树牢“底线”思维，工作上铆足“劲”。“为之于未有，治之于未乱，防患于未然。”各级党委和政府要树牢“底线”思维，时刻铆足抓好安全生产的“劲”。坚持事前预防和源头治理，深入基层和企业一线，重点针对矿山、尾矿库、危化品、油气管道、道路交通、建筑施工、涉爆粉尘等安全生产事故“高发地带”，加强安全隐患排查，找出各类安全生产隐患，建立问题台账，并给出切实可行的解决方案，建立应急预案。对排查出来的隐患问题要解决在萌芽之时，把风险排查在成灾之前，把事故发生概率降到最低。对已经出现的安全事故，要第一时间上报，并根据应急预案第一时间进行处理，将损失降到最低。

扎牢“防线”篱笆，责任上压到“底”。“安全大于天，责任重于山”，制度的生命在于落实，再好的制度不执行就形同虚设。各级党委和政府要牢牢牵住责任落实这个“牛鼻子”，层层压实责任，扎牢“防线”篱笆。严格落实好安全生产责任和管理制度，自觉落实安全生产主体责任，做到安全生产“守土有责、守土尽责、守土负责”。同时，要加强对安全生产责任落实情况的监督和问责，坚决纠治重视留在口头、行动止于文件、查患浮在面上、整改等靠拖延等形式主义、官僚主义问题，对安全生产有令不行、有禁不止，隐瞒险情灾情造成严重后果等行为严肃追责问责。

安全生产无小事，点点滴滴须落实。唯有在思想上重视、工作上落实、责任上压实，才能真正构筑起把安全生产的堤坝，守护好人民群众生命财产安全。

一年一度秋风劲。当秋风萧瑟、衰草凝绿的时候，又到了清理树沟杂草，参加一年里算是惟一的一次集体劳动的日子。单位“占领”的树沟很长，杂草浓密。干活的人到也召集了不少。只是我们办公室的人员，每到这个时候，总显得很少：总共14个人中，出差的，有事的，占去了五六个，让人一想就不舒服。往年也是，不是你开会，就是他不来。领导也讲不出什么来，恐怕，他心里的不满只能压在底下，不便表达出来的。

割草的活对我这个农民出身的中年人来说，也算是陌生的了。大部分树沟边茂盛的冰草，既软又厚地葡伏在地表，新镰刀锋利的刃子也难以拿得下它;还有不少地方夹杂着骆驼刺、苍耳棵子的地方，则让你不小心就被扎上一下，要小心地摘半天才能拔除了。虽然好些年前我有过割麦子的经验，但在这里却一点也没用。至于多数年轻的生长于城里的年轻人，他们对于镰刀割草就完全是新鲜的尝试，割上几下子就进入了讨厌的胳膊酸困手拿不住镰刀的时期。劳力劳动毕竟不同于脑力劳动，没有基本磨炼，没有一定技能，没有相当体力，就只能望而兴叹。因此，对于不少小年轻的“放点油把它们一把火烧了”的幻想，对于他们割几下就立起身来的举止，我也是比较理解的。

然而，约摸5个小时的体力劳动，还是让人能看出每个人对待困难与出力流汗的态度。除了我们这些中年“老人”，绝大多数年轻人面对的都是同一个情况：不会干，蛮吃力。然而，对同样的问题，不同的人总有不同的答案。有些人总是能让别人感动。他们不太会干，但他们不猾、不躲，努力地迎上去，一点点地割，累了坚持着。特别是一些女同志，既耐心，又吃苦的精神远远超过一些看上去身强力壮的男人。而另外一些人总会让人在心里生出鄙夷。他们处处表现得比别人“聪明”，他们说得比做得多，站着看得比干得多，他们年轻却怕出力流汗，他们不干活又想让别人以为他们也没闲着。割草的几小时，时间虽短，却一样地检测出一个人的基本品行基本素质。是金子在哪儿都能发光，是秕糠在哪儿都会被风吹跑。人啊，不见得谁比谁聪明多少，而在于谁能比谁更实在多少，更扎实地干了多少。

体力劳动中有些人避之不及，有些人聪明到家的现象，我想这不简单是一些个人的问题，而是一个社会现象。鄙视体力劳动的主要原因，是体力劳动的价值太小，是体力劳动者大多地位卑微、处于社会的底层，还有，体力劳动的主要代表就是农民工和农民。以当下农民农村的地位，以普通体力劳动者的价值来判断，没有几个人能够向往。更深层次的原因，则还是做事做人的原则态度。凡是踏实做人认真做事的人，没有几个会鄙视别人，也没有几个人会看不起哪怕是一个清洁工，一个满身汗气的农民工。只有哪些做人方面就有缺陷的人，才把人分得好多层次，一样人一种态度，一样人面前一种作派。人与人的不同，大体也就体现在一个个小事上;人比人的高度，也就在几分态度之中。

