《组织部的“年轻人”》

读罢组织部的灯、文、风、门系列文章，在惊叹于构思巧妙、角度新颖的同时，也让我不由地想起我的同事们——组织部那群可爱的年轻人。

犹记得刚踏入组织部的“门”，是满心的欢喜与忐忑。欢喜的是自己这个“小镇做题家”成功通过层层考验，踏入了年轻人梦寐以求的“实权单位”，忐忑的是源于内心深处的“本领恐慌”。庆幸，透过一扇扇敞开的科室门，我看到的是和我一般大的年轻人：他们留着干净利落的短发，浅色衬衫掖到深色西裤里，或伏于案牍，或步履匆匆，高强度的脑力劳动消耗着巨大的热量让他们得以保持良好的身形;他们为人随和、待人友善，说话没有过多的客套却总能让你抓住重点、如沐春风。

他们大都是手拿“笔杆子”，组织部的“文”便出自这群年轻人之手。这些文虽不一定隽永飘逸、气势磅礴，但一定最求实效、最务实功。字体、字号、脚标、间距标准烂熟于心警醒他们做事“守本分”“不逾矩”;谋篇布局、立意构思表现出他们有主见有方向;行文讲依据、用典有出处鞭策他们思考问题逻辑缜密严谨细致;逐字修改、逐词推敲、逐句调整、逐段过堂促使他们遇事不厌其“繁”考虑周全。于文章中，他们诠释了“见人见事见思想见精神”。

有人爱家乡的山山水水，也有人爱家乡的花草树木，乡音乡情。而我却深爱家乡的土地。

在我的家乡，孩子们喜欢在地上打滚，或者玩泥塑——有时捏泥人，有时捏小汽车，有时捏水果等等。

到了傍晚，我们浑身沾满泥土，也成可爱的“泥人”了。这时候，大人们都亲切地喊我们“小花猪”“土地爷”。
