The animal hardly makes any movement, hardly use any energy, and hardly needs any food.

Some animals, including some bears only half hibernate.That is to say, they sleep during the winter, but their sleep is not deep and their body temperature does not drop, as they are warm-blooded animals. In the antumn the bear eats and eats and becomes very fat. His hair grows longer. Soon he has a thick covering of fat and fur. In November he finds a place to lie down and goes to sleep. On warm winter days he may think spring has arrived; he gets up and walks around. When he sees that the snow is still thick on the ground, he quickly goes to sleep again.

Taking The Exercise

Today, as the development of the electronic products, people like to use

the electronic products very much. They count on these products because they are

so convenient and funny. So people pay a lot of attention on the electronic

products, and most people even don’t like to go out and they spend all the day

playing the computer games.

Staying too much time indoors is not good for people’s health, they need to

walk out of the house and take the exercise. It is advised that we should take

exercise for an hour everyday. We can take the jogging early in the morning or

in the evening. We not only can take in the fresh air, but also can see the

different scenery.

If we take the regular exercise, we will keep the strong body and when are

old, we can go any place we want to.

当我从网上看到活泼、可爱的小姑娘陈思影被火烧得面目全废时，听着她一声声的发自内心的呼唤：“妈妈，救救我!”

想着这残忍之事竟然是自己的亲身母亲!我惊呆了，是什么让鲜花般的少女丧失生命，是害人的邪教。12岁，生命刚刚开始，还来不及品尝人间的温暖，害人的邪教把她送到了所谓的“天国”，去享受“极乐世界”去了。我的表姑也是邪教的受害者，那年，表姑突感身体不适，浑身乏力，还时常发热。

舅婆因为没有文化，听信巫婆的话，说是有鬼附在她身上，必须用她的“去鬼咒”，才能让鬼离开，后来，因为医疗不及时，我那可怜的表姑才23岁，就离开了人世。现在，舅婆常常为此事暗自伤心、流泪，但眼泪换不回人的生命。舅婆现在常常语重心长地说：“你们一定要读好书，将来才不会后悔。”我知道，这是舅婆发自肺腑的话，她根本不会说什么豪言壮语，她只会用“好好学习”来劝慰后人，不要重倒覆辙。

抱怨归抱怨，大扫除还是开始了。大家便分散开来各做各的事，我选择拖地板。我拿来拖把和水桶，将水桶倒满水，一提可真重啊，走几步就没力气了，我突发奇想：提的不行就用推的，你还别说，这招可真灵，我轻轻松松地把它推到客厅里了。

开始拖地了，我拿起拖把准备大干一场。我先把拖把放在水中，然后拿起来用手拧干，接着就开始拖了。我先从左往右，依次拖了一次。然后再从上到下又拖了一次。由于拖把太沉了，我的手开始麻木，觉得特别酸，头发里开始夹杂着汗水。正当我一路前进的时侯，碰到了一只“拦路虎”-----垃圾。我用拖把将垃圾扫开，可没想到垃圾竟然粘在拖把上了，我使劲一甩，垃圾是被我甩开了，可地板又脏了，我只好向“身经百战”的妈妈请教。妈妈说：“其实很简单，只要用纸巾将垃圾包住扔到垃圾桶里就可以了。”我照妈妈的方法去做，这只“拦路虎”也束手无策了。就这样，我一路披荆斩棘，终于取得了胜利，把地板拖得一尘不染，焕然一新!

经过一上午的奋战，我们终于把家打扫干净了，望着明亮整洁的家，心里有一种说不出的激动。我的意忘形，高兴得上窜下跳，结果不小心一个四脚朝天，摔倒在地上，爸妈看到都笑了，我也笑了。

艰苦劳动的果实，是所有欢乐中最甜美的。虽然家务劳动破坏了我的美梦，还使得我腰酸背痛，但我一点也不生气，因为我体验了劳动的快乐，也感受到了父母做家务劳动的辛苦。以后，我要经常帮家里做家务，让自己更多的去体谅父母，尽力帮助他们做一些力所能及的事情，用自己的行动回报父母、回报家庭!

