When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.

Duanwu Festival (端午节， Duānwū Jié) is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. In the West, its commonly known as Dragon Boat Festival.

The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan (c. 340 BC-278 BC) of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fish so they would not eat Qus body. They also sat on long, narrow paddle boats called dragon boats, and tried to scare the fish away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking carved dragon head on the boats prow(船头)。

Good listening can always show respect， promote understanding， and improve interpersonal relationship。

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children， so they will understand them better， and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students， then they can meet their needs better， and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates， thus they will help and learn from each other， and a friendship is likely to be formed。

今日放假，在车上我与爸妈谈论班级上的那些令我不悦的琐事，我希望爸妈站在我这边，然而他俩却淡淡一笑。妈妈听过我的满腹牢骚说：“其实你不用太钻牛角尖，你说的那些跟你有什莫关系呢，又没碍到你，有些事没危及我们利益，就不要强出头，这就是社会!”我很不服气的反驳道：“可这是我的班集体，想改正班级不良风气有什么错。”妈妈不知怎末向我解释，爸爸见况，便给我讲了一个发生在他小时候的事。

在我爸爸小时候，有一次去承德补考，一行人中有3个男生2个女生，去时“风平浪静”再回来的火车上，一伙骗子走进车厢，他们用纸牌进行诈骗，在托儿谢幕后，车厢内还是无几人相信，骗子见状，便将魔爪伸向那两个女同学，由于社会经验少，上了当，几场下来身上的100多元全部被骗去，而骗子扬长而去。当时爸爸就坐在邻座，虽然他也想帮助她们，但见与骗子实力悬殊，不得不采取措施——装睡。在事后装一无所知，当然那两个女同学也知道被骗了。

讲完这个故事，爸爸语重心长地对我说：“社会就是这样，在保证自己人身安全的情况下你可以助人为乐，路见不平;但在有危险时，在不涉及你太大利益时，最好不要狗拿耗子。当然爸爸不是让你做一个贪生怕死，不助人为乐的孩子，我只是想告诉你，有些事不要太出头。你要自己好好体会一下。”

我越体会就越困惑：这个抽象的社会到底是怎样的呢?到底又有多么复杂呢?

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel something miss in their life. When I talk to my friends at table, I find them always play smart phones or check on the text all the time. Though we sit face to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation between people. Some people dont often visit their parents and friends, for they believe that a call can solve all the things. Communication in face to face is far more important than a call. It is time for some people to put down their smart phones for a while when they are communicating to others.

今天上午第二节，我正在给学生讲《唯一的听众》这篇课文。教学正有序的进行着，老师抑扬顿挫的讲述，将同学们带进了课文主人翁练习拉小提琴的寂静的花园里。

忽然，“砰……”的一声响，打破了宁静的教室，大家不约而同站起来，把视线转到走廊硕大的玻璃窗。是“什么东西掉下来?”我纳闷着。

望着同学们期待的目光，我离开讲台来到走廊看个究竟。哦。原来是一只钓鱼郎，已经在地上不动了。我望了望操场，没有别的，依然是那样的寂静。这时，有几个同学已经把头探出窗外，“哦，好漂亮的鸟。”“是一只鸟。”他们叽叽喳喳，就像躺在地上的是他们相处多年的老友，以至这样的关心它。

“这确是一只漂亮的鸟。”我喃喃的说，不知是对自己，还是对那些“不守纪律”的学生。它羽毛的颜色十分美丽：头顶到后颈蓝绿色，有密的横斑;前额至耳羽栗棕色，飞羽黑色;颏喉白色，胸、腹、尾下覆羽栗棕色，脚红色。这种蓝、绿、棕、红、白相间的羽毛像穿了一件翠生生的花衣，强烈地吸引了我们的目光。

“多漂亮啊!”有学生轻轻地赞叹。

我小心翼翼的把地上的鸟捡起来，捧在手心里，走进教室。把它扬起，让学生们一睹为快，然后，小心地把鸟放在讲台的隔板上。我想：这只叼鱼郎可能是刚才没在意，飞得太快了，撞到教室的玻璃窗而晕过去了……

教室再次安静下来，同学们再一次陶醉在我的叙说中。时间过得也真快，四十分钟的时间转瞬即过，我指导学生对课文进行整理了。这时，那只在讲台隔板上休息的小鸟，倏地飞起来，在教室的上方盘旋了两圈，留下了两道漂亮的弧线，“唧”地一声，便从我们惊愕的表情中消失了。

“铃……”下课了，在同学们的掌声中，我快步走出教室，去追寻两度打断我讲课的窗外来客……

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother.