用劳动汗水来洗刷我们的灵魂，道理就在于它能检验我们的心灵，检测我们的人生态度，考验我们的能力与风骨。一年一次的劳动，总会让人有点儿新的思想新的启发。从这个意义上来说，我是特别珍惜这样的机会的。

劳动啊劳动，这创造世界的基本活动对于人类太重要了，对于今天我们养尊处优的日子里认识世界体验生活，太重要了。

提起我的班主任，我的脑海里浮现出张老师的影子，一张圆圆的脸，带着眼镜，貌似眼睛不大，后脑勺扎着个马尾巴，她穿戴很朴素，最艳的衣着应该是那件绿呢西服了，如果在人海中，你估计找不到她的影子，就这么一位普普通通的老师，却让人印象非凡。

记得初入学时，很多同学都很不习惯学校里的生活，稍微坐久点，小朋友们就坐不住了，猴子屁股扭来扭去，甚至有的同学在上课时就直奔厕所。老师没有生气，她站在讲台上，表情严肃，柔和而又坚决地和我们说：“小朋友们，你们已经是一年级新生了，不能像在幼儿园那样随性，学校有学校的规定，既然来到这里，我希望大家都能遵守。”教室里鸦雀无声，老师的声音不大，但却把我们这帮毛孩子给镇住了。每次上语文课，课堂纪律应该是最好的。

我最喜欢张老师的课，每每念古诗时，老师的声音抑扬顿挫，她那缺乏红润的脸蛋此时却散发出一种迷人的光彩，不需要太多的言语，同学们都深深沉浸到了古诗的意境当中。

在四年的学习生涯中，老师教会了我们很多知识，特别是写作方面，从一年级开始，班主任就让我们每个人养成写日记的习惯，哪怕是一句话，不会写的就用拼音代替，翻开那时候的日记本，满满的很多拼音，写的东西也是让人忍俊不禁，但却人很难忘记，从最初的日记到今日不间断的现场作文比赛，同学们成长了好多，不知不觉，我们已步入五年级了，班主任教给我们的不仅仅是书本上的知识，更多的是如何做人，怀着一颗感恩的心面对家庭，面对社会。

又是一年的教师节到了，在这里，我想对我的班主任说，谢谢您!感谢您这几年对我们的教导，为我们以后美好的人生打下了坚实的基础，曾几何，皱纹悄悄爬上了您的额头，是我们让您操碎了心，以后的日子里我们会约束自己，好好学习，以最好的成绩向您汇报。“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”，老师，您的付出我们时刻铭记于心，就像一艘小船，它会在我们的心海中安稳地到达彼岸，而我们也终归会长大，感恩于您!在这个特殊的日子里，衷心地祝您教师节快乐!

秋季学期开学的前一天，我带着奶奶的老年手机，独自一人坐上了去老家的班车。

风景与过年时候有些不同。道路两旁碧绿一片，田野里也变得黄绿黄绿的。我的老家在江西瑞昌洪一乡洞下村，那是一个很安静的村庄，我亲爱的爷爷就住在村里。上车前他还叮嘱我要注意安全，他会到乡里来接我。

申请表，家庭困难证明……我有点不放心，拿起手里的纸看了又看。不光是来看望爷爷，这次回老家，我是带着任务来的。临出发前，程老师再三叮嘱我，把申请希望工程圆梦行动助学金需要的表格拿到乡里盖章，开好证明。我向爸爸和老师保证一定完成任务。

说起圆梦，我心里有一股暖流淌过。妈妈在我上二年级的时候，因病去世了。记得那时候，爸爸搂着我哽咽，哥哥紧紧抓住我的手，我们都伤心极了。我也很害怕，听大人们说我家欠了很多钱，都拿去给妈妈治病。过了几天，爸爸只身一人去武汉打工，每隔几天，他都会打电话来，总是问奶奶我听不听话。其实，爸爸不用担心的，周围有很多的人关心着我，特别是在读书这件事上，我感受到很多的温暖。每年我都能享受学杂费的减免政策，而且还能免费领到校服。老师经常对我说：“要努力学习，长大以后回馈社会，让家人过上好日子。”

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Just as the famous saying goes，"Thanksgiving is a spiritual treasure. Since we were born, many people have helped us more or less and we should be grateful for everything that other people have done for us. And among all the people we should appreciate, our parents are the ones who deserve our appreciation most.

Nowadays，as young men，we always take our parents love and care for granted, without any gratitude to our parents. However, we should come to realize that our parents will become old one day, and they will need our care, just like those days when we were little children. Therefore, however busy we may be, we should spend more time accompanying them, because they once devoted so much selfless love to us, and we should return them the same from the bottom of our heart.