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

每当我与母亲争吵时，我的怨言如浪花一样涌向岸边，坏情绪如同将要决堤的河水，想要逃离困囿我的河岸。就如同这次，我做作业做到很晚，妈妈却认为我不够高效，一直教训我，我感到气愤和委屈，忍不住的与她顶了嘴。妈妈失落、无奈的离开了房间，我把门关上，重重的捶了下墙，大声吼道：“本来数学题已经很烦恼了，现在连写作业的心情都没了！整个人的心情都郁闷了！”

妈妈呀！妈妈！你能不能不要这么烦？

我坐在床上，手撑着头，心情久久无法和缓，不一会儿，客厅传来说话声，是妈妈在视频里和奶奶聊天，老年痴呆的奶奶住在医院，妈妈要煲好汤明天送到医院；不一会儿，听到妈妈在跟大学住宿的姐姐说话，在问候姐姐的脚伤，唠叨着姐姐要为教师资格证做准备；然后又是给爸爸的电话，督促着应酬喝醉的爸爸赶紧回家。客厅里归于平静，我听见妈妈叹了口气，门外传来脚步声，接着是妈妈的声音，声音很轻，“喝点水，休息一下，要不……干脆睡吧。”

妈妈平时不仅有繁忙的工作，还要给家人做好香甜可口的饭菜，关心在医院的奶奶，关心每一位家庭成员，而这一切的细节，都被我忽略了……而我还在继续给她添加麻烦，增加她的压力。

往事一幕幕涌上心头，每天早晨，妈妈早早的起床为我做早饭、做作业时的问候、考试失败给我不断的鼓励……

“喝杯牛奶，睡吧，写不完就算了。”妈妈的声音稍提高了一些，有些犹豫，似乎在忌惮什么。我的心中涌起了感激的浪花，打开了房门，冲到了妈妈面前，一把抱住了她，在灯光下，我第一次看到妈妈更深的皱纹，头发上有着更多的白丝。妈妈呀，妈妈，您太不容易了。

我从没在您的角度思考，从没想过您的感受，在平时的繁忙与紧张的生活里，我似乎没一丝时间去感受您的爱，却统统被我忽略了。

“妈妈，对不起。”我由衷地说。

“看你写作业写到这么晚，妈是心疼你呀。”

牛奶香甜温暖，熨贴着我的情绪，我的心灵重归平静，如同静静的河流，在岸的拥抱下，日夜不息，奔向广阔的大海——是那样平安，又是那样充满力量！

暑假里，妹妹的到来给我带来了无数欢乐，难忘假期中的快乐时光。

这天午饭后，我和妹妹就被妈妈催促着去午睡。可是，我们俩躺在床上过了好久也睡不着，我干脆给她进起了我编的故事---《天鹅公主》。

从前，有一个女孩，她叫雪儿，她特别喜欢天鹅……突然，一个念头从我的心里一闪而过：不如和妹妹一起演《天鹅公主》吧!妹妹好像读懂了我的心思，她悄悄的拿出一堆化妆品，说：“姐姐，不如我们一起演戏吧，就演刚才你讲的《天鹅公主》的故事!”“好呀!”“那你要让我演天鹅公主!”“好的!”我们一拍既和。说着，我就开始找道具，一条我曾经跳芭蕾的纱裙，一顶我最喜欢的皇冠，对的，还要用到相机……我开始给妹妹化妆了，边化妆，边说剧情。这会儿，口红、眉笔、眼影全用上了，最后在扎好的小小冲天辫上带好一顶皇冠。天鹅公主闪亮登场!“开始!”我叫到。妹妹两只小手拉着裙摆，轻轻的转了一个圈，笑眯眯的说：“嗨!我是这次的主角，天鹅公主……”她表演的正投入，“咔!”我大声喊到，“不是叫你后面再演这一段嘛!”“哈哈哈，不好意思，姐姐，我忘词了，我们重新来吧!”于是，我再一次叫到：“开始!”……我和妹妹还会玩一些其它的游戏，但都是悄悄的进行，别让妈妈发现啦!

