I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

这个暑假，我和游晋一到伯伯家耍，学会了洗衣服，我们的衣服都是自己洗的。

有一天，我们在晾衣服时，游晋一不小心，衣服和晾衣杆都掉到了客厅外面的防盗网上。隔着齐胸口的玻璃栏杆，我们看得到衣服，但手尽力向外伸，都还差很长一截拿不到衣服，怎么办呢?

我先用扫把来试，扫把头上有一个没封口的圈，我以为只要把晾衣杆套到这个圈上，就能把衣服拿上来，试了几次，怎么也套不进去。

我又用垃圾铲去钩，费了九牛二虎之力才把衣服钩起来，但晾衣杆还在外面。

我们分头在几间屋里东找西找，哎!我看到了晾被子的大衣架，用这个能不能把晾衣杆勾起来呢?我拿了一个大衣架，瞄准晾衣杆上的“U”形小钩，一下子就勾住了，我小心翼翼地往上拉，终于，我手拿到了晾衣杆，赶快拿给游晋一，让他放好。我们高兴得跳起来。

通过这件事，我想到：人总会遇到困难，我们要想办法克服它。

每一个人都会在人生的道路上遇到挫折和困难，我也不例外，因为有了这一次，所以，我才知道了，困难和挫折是可以克服的。

那是在一个风和日丽的下午，我正在沙发上懒洋洋地看着电视。妈妈来了，她手里好像点着些什么东西，出于好奇，我就问妈妈：“妈妈，你手里拿的是什么呀？”妈妈对我说：“这是练字用的，它是一整套，里面有三根毛笔、一盒墨水、宣纸……”最后又补充一句：“这可是专门买给你的，我是想让你练好毛笔字！”

于是，我兴冲冲地拿起一根毛笔，沾了些墨，开始在宣纸上写字了：首先，拿起笔点在宣纸上，然后起笔……

虽然听着像那么一回事，可是，我写出来的字并不怎么样。还没练几个字，手就已经很酸了。于是，我把笔放在桌子上面，稍不留心，还把墨给扣翻了，弄得满手、满身都是墨水。我终于忍不住了：“这个毛笔字可真难练，我不练了！”

妈妈对我说：“你如果练就要练到底，不能半途而废呀！”于是稍加休息，我又开始练了起来。坚持了几天后，终于把毛笔字练的像样了。

从那以后，我知道了，困难和挫折是可以克服的，不要把它认为非常困难，相信自己一定能做到。

Like any other English learner, I met a lot of difficulties in learning

English. First, I found it difficult to understand what I read because most

English words have more than one meaning. Besides, I found it difficult to write

in idiomatic English or put Chinese into idiomatic English. Finally, I couldnt

express in English orally because I had no opportunity to communicate with

native English speakers. Although I often read aloud, this didnt prove to be an

effective way to improve my spoken English. But I didnt lose heart in removing

these obstacles. I tackled English vocabulary in two ways. First,I tried to

understand and memorize the specific meaning of a word that appears in the

context. Second, I enlarge my vocabulary by learning the dictionary by heart. To

overcome Chinese English, I tried to think in English directly. Although I still

had no opportunity to communicate with native speakers, I improved spoken

English by listening to the English broadcast and writing English composition.

This expedient turned out to be effhctive.

我出生于内蒙古，按内蒙古的习俗，不管男女老少都得会骑马，这是蒙古人的象征!

