增长。

但是对我而言，我学英语不仅仅因为它的重要性以及它的实用性，更是因为我喜爱英语。当我学英语时，我可以体会到一种不同的思维方式，它可以给我更多接触世界的空间。当我读英语小说时，我能感受到不同于阅读翻译文的快乐。当我说英语时，我可以感到自信。当我写英语时，我能够感到不同于汉语的那种美……

我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。(成功需要日积月累。)我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。

如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。

我相信总有一天我会实现我的梦!

Bad habits start growing on almost every one of us without being noticed. Once we realize the bad habits or once they are pointed out to us, it is a wise decision that we get rid of them immediately. But to get rid of a bad habit is not as easy a thing as we sometimes think. Here is how:

To get rid of a bad habit, it is important that we first get to know how harmful the habit really is. Take the habit of smoking as an example. Obviously, smoking is harmful to one‘s health. It can result in lung cancer and heart attack. Besides, smoking is awasteof money. A heavy smoker spends almost as much money a day as he pays for his own meals. So if he can realize the danger and waste, it is likely that he may stop smoking at once.

To get rid of a bad habit, it is essential that we also have a strong will. Let‘s again take the habit of smoking for example. Many smokers pick up the habit again soon after they give it up. A lot of them cannot tell how many times they have attempted to give up smoking and how many times they have failed to do so. Therefore, it is impossible to get rid of any bad habit if we change our minds constantly.

Although it is not so easy to get rid of a bad habit, many people have succeeded in doing so, setting us good models. We should learn from these models and go out of our way to do away with our bad habits, whatever it takes.
