花，堪称是最美的植物了。小的时候喜欢花，总幻想着长大后能当一位插花师。每每走过花店，总会不经意地在门口停驻，看一眼妖娆的花朵，吸一口迷人的芳香。花店中弥漫着迷雾般的烟，一位女子跪坐着，模样端庄。手中轻柔地执着一枝百合，剪刀轻轻拂过，余枝便悠然飘落。她微笑着，又拿起另一枝，不禁让我想起画中掬着一捧鲜花，款款向我走来的仙女。这种美深深地吸引着我，我沉浸在这世界中，仿佛自己也在时不时地拂弄着这些小花。

终于，我有了一个机会接触插花，但这一次体验却让我有了全新的感受。我看着花店主人从容优雅的剪花动作，百看不厌，迫不及待地想去尝试一番。但进展并不是很乐观。尽管我已经尽量很小心地拿花了，但手依然止不住颤抖，剪刀被我使得跟抡斧头似的，只那么一剪，那花便显得有些惨不忍睹了。在花房主人的指导下，我整整花了一个多小时才勉强完成，花瓣七零八落地撒了一地。明明没有什么大幅度的动作，却也满头大汗，站起时，双腿都有些麻了。

在花朵的美之下，同时也是插花人的辛老;在那些优美的动作下，同时也是无数次练习。我仅仅只是插了那么一束就觉这么辛苦，而她们天天不停歇地工作着，却依然保持那一种姿势的美。美丽的花束，是无数人的努力换来的，在这美以外，有许多我们所不知的。花开花落，仅仅只是一刹那的事，爱美懂美的人会去欣赏它，让它不在心中凋零，也不负插花人的辛勤。

Every day, we can see the figures of the volunteers. Actually, they have

formed a kind of scenery of the city. Some people hold that volunteering is

merely a waste of time, because the volunteers have no gains with pains.

However, I believe that doing voluntary is quite rewarding.

In the first place, we can put into practice what we have learnt before,

for instance, when we were asked by a foreigner about the way to some place, we

could practice our oral foreign language, it’s definitely a good opportunity to

In the second place, we could make a lot of new friends while we are

The topic of my speech today is “Being a Good Listener”。

Good listening can always show respect， promote understanding， and improve interpersonal relationship。

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children， so they will understand them better， and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students， then they can meet their needs better， and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates， thus they will help and learn from each other， and a friendship is likely to be formed。

What I want to stress is that each of us should listen to others。 Show your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk; show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile; be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like them。 In a word， good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other。

难忘今年的五一劳动节假期。

因为我们一家和好朋友杨x一家到青岛旅行!告诉你吧，一起出行这事是我俩先提议，反复和爸爸妈妈商量，才争取来的，当然高兴啦!

瞧!我们一见面就是一个热情的拥抱，在去青岛的路上，我们有说不完的话和做不完的事。有朋友在身边，自由自在、无拘无束。我们在车里尽情地玩耍，一会儿打扑克，一会儿偷偷地钻进宽大的后备箱，一会儿互不相让地“脚战”……像两只调皮、灵活、停不下来的小老鼠。

我们一路相伴游览了栈桥、八大关、崂山、唐岛湾，看到了浩瀚的大海，驰骋在跨海大桥，穿越了海底隧道;感受了欧式建筑，参观了康有为纪念馆，知道了戊戌变法，了解了青岛曾经的历史。

话说，我们来到了金沙滩，满眼金色的沙子，踩在上面细软而不陷。一下车，我们就像两只快乐的小鸭子，脱下鞋子，欢呼雀跃张开双臂冲向沙滩，奔向大海。我俩心领神会，一句话不说就立马蹲下玩了起来，先一块儿给昨天在崂山抓的几只小螃蟹挖了个沙坑，还筑起了堤坝，几只小蟹很快钻进了沙堆里，一动不动，唯一看到的是它吐出的小泡泡;还有一只较大的蟹比较灵活，瞅准机会，迅速地朝堤坝顶端爬去，我俩一个人看着这只蟹，还得躲着它的大钳子，另一个赶紧筑高堤坝，担心小家伙离我们远去。旁边走过了很多围观的大人和小朋友，想要走小螃蟹，我们没舍得。因为我们知道大海才是它的家，在车上早就商量好了，先和小蟹玩会儿，然后就让它们回归大海。一个小时过后，看着它们实在是思乡心切，我俩和爸爸妈妈恋恋不舍地把它们放归大海，虽然心里很留恋，但是看着小蟹一头扎进大海，酣畅淋漓、自由自在的样子，我们心里感到了踏实和欣慰。

之后，我们手拉手去海里踏浪，碧波荡漾，海天一色，波光粼粼，浪花轻轻打在腿上，我俩携手一起跳跃，一起奔跑，一起欢笑，尽情地享受着阳光沙滩，碧海蓝天，朋友相伴。

快乐的时光总显得那么短暂，愉快的旅行很快结束了，在车上我们还把这几天游览的地方和经历的事情编成了歌谣，走一路，唱一路。有好友陪伴的时刻，是最快乐的!有好友相伴，旅行是最快乐的!难忘的青岛之行!

