Junk foods are anything but nutritious. They taste wonderful on our mouth but have got more harmfulness within. As junk foods contain excess of cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, salt and more calories, they are liable to make children get fat, just like the two boys shown in the picture. Besides, junk foods may lead to some other medical problems in children. What’s worse, eating lots of junk food may make children get harder to choose healthy food over time. A new research shows thatchildren brought up on healthy diets are more intelligent compared with their junk food eating counterparts.

Therefore, some necessary actions must be taken to keep the junk food aways from children. First of all, an education program should be carried out among children so that they know junk food is harmful to their health. The government should encourage food manufactorturers to produce more healthy and nutritious food for children. What more important, parents should hold the responsibily to ensure that their children stay away from junk food.

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. 我是出生在六月份的双子座女孩。据说，双子星座的人喜爱变化，有双重性格，我就是一个内心充满矛盾的女孩。

Ordinary Is Beautiful

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on.

It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study

hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the persons can

become the great person, and most people are doing the ordinary jobs. In my

opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they are not doing the fine jobs,

they find their own place and make a contribution to the world. Take the cleaner

for example. They wake up early and do the cleaning work. People dare not to do

我们顺着表哥的脚印，到了树林深处，发现了好多熊脚印，紧接着，找到了一个巨大的树洞，它看上去，像极了动画片中熊大、熊二的房子。我们大着胆子走了进去，迎面果真走来一头熊，它突然跑来把我们抱了起来。这时，传来一阵哈哈哈的爽朗笑声，我们回头一看，原来是失踪已久的表哥，我们终于团聚了!表哥开心的和我们拥抱在了一起，眉飞色舞地分享着他和大熊之间发生的趣事。

当我们第一脚迈进庭院，就被眼前建筑的气势所震撼。古老的铁门见证着历史的悠久，现代元素和欧式的风格融合的建筑庄重大气，小花园还里有一架用酒瓶做出来的风铃。来参观的人不多，眼前所及之处也只有三五人，空旷的庭院显得静谧而悠远。

登上通往博物馆的台阶，推开博物馆的大门，就能闻到扑鼻的酒香。空荡荡的暖黄色大厅内，三面石刻雕塑墙环绕成一个圆圈，在纯白石刻上，张裕的创始人们五官深邃，伫立其中。我们起先不知该如何游览，向前看到了几个游人步入一个展厅，便匆匆跟了进去。

逛了一圈，一楼的展区已经逛遍，正想着是不是应该到二楼看看，就看见地上竖着一个牌子，上面写着“游览路线”，红色的箭头指向通往地下的旋转楼梯。

沿着楼梯走下，气温骤然下降，一阵酒香扑鼻而来。这是一个建造在地下十米深处的酒窖，几千只木制酒桶整齐地排列着，已经有些脱落的橡木皮宣告着它的历史。走过一段长廊，三个用红带子捆绑起来的巨型木桶赫然出现在眼前，旁边的牌子介绍这是三个“桶王”，是当时全世界最大的酒桶，容量有15000升。

从地窖出来上了二楼。这里是一些葡萄酒工艺品和器具的展览馆，我们在这儿看到了数不胜数的精美酒具，五彩斑斓，令人心生向往。尽管这里是不允许拍照的，但我们还是偷偷拍了几张，只为留下这里的美丽。