9岁以后，父母就开始让我学骑马，可马儿却让我望而生畏，生怕马儿用它那强劲有力的蹄子踹我。但蒙古规矩不可破，对于这个古老的规矩我又能如何?虽然我心里一万个不愿意，但父母逼得太紧，我只好跨上了马背。“呀!”不好，我刚跨上马，马儿就发疯一般在草原上飞奔，我吓得魂都丢了。这时，马儿突然一跃，我险些被颠下马背。爸爸看到这种情景，虽心疼，可也很无奈，只得在我背后大喊：“新龙，快抓紧缰绳，要是害怕就伏下身子，当心被颠下来。”听了爸爸的话，我提起精神，手紧紧抓住缰绳，马儿又一跃，我赶紧伏下身子，这才没被颠下来。慢慢地，我掌握了一些骑马的技巧，马儿开始变得听话起来，这时的我长长地舒了口气，为自己刚才胆小的行为害羞。不一会儿，我已经可以熟练地操纵着马儿在草地上飞驰了，可以操纵马儿飞过一条一米多宽的小溪，可以随时随地地来个悬崖勒马——急转弯，还可以……又练了一些时日，我骑马的技术已是炉火纯青了，我甚至可以从容不迫地在马背上做上几个后空翻。现在我才知道，骑马的感觉原来这么好!

我们为人处事不和骑马一样吗?在困难面前，我们不能退缩，不能知难而退，应该知难而进，当你战胜困难时，你会觉得原来战胜困难的感觉是那么好。

每个人都会碰到许许多多的困难，当然，我也有。

那时我才七岁，也就是三年前。有一天，妈妈对我说：“孩子，你己经七岁了，该学会自己睡觉了，姐姐走了，你就可以睡她的房间了。”

“不要，不要！”我大声说：“万一地震了怎么办，万一有鬼怎么办？”

“不会地震的，而且世上根本就没有鬼！”

“但是我怕黑！”

“那就你先睡觉，让爸爸回来的时候帮你关灯。”

“不要！我就是不要一个人睡觉！”

妈妈有些生气了，我觉得妈妈是因为我很胆小才生气的。她把我拉进姐姐的房间，把门锁了，让我一个人在房间里睡觉，我心里很害怕，我哭了。哭了一会儿，我心里想：不行！我不能哭，我一定要做一个有勇气的小姑娘！我立刻停止了眼泪，用被子把自己包起来，睡着了。

第二天早上，我发现门没锁，高兴地跑出去大叫起来，“我成功了！我可以一个人睡觉了！”

通过那一次的事情，我知道了只要有勇气，困难就可以消失不见！

一个炎热的夏天晚上，非常的闷热，我在房间里专心致志地写数学练习。

当我写到最后一题附加题时，我遇到困难了。我把题目反反复复地念了一遍又一遍，最终还是被困难打败了。我只好去请教爸爸，可爸爸脸色有些严肃地说：“你要开动自己的脑筋，不要依靠别人。”听了爸爸的话，我只好又认真地思考起来，站在一旁的爸爸突然说到：“可以画一下草稿。”听了爸爸的提示，我的思路似乎被打开了。于是，忙拿起一张洁白的纸画起了草稿，过了一会儿，我终于把这道问题解决了。

俗话说的好：困难像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。在日常生活当中，我们遇到的困难很多，一部分人都被困难吓倒了，有的垂头丧气，有的皱起了眉。可另一部分人却勇敢地面对困难，想方设法地克服困难，最终战胜了困难。当我读了《苦儿流浪记》后，我有了很深的感触。

《苦儿流浪记》是法国十九世纪著名作家马洛写的一部儿童小说。讲的是一个叫雷米的男孩，他被养父卖给了江湖卖艺人，他离开了巴布兰妈妈，开始了浪迹天涯的生活。他认了江湖卖艺人做主人，在流浪途中，他经历了许许多多的苦难，但始终抱着坚定的信念，凭着坚强的意志，战胜了困难，终于找到了自己的亲身父母和朋友，过上了幸福的生活。看到这里，我不禁被雷米敢于战胜困难的精神感动了，同他比起来，我在生活中、学习里碰到的困难简直无法同他相比，可我每一次遇到困难，都不像小雷米一样决心要克服困难，我却差点退缩了，想起来真是惭愧!