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. We should respct them and understand their work.

人生就像一幅画，有缤纷七彩的，也有淡然无味的。人就要敢于挑战极限，才能让这幅画七彩;如果畏惧胆小，这幅画就淡然无味了。

记得有一次爸爸带我去海洋公园玩，先去看完了各种各样的动物，咱们就去玩过山车，我迫不及待的跑去像一只豹子一样。

跑着跑着，来到一座十分巨大的过山车前。看着它有几层楼高，还有好几个360度弯道，我吓出了一身冷汗。拉着爸爸说：“咱们去玩其他的吧!”，可爸爸却想体验一下，看着他充满期待的神情。我使劲摇头表示否定，说完他大摇大摆地走进去。

过了一会，一辆过山车在我眼皮下飞过，同时也听到有人在大喊，风又把落叶吹飞了，由于速度太快，我还没反应过来，他们就消失了，一会儿后我看见爸爸却是笑着走过来，他说老刺激了，问我要不要去试一下，我结巴的说："我不敢玩啊!”爸爸说：“人，要不断挑战自己才能不断前进!一直停留在原地，永远不会成功的!”听着爸爸的话，我犹豫了一会儿，想到爸爸下来，也没啥事，再想到他的话，我的内心终于战胜了恐惧，主动走了进去。

其实在等候过山车的时候，我好几次想跑出去，但几经挣扎，我还是决定挑战自己，战胜自我，所以一直没有跑开。

终于轮到我了，坐上了去的一瞬间，我既兴奋又紧张。车动了，我屏住呼吸，让自己不要紧张。可我还没来得及紧张，过山车以极快的速度下了坡，又上了坡。我一下子兴奋起来，同时大叫，我还没兴奋完，过山车眨眼就到站。可我还想再玩一次。

就这样我突破了自己的极限。给人生这幅画又增添了一抹光彩。从此以后突破自己这个道理一直铭记我心。

As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

with illness.

我们是疯狂了，却一点也不青春，像小打小闹的孩子，该命名为幼稚。青春该是一段为了某份光荣的事业，而用尽全力拼搏的一段永不悔恨的回忆，而不是想做什么就做什么的蛮荒历史。

诚然，我们没有经历过生活的艰辛，不知道怎样的道路会让自己走得更轻松更快活。不知道该走怎么样的路更合时务，更对社会的胃口，但是正是因为青春呀！才会有更多更美的梦。梦是理想，而不是一时的欢乐。因为一时的贪玩，因为这就是青春啊，而在电脑前奋战到凌晨显然是不可取的。即便我是职业的游戏玩家，梦想是成为一名业内有名的职业打手，也应该劳逸结合，适度休息，注意身体。因为事实证明，出名的永远是那么几个，但是，你不一定是其中之一。

因为青春啊！所以有用不完的精力，可以把自己全身心的`投放在一件事情上。但是，不得不说，若一开始便选择了一条不适合你的路，站上顶峰的，不一定是你。没有一个人甘愿平庸一辈子，我们的梦，无论取向如何不同，总归要走到一点上，成为某一方面的成功人士。虽然，《/SPAN>牧羊少年的奇幻之旅>中曾说，全宇宙都会帮助你完成自己的天命，但你又怎知这是否是你的天命？所以，有时你即使背水一战，也不一定最终获得胜利，努力的人是有回报，但只有那些努力而又负有天命的人，才会站上顶峰。所以，你可以把全心都投入你的梦想，而全身则不尽然。你要适度的挥霍你的青春，让它保持在不至于年华未逝而油尽灯枯，也不至于精力过于旺盛的状态。这样，即使你败得一塌涂地，也还有资本从头再来。

留着这精力和青春没有用完，不是太过浪费吗？光阴不等人啊！青春代表着一段青葱岁月，代表这积极向上，无所畏惧。即使容颜老去，保持着这样一颗奋进拼搏的心，又有哪一天不是青春呢？哪一天不能奋斗呢？

保持着这平衡，便能给人源源不断的青春活力。

我们的青春，该是”不怕千万人阻挡，就怕自己投降”，而不是”再不疯狂我们就老了”。我们该不懈进取，却应适度挥霍。身体是革命的本钱，有了它才能奋不顾身的从头再来。