假期里的“午睡”游戏真好玩!

我是出生在六月份的双子座女孩。据说，双子星座的人喜爱变化，有双重性格，我就是一个内心充满矛盾的女孩。

有时我很认真。虽然我坐在教室的最后一排，但我总是认真听讲。上课时，我的眼睛不是看着黑板和老师，就是盯着书本，从不走神。听到重要的知识点时，我会把它们工工整整地记在课本上。即使周围有同学上课讲小话，我也不会被干扰。因此，同学们对我刮目相看，老师们对我更是赞不绝口。

有时我却很马虎。做数学题时，我经常粗心大意，还没有看清题目就匆匆忙忙地动笔。题目里要求把以下物体的重量从轻到重排列，我却把它们从重到轻排列。题目要计算一个商店五天卖出多少大米，我却看成了三天卖出多少大米。因为粗心，我没少被妈妈批评。

有时我很勤奋。在暑假里，我并没有放松学习，除了完成老师布置的作业，我每天坚持阅读课外书一个半小时，因为我知道知识就是力量;每天练习古筝至少一小时，希望在不久的将来能演奏出更美妙的乐曲。

有时我很却懒惰。在面对数学思考题的时候，如果我多想一想、写一写、画一画，是很有可能解答出这些题目的，可是我常常懒得思考，看到“思考题”三个字就轻易放弃，结果总是被难题打败。下学期我就要上四年级了，学习的内容会越来越难，我一定要勤于思考和总结，才能取得更大的进步。

有时我很大胆。从小我就喜欢在小区里的健身器上爬上爬下，也喜欢玩惊险刺激的游戏，那疯狂的样子一定让你惊讶不已。有一次，爸爸妈妈带我去上海迪士尼乐园玩，我们坐在一个“大手臂”形状的游乐设施上，被甩到了高空中。妈妈被吓得脸色苍白、魂飞魄散，我却一点儿都不害怕，反而觉得刺激过瘾、意犹未尽呢。

有时我很胆小。在学校里，老师和同学都认为我是个害羞的女生，因为我上课时很少举手发言，说话的声音也比较小。其实，我也很想在大家面前展示自己，可是，对于没有把握的问题，我总是要多想一想，还没等我想好，老师已经请别的同学回答了。归根到底，这就是我缺乏自信心的表现吧!

这就是矛盾的我，一个并不完美，却独一无二的我。

今天是中秋节。

一大早，我早早的起了床，妈妈带我到北海菜场去买菜，我愉快地答应了。菜场里非常拥挤，每个菜摊前都站满了买菜的人。菜场里的商品琳琅满目，有各种各样的素菜、家禽、水产和肉类食品，还有水果和月饼等等。我们除了买鸡鸭鱼肉和月饼，妈妈还买了一些莲藕、石榴、苹果……我好奇地问妈妈：“为什么要买这些东西啊?”妈妈笑着说：“这是因为中秋节晚上要用这些东西来敬月亮公公啊。”我似乎明白了妈妈的意思。我们把菜买完后就高兴地回了家。

终于等到了傍晚时分，妈妈先点上了蜡烛，我把敬月亮公公的敬品摆到盘子上，然后端到院子里的桌子上。妈妈就去烧饭了。我没事可做，就到客厅里看起电视来。不一会儿，我就闻到了饭菜的清香，那肯定是妈妈的手艺。这时，爸爸和爷爷奶奶都回来了，一桌饭菜也做好了。我看着红烧仔鸡、清炖排骨……垂涎欲滴，没等爷爷奶奶他们坐好，我终于还是忍不住狼吞虎咽地先吃了起来，一桌子人看着我这个“大胃王”都咯咯地笑了。吃完饭后，我们来到了院子里开始赏月，院子里洒满了银色的月光。“今天的月亮真圆、真亮啊!”我抬头看着天空中皎洁的月亮，自言自语地说。透过朦胧的的月光，我仿佛还看到了月宫中美丽的嫦娥仙子和洁白的小玉兔，她们正在高兴地玩耍呢!

今年的中秋节真开心啊!