记得有一次，爸爸说好要跟我一起去爬山。第二天，我们很早就起来了，来到瓦屿山公园，因为那里也有山，爬上去就直接上了东辉阁。那里的山虽然不算斜，但只要一不留神就滑下去了，我跟着爸爸一起爬了上去，可是爬到中央的时候，我一不小心，滑了下去，幸好，我抓住了一棵大树，才幸免于难。我一手抓着树，一手向爸爸招手，可刚要大声说：“我不爬了。”时，我又把这句话咽回肚子里了，心想：爬山有什么好怕的，怎么可以轻易退缩呢，何况这是一座小小的山。因为当时正直夏天，山上蚊子很多，我爬着爬着，看到眼前的一堆蚊子，怕了，本想不再爬了，但爸爸说，蹬上山顶就可以看到无限美丽的风光，更何况又可以锻炼身体，何乐而不为呢?我鼓起勇气，爬了上去。站在东辉阁上，我还看到了我的学校呢!

“困难”，每当人们听到这两个字眼，不是心烦就是头疼，觉得有困难很难解决掉，人的一生不可能是一帆风顺的，总会经历坎坷。即使你真的遇到困难也不用害怕，就当它是对你的一种考验。只有经得起考验的人，才是一个成功者。再说，“未经过风雨怎能见彩虹”不去尝试怎么就知道自己没有能力解决困难呢，对待困难，我们一定要以乐观的心情来对待它。

伏案沉思，我不由得想起了一件小事。那是在暑假里的一天，我和表哥两家人去爬王子山。开始，我动力十足，还爬得挺有劲，可是后来行程还未过半，我就累得头昏气喘。看到无尽的陡坡，心里直打退堂鼓。

表哥一边奋力往上攀爬，一边问我;“怎么，不上了?”“唉!累死了。”“这有什么!红军不怕远征难，万水千山只等闲。”我想：表哥能“万水千山只等闲”，为什么我不能“五岭逶迤腾细浪，乌蒙磅礴走泥丸”?一咬牙，拿出勇气，壮起胆子，一鼓作气往上爬，虽然大汗直流，但是我终于爬上了山顶，领略到了美丽的风光。

现在回想起来，这不正说明了只要有毅力，勇于战胜困难，就一定会取得成功这一道理?

“意志顽强，山岳可搬。”这是千真万确的道理。你看，身体三分之二高位截瘫的海迪阿姨，在轮椅这个小天地里奋斗，要想取得成功，比正常人不知要多付出多少倍的代价。何等的困难呀!然而她没有向命运低头，向困难屈服。她不仅没因水深不过河，没因不进取，还高歌猛进。她自学完了中学的课程，又刻苦自修外语，创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。毅力惊人的海迪阿姨不是靠着坚强的意志，奋斗不懈，一步一步登上了成功的高山吗?

掐指一算，我已经度过了十二载的春秋，在这虽短暂的岁月里，我也经历过不少的困难和挫折的考验，这些考验也在慢慢地磨砺着我的懵懂与青涩，让我变得日渐成熟。就比如接下来我要讲述的这件事情，从中让我受到的教育，便可窥豹一斑。

在我十岁的时候，发生了一件让我终生难忘的事情。

那一天，父母都上班去了，家里只剩下我一个人了，这可把我给高兴坏了，在家里上蹿下跳的，就像开了锁的猴子一样。哈哈，现在爸爸妈妈不在家，我想干什么就干什么，我的地盘我做主。

这一下子可把我给吓坏了，没想到事情竟然会变成这个样子。我低头往下一看，嗬，好家伙，熙熙攘攘的人群，黑压压地挤成一片，再看看自己，一条腿耷拉在窗外，还爬得那么高，我连想哭的感觉都有了。

算了算了，不管它了，我一定会爬出来的，我在心里这样安慰自己。接着深吸一口气，双手紧握住栏杆，斑斑的锈迹硌得我的手钻心的痛，我在心里暗暗给自己打气：要镇静，不要害怕。这样想着，我将身体努力向前匍匐着，一点一点地挪动着。虽然动作很慢，可我非常高兴，因为我马上就要脱离困境了，也全然不顾被划破的小腿和手臂，努力地前进着。