论微博的流行 On the Popularity of Micro Blog

Nowadays, there is a common phenomenon that the micro blog is more and more popular. Many people use micro blog to do a lot of things, including expressing their hearts, exchanging each other’s ideas, delivering information and so on. Micro blog is playing an important role in our society life.

如今，有一种非常流行的东西就是微博。许多人都在用微博做很多事，包括表达心声，交流思想，传递信息等等。微博在我们的社会生活正扮演一个重要的角色。

As it’s known to all, there are many reasons for micro blog’s popularity. Firstly, with the development of the Internet, more and more people have their own computers and cell phones which are advanced. As a result, traditional communicating ways are getting changed. Micro blog is one of the new styles. The next, micro blogs are as convenient as short messages, but much cheaper. What’s more, not only does it send word messages, but also it can carry pictures and sounds.

众所周知，微博的流行有很多原因。首先，随着网络的发展，越来越多的人有了自己的先进的电脑和手机。所以，传统的交流方式逐渐改变了。微博就是新型方式的一种。其次，微博跟短信一样方便但更便宜。再说，微博不仅能发文字信息，还能发送图片和声音。

Just like coins have two sides, the micro blog also has its disadvantages. We should know that micro blog is merely a way of relaxing ourselves. Too much time spent on micro blog is not wise. What we should do is bridging the balance between play and study or work. In addition, micro blog perhaps show up our individual secrets, which maybe a tool for some bad men.

任何事物都是双面的，微博也有不好的一面。我们应该知道微博仅仅是一种放松自己的方式。在微博上花太多时间是不明智的。我们应该掌握好玩耍和学习与工作之间的平衡。另一方面，微博可能泄露我们的隐私，从而成为坏人的工具。

The older I grow, the more I appreciate children. Now, at my 80th birthday, I salute them again. Children are the most wholesome part of the race, the sweetest, for they are freshest from the hand of God. Whimsical, ingenious, mischievous, they fill the world with joy and good humor. We adults live a life of apprehension as to what they will think of us; a life of defense against their terrifying energy; a life of hard work to live up to their great expectations. We put them to bed with a sense of relief---and greet them in the morning with delight and anticipation. We envy them the freshness of adventure and the discovery of life. In all these ways, children add to the wonder of being alive. In all these ways, they help to keep us young.

我坐在阳台上晒太阳。春天来了，阳光洋洋洒洒的毫无保留地射向大地，照片在争奇斗艳的花朵上，照片在高大威武的树木上，也照在了我惬意的笑容上，因为我想到了另一个“心情灿烂的日子”……

那天，我们一个个都格外兴奋，因为今天我们期待已久和社会实践活动终于到来了，我们收拾收拾，便踏上了旅途，。经过长达一个小时的路，我们来到了“嬉戏谷”。大门口两尊巨大动漫人物铜刓守在门口，一头牛头怪兽手持两把利剑，，别一尊是一个英勇帅气的少年，操着一把长剑和一块盾牌，身后跟着一条狗，这两尊铜像都身披铠甲，威风八面，大门气派，第一印象：酷!

随后的游玩证实了我的第一印象是正确的。我们组来到一人叫“龙行天下”的游玩项目，便宜迫不及待地排起了队，耐着性子等了足足一个钟头，终于到了，是过山车!我们坐上去，车开动了，上坡，我们的心升到嗓子眼儿，到达顶峰，哇!下去了，风在耳边呼啸而过，身体每一个细胞都在兴奋地跳跃，我的心也快从嗓子里掉出来了!再来个急转弯，来个偏开，上坡!下坡!左转!右转!一圈过了，又来一圈。我不禁双手展开，想象在飞，我在飞!不禁想把保险杠抬起来跳出去。终于停下来了，但我的心还在飞!

我们还来到了电影院，有好多银幕，要靠电影浏览车行驶看，我们在车上，乍，电影车带着我们走，3D的效果和情节让我忘记是电影，如同自己正在与能士一起踏上重任，一把剑飞来，我要握却捞了个空，才想起这只是电影……

一片叶子落在我脸上，我从回忆中跳出来，阳光依旧灿烂，又似乎更加温暖了。

那天从早晨到下午，我都没见到太阳，我怎么觉得阳光灿烂呢?
