I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play together. Sometimes,we play table tennis or badminton. Sometimes, we ride on bicyles. Anyway, anything could be funny when we are together.I usually go home at 8:00 and then take a shower. After that, I spend sometime in study or watch TV. At 10:00p.m.,I go to sleep.

我大约在下午六点半吃晚饭。晚饭过后，我经常和朋友到外面玩游戏。我们住得很近，所以我们经常一起玩。有时候我们打乒乓球或者羽毛球;有时候我们骑自行车。不管怎么样，只要我们在一起一切都变得有趣。我通常8点回家然后洗个澡。接着，我就花点时间学习或者看电视。到了十点我就去睡觉了。

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

那次，我流泪了，好伤心好伤心呀，它就像只白色的小帆船，在我的脑海里漂泊着流淌着。

记得，那是国庆前夕，科学老师给我们布置了一项十分有趣的课外实践活动，那就是亲自制作一个个生态部落——生态瓶。

第二天中午，我便拉着爸爸在白河边制做生态瓶，在瓶子里放入沙石、水草和可爱的小金鱼后，便大功告成了!

从此以后，只要放学回家，我就会趴在生态瓶前看个没完，看四条小金鱼在水草中无忧无虑地捉迷藏，在瓶底的石逢间追逐嬉戏，在水面上自由自在地吐着小泡泡。每当看到这些，我都幻想着自己也变成一条小鱼儿，钻进生态瓶里和它们一起做游戏!

十一长假来临，爸爸妈妈带着我去了南召，等两天后我兴高采烈回来的时候，才忽然想起：哎呀，家里还有四条小金鱼呢，我忘记给它们换水了!刚想到这儿，我便一个箭步冲到生态瓶前，“呀!不好了!”只见有一条小金鱼已翻上了白肚皮，但还在轻轻摆动着鲜红的尾巴。我的心一下子变得紧缩起来，大气也不敢出，只觉得手发软，腿也发软……一时六神无主，不知怎么办才好!还是爸爸教我进行紧急抢救：我用那双哆嗦着的手端来了清水，放入沙石，插入水草，最终轻手轻脚的把小鱼儿放了进去。

看到小鱼儿变得精神起了许多，我这才大喘了一口气，提到嗓子眼的心，也稳稳的落了下去!大事不妙，没过几分钟这条小金鱼又一次翻上了白肚皮，刚开始还摆了几下身子，但眨眼间便僵在了水中，慢慢浮上了水面。一缕晚霞透过窗户，映在了小金鱼火红色的尸体上!

猛然间，我的心像是被蝎子蜇了一下而感到阵阵刺痛!我呆呆地站在水盆前，两串泪水像断了线的珍珠一般滚滚而下，小金鱼黑溜溜的眼珠直直地瞪着我，仿佛在指责说：“你怎么那么没有责任心，因为你的马虎而消逝几条生命，这样做对吗?”

我的心如刀割一般疼痛，大滴大滴的泪水夺眶而出!在这冷风萧瑟的秋季里，人们可以透过窗户看见，有一个小女孩伏在一个水盆前，把头埋在手臂里抽抽泣泣地哭着，是那么伤心，那么懊悔。

直到现在，只要想起那条小金鱼，我便会不知不觉泪流满面……

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. Thats impossible.

Just as you need air to breathe, you need opportunity to succeed. It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity, however. You must make use of that opportunity. Thats not up to the opportunity. Thats up to you. It doesnt matter what "floor" the opportunity is on. What matters is what you do with it.

又是这个巷口，又是这个拐角处，一切都是那么熟悉又那么陌生。回头望了望那座破旧的房子，她，也许已经走了吧。

那是寒冬里最冷的一天。我们坐在教室里，没有预期的朗朗读书声，只有两排牙齿经不住寒冷不停的“打架”声。

突然，一切声音都消失了。教室出奇得安静。

只见老师从门口进来，后面还跟着一位比老师还要高很多的女孩走来。老师面带严肃地说：“今天，我们班来了一位转学生……希望大家能够友好对待。”她向我们鞠了一躬，接着开始介绍自己。