我连滚带爬地跳下窗，坐在地板上，抱着伤痕累累的右腿时，我才发现：其实克服困难很简单，只要自己心中坚持执念，就一定会成功的。

一个炎热的下午，操场上正有一位大哥哥教一位小妹妹骑自行车，不用说，这当然就是我和哥了。我胆胆怯怯地坐在车上，哥哥在后面扶着，一个劲儿地鼓励我，可我的手老不听使唤，抓着个龙头摆来摆去。我的脚使劲蹬着轮子。忽然，前面出现了一个弯道，我来不及反应，只有人带车侧翻了的份。这一翻让我摔得鼻青脸肿，这里一块青，那边一块紫。我大哭起来，哥哥过来安慰我说：“不要哭，学骑自行车哪有这么容易呀！我那时候学还不是摔了很多次，但凭着我坚强的意志力，我最终还是学会了。我告诉你呀：想要学会一样本领，不仅要有坚持的毅力，还要有不怕吃苦的勇气，才能学成功，知道吗？”我抽泣着点了点头，把自行车扶起来。我打算一步一步的来。终于功夫不负有心人，经过N次摔跤，终于成功了！

“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”当我站在岩石堆上仰望高山时，我从未想过我要攀岩。

我控制不住自己，脑海中刚才的那幕不住的回放，脑海中仿佛要被堆满了。我有一种强烈的作呕感，立马打了个寒颤，手慢慢地向下滑，牙齿也忍不住的碰撞着。我感觉已经汗流浃背了，身体渐渐的靠近岩石，趴在上面。“加油，向前一步！”“不行，会掉下去的！”心中举棋不定间脑海中闪过一句话，“世上无难事，只怕有心人，”我突然之间清醒了，心中热血沸腾。我似猴子一般的向上窜，刚刚心中的恐惧荡然无存。只有行动才能成功，我一步步地迈出步子，在不经意间，就到了山顶，我回头看看自己所走路，心中的自豪感油然而生。

此后，我生命中很多时刻，面对一个个困难，都会尽全力去努力，每当我想放弃时，我都会想起攀岩时上的那节课。我提醒自己，不要看有多困难，而是要拼尽全力，在克服困难中享受乐趣，不在意结果，只要你尽力了。这样就可以体会到克服困难中的快乐。

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. It is not clear as to why June 1 was chosen as the ICD: one theory has it that the Chinese consul-general in San Francisco (USA) gathered a number of Chinese orphans to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in 1925, which happened to be on June 1 that year, and also coincided with the conference in Geneva.

在这次做题中，我知道了一个道理，无论做什么事，只要认真，你一定会克服眼前的困难，不会让他给大道，并且向更艰难的路走去。

看看我们，如温室里的花朵，遇到一点儿小事就会求助于父母，总想着：只要我好好学习，其他什么事都不用干。其实学习固然重要，但生活实践也很重要。它会让你更加从容面对一切困难，并且客服他。连家务都懒得做的我们，这样真的好吗?

这就是一个不到十岁的孩子给我的震撼，同时也明白，没有人的成功是一步登天的，你不努力，凭什么成功。我要向主人公雷米学习，做个坚强、乐观、不畏困难的好孩子。

The Chinese Government and people are doing our the utmost/best to prepare for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, and shooting at the pageant with advocating Olympic ideal, sparkpluging world peace and enhancing the relationships among the world. Olympic spirit are gonna spread again in orient cultural ancient China.

The government and people of China have always admired the purposes and principles of the Olympic spirit and supported the efforts made by the Olympics in promoting world peace. The Chinese government and people are doing our utmost in preparation for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. It is our hope to make it a grand gathering that will carry forward the Olympic spirit, promote world peace and enhance the friendship among people of the world, so that the Olympic spirit will flourish once again, this time in China, an oriental country with an ancient civilization.

