那是我上小学六年级时，我参加了每天的篮球体能训练。

参加的头几天，教练李老师给我们讲了几大要素：力量、速度、协调、耐力。前三项大家都还正常，第四项也是最后的考试了。本来第四项第一次是4圈，我们轻松地跑完了。接下来几天，则是8圈、10圈，相比前次，大家都有些受不了了！不能停止，不可慢步啊！头天中午，老师安排了12圈，我们都是勉强跑完的，休息了10分钟还有些累，那一天——我自己第一次超越极限，克服了困难！

“意志顽强，山岳可搬。”这是千真万确的道理。你看，身体三分之二高位截瘫的海迪阿姨，在轮椅这个小天地里奋斗，要想取得成功，比正常人不知要多付出多少倍的代价。何等的困难呀!然而她没有向命运低头，向困难屈服。她不仅没因水深不过河，没因不进取，还高歌猛进。她自学完了中学的课程，又刻苦自修外语，创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。毅力惊人的海迪阿姨不是靠着坚强的意志，奋斗不懈，一步一步登上了成功的高山吗?

可如何去实现克服困难呢？我认为包含以下三个方面：

直面困难，勇于尝苦，此为解决困难迈出的第一个有力步伐。困难能磨炼人的心智，但有些人见了困难，仿佛见了魔鬼一般，飞也似的溜了，一再的逃避，“练就”了心中的懦弱；还有的人，明明可以解决困难，却懒于吃苦，“练就”了一身的懒惰；而另有一部分人，明知希望渺茫，却敢于直面困难，迎难而上，不到黄河心不死，最终成功解决问题，使自己更添一份自信。勇敢，一个人有了它，才有了走向成功的资格。

磨炼心志，锲而不舍。有了勇敢就能走向成功？非也非也，此言差矣！若真如上面所说，天下还有多少人会失败呢？在勇敢的前提下，我们不半途而废，而是持之以恒，那样才能能迎接成功。古代有个叫杨子的人，他离家学习，只学了不到一年，就因思念家乡而回了家，他的妻子见他半途而废，于是拿出一把剪刀，把织布机上的线剪断说，这机器上的线，一点点地织成布，而布又一块块地缝成了衣服，若是我剪断这丝，衣服还做得成吗？杨子由此感悟，于是继续学习，直到学有所成才回到家中。由此可见，要想成功，还需要持之以恒、锲而不舍的品质。

智慧相助，直达成功。可以说，有了恒心，就在通向成功的路上认准了方向，可若没有智慧，要想到达成功的彼岸，自然困难重重。从前在沙漠的绿洲之中，有一个小村子，他们想要走出沙漠。第一个先驱者去了他认准了方向却无功而返，第二、第三、第四个探险家出发了，他们都沿着前辈的脚步去探索，最终都失败了。直到一位年轻人的出现。他另辟蹊径，走了一条与前辈不同的路，最终走出了沙漠，这种另辟蹊径，靠得更多的就是智慧。因此，智慧是不可缺的。

综上所述，对于成功解决困难而言，勇敢、恒心、智慧，这三个要素缺一不可。只有三者兼备，这苦便算不得苦，而成功也就指日可待也！

在小学的六年期间，我的成绩一直不好，是因为我克服不了困难，这个困难就是时间。

小学的时候，刚刚开学，我对学习充满了兴趣，恨不得没有周末，天天都来学校读书。前几个星期对学习很有兴趣，但时间长了，慢慢的`，对学习产生了厌倦的感觉，随着时间的流逝，我的成绩下降的很快，直到毕业考，还是考砸了……。
