If a citizens complaint is justified, the Ombudsman will act on his behalf. The action he takes varies according to the nature of the complaint. 每一步棋，也非再三品味。石曼卿诗人做海州通判时，竟发现县衙对而“山岭高峻,人路不通，了无花开点缀映照”。突发奇想，叫人用黄泥裹着核桃做成弹丸，闲暇时便一颗颗往山岭上投，几年过去，

竟“花发满山”。这一步棋，只是一时兴起，是俗手又该从何评判,若非坚持,又怎得“坐令空山出锦绣，倚天照海花无数”呢?

时代更迭，每一代人的想法总在更变，曾经的俗手，现在的妙手。梵高的《向日葵》,充满张力，更是热烈，是梵高对艺术的追求。他疯狂作画，倾泄的颜料里调和着他的血,而画布不过是他包扎伤口的棚带。他像夸父一样追逐着太阳最后在阳光中燃烧、倒下。当时的人们认为他是愚蠢的是俗手，

名利皆空，情爱亦无，贫病交加。而现在的我们认为他是妙手，他的一生为艺术而献。一切评判，都禁锢在时代之下，俗手又有何惧!百年亦或千年之后，或是妙手。

石曼卿的闲暇奇举 ，梵高的两面人生,李白的行在路上，怎样看待?在心中。俗手是他人的评判，而棋子在我们的手上，若我坚信，又何惧他言。

棋局成败，不在一招，而在招招;人生精彩,不在一朝，而在朝朝。

那天，仿佛一切都变得紧张起来。天上的白云都“聚”在一起，好像怕被太阳公公出来教训它们一样。花儿也含苞欲放，头都紧紧地缩在一起。

在一次语文课上，老师突然就要抽查背书。到我后面的那个人时，我紧张极了。我屏住呼吸，不停地翻看着课本，心里默默地念着，生怕记错一个字，一动也不敢动，只清楚地听到自己的心在怦怦跳。

我的心在无规律地跳着，真像一个调皮的小男孩在跳着蹦床一样，一下、两下、三下……这调皮的小男孩越跳越快!我多么希望心跳能缓慢下来，可是心跳好像不搭理我，还是一个劲地跳。如果说我的身体是一块玻璃，心跳是一块石头，那玻璃早就碎了。

到我背书了，我脑子竟瞬间一片空白，什么都不记得了，仿佛被邪恶的紧张给诅咒了，把我的记忆全都给掏空了。结果，可想而知了……

这时，我的心跳变慢了，变沉重了，从小男孩变成了一个文静的小女孩，在缓慢地弹着优美的钢琴，我不再紧张了，而是失望与后悔……

下课时，我仰望天空。天上的云分布在各个角落，空气也变得凝重了。我在心底给自己打气：紧张并不可怕，成功是留给有准备的人的。所以今后，我一定要严格要求自己，熟练掌握，才能打败紧张，取得成功。