改掉不良习惯，最重要的就是克服，有些人没有输给别人，反而输给了自己，所以我们要战胜自己。

克服第一步就是毅力。毅力就要有坚韧不拔的恒心，不能因某件事而放弃，更不能因受不了永远不再尝试。

如果你克服住了你的缺点，那么你将走向成功人士的道路，其实克服并不难，只要你几经尝试，终于达到最好的了，那么你就成功了。如果你没有克服住你的缺点，那么你将走向失败人士的道路，说得严重一点，是没有用的人。所以我希望大家都能成为国家栋梁，不要走上一条失败的路！

理想便是我们奋斗的目标，我们今天所做的一切便是为我们的理想做铺垫。罗曼罗兰曾经说过：“理想失去了，青春之花也变凋零了，因为理想是青春之花的光和热。”年轻时我们总会有一腔热血，去翻腾，去实现自己崇高的理想，我认为这样做是对的，因为这样才能显示我们中华少年的胸襟。

克服和理想都是成功路上必备的条件和重点，做什么事都不能一帆风顺，在走向成功时，会遇到许多的困难，我们只有克服它，才能征服它。理想是我们人生的目标，如果你没有了它，那么你就会像沙漠中的行者，在茫茫的大沙漠中没有方向，前途一片渺茫。

所以我们要克服困难，放飞理想！

I have had many difficulties since I started to learn English. Since I come from the south of China, I can not distinguish nasal sounds from non-nasals: they sound exactly the same in my dialect. Thus, I had a hard time telling “night” from “light” at the very beginning. My poor memory also added to the difficulties when I decided to enlarge my vocabulary. English words were so elusive that I could only remember them for a while.

I have spared no efforts to overcome the difficulties and finally succeeded. In order to tell the slight difference between nasal sounds and non-nasals, I forced myself to speak mandarin everyday. Whenever I started to speak English, I reminded myself the difference between “night” and “light”。 At first I felt it rather unnatural, but as I went on I was gradually accustomed to speaking in this way. As for my wretched memory, I gave up mechanical memorization and tried many other new ways. At last I found a most efficient way for me: memorizing English words by their stems and affixes. This is how I have overcome some difficulties in learning English.

1、Maintain a good attitude of tolerance towards people , the students are friendly to each other, to create a harmonious interpersonal relationships.

2、 We should promote a vibrant style of the team, a real study , the unity displayed a style of class and diligence to make personal style in a good environment. The students forge ahead and to the ideal of hard work. Learning positive, thereby creating a harmonious atmosphere for education.

With the development of society, harmony becomes the theme of this time. Everyone is doing his best to make the surroundings harmonious. As a member of our campus, we should take action in building the harmonious campus.

Here are some suggestions. First, treat people sincerely. We should be ready to help each other when someone is in trouble. Second, behave yourself. Keep our environment clean and take good care of every tree and every flower. Third, try to be polite. When we meet someone we know, a “hello” is good enough. Then, we can gain their respects for us.

Of course, there are still a lot of things we can do to build the harmonious campus. Anyway, doing something good to our campus is our duty. Let’s do it from now on.

记得前几天，我做数学课外练习上面的一道思考题。那道题目很难，我做了好几遍怎么也做不对，于是，我就放弃了这道题目。突然，妈妈走了过来，问我为什么不做我说：“太难了，我不会做!”妈妈跟我讲了一个故事。外国有位撑杆跳运动员，叫布勃卡，他曾经创造过35次世界纪录，迄今还没人打破。他以前在训练时，也遇到过困难，总是跳不过去。那段时间里，他苦恼过、沮丧过，甚至怀疑自己的潜力。他真的想放弃了，教练告诉他，一定要有信心，让心先过去，身子就跟着过去了。布勃卡听了教练的话，重新跳了几次，他真的跳过去了...... 听了妈妈讲的故事,我重新思考这道难题，我反复地思考，反复地演算，终于做出来了。我心里可高兴啦!