好似命运般，老师让她成为我的同桌。她来到我的位置旁，向我露出了友好的笑容，我也向她笑了一下当做回应。

她的脾气很好，对待同学也特别友善。但是她的家境不怎么好而且还留过级，这使得同学们本能地去排斥她，她在教室中被孤立了。

后来的某一天午饭过后，同学们接二连三地发现自己的钱和钱包不见了，大家都你看看我我看看你，最后都统一看向了她。不等她回答同学们已经怒气冲冲地走到她面前，把手一伸：“喂，钱是不是你偷的，快把钱交出来!”“不……不是我。”她又慌忙地看向我希望我帮她解围。我当时也认为是她偷的，她的嫌疑最大，但又觉得她本性应该不是这么坏的，我便假装没看见把头撇到一边，不看她了。

她低下头，我在余光里看见她眼里泛起了一层薄薄的水雾。那一瞬间，我知道我们的友谊已经破碎了。

后来的事我已经记不清了，那个贼不是她，不过具体是谁我也不清楚。同学们错怪了她也纷纷向她道过歉了，而我却因内疚没有向她道歉。

后来，我便要搬家了。搬家那天，我坐在车里，车子刚发动我便看见她匆忙跑过来，把手中的礼盒塞到我手里。车子开动了，在落日的余晖里，我看见她向我挥手，一转身，她，走远了。我再也忍不住了，眼里的泪水瞬间夺眶而出，冲着她的背影大喊：“对不起!”我隐约看见她愣了一下，又慌张地跑开了。

她，应该听见我的道歉了吧。又是这个巷口，又是这个拐角处，我仿佛又看见了她向我挥手告别的画面，但是她却越走越远，越走越远……

童年是多姿多彩的，童年我们学会很多东西，在我八岁的时候我学会了做饭。

有一天中午，我看见爷爷在做饭，我觉得很容易，就跑过去对爷爷说：“爷爷，我也想做饭，您可以教教我吗？”“当然可以，我们就从最简单的西红柿炒鸡蛋开始吧！”爷爷笑眯眯地对我说。

爷爷先帮我把鸡蛋打好，西红柿切好，让我自己试一试，我信心满满地把鸡蛋和西红柿放进锅里，然后就跑去看书了，过了大约15分钟，厨房里飘来了一股奇怪的味道，我连忙跑过去查看，原来是我做的蔡糊了，爷爷看到后对我说：“做任何事都要专心啊！”顿时，我的脸变得像苹果一样红，爷爷告诉我：“鸡蛋放入锅中成形后，把鸡蛋捣碎，但是不能太碎了，然后把西红柿倒入锅中，再倒一点水，以保证水分充足，之后再炒3分钟即可出锅了。”我按照爷爷的方法一步步操作，当我要揭开锅的那一刻，我的心里就像装了一只小鹿一样，到处乱撞。“啊！我成功了，我成功了！”看着眼前美味的西红柿炒鸡蛋，我兴奋不已。

这件事让我明白了，做任何事都要有方法，也要有耐心，正如叔本华所说：只要你有耐心，总有成功的机会。

白雪皑皑，危峰林立，阳光下，布达拉宫闪烁着汉藏融合的金光，文成公主的面纱脱落在山顶，覆盖着白雪，飘扬着藏曲的高亢，传递到大唐的古都。布达拉宫是民族相和的凝结点，文成公主奏响又一曲历史的和鸣。

多少怨，多少泪，又多少感动民族的和亲马队在历史的古道里消失，却留给我们如今这广大一统的中华民族。中华民族的大度和宽容正是在一次次的民族之和契机中体现出来，而民族之和，又是由民族的宽容所度化的。

正如林肯说，当你和你的敌人成为朋友时，你便是消灭了敌人。用宽容一切的心和包容一切的胸怀去和解一切的恩怨，和解一切的矛盾，才能拥有博大，才能拥有强盛。

同样的道理，站在漫天星光下思考的康德告诉我的，“生气，是用别人的错误来惩罚自我”，以和为贵，以和为踏跳板，我们不仅仅拥有一个欢乐的人生，更能使眼前的敌人成为潜在的朋友。

和不仅仅是传统言文化里的美德，也是现代礼貌里的风尚。和，使中美中苏关系正常化;和使苏联从阿富汗撤兵;和，产生了APEC，产生了欧盟;和，使世界平息在团结合作中;使无数心牵系着苏门答腊岛。

和，不仅仅是和好，更是和平。人与人之间的和平相处，民族与民族的和平相处，国家与国家的和平相处。因为和，世界才有了爱，才有了繁荣。

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. We should respct them and understand their work.
