When we go to school, we should ride a bike or take a bus. When we go out

自小体育文化就不太好的我和体育能够说成拥有很深的“情感”了。

还记得之前院校举办锻炼身体的话，教导主任让大伙儿响应号召，我始终是一脸的无可奈何。开锻炼身体的话的情况下，我一般全是立在一旁，也始终是呐喊助威的哪个。一边看见他人在运动场地上健步如飞，一边感慨怎么可以那么强大，随后再静静地愧疚一番。这类状况一直不断来到中学，那时当我明白中考要考体育文化的情况下心里真是感觉崩溃了。要了解我俯卧撑一个也做不起来，跳远也只有跳一米五几，慢跑也是比较慢的一个。但是能该怎么办，要想有一个优异成绩，还得过去了体育文化这关，只有咬着牙练呗。还记得那个时候大冬季的，教导主任借了几片软垫，随后班里的女孩五点半就起来，轮着着练俯卧撑。我最初练的情况下衣着厚实的衣服裤子在软垫上脸都憋红了，干了大半天就是一个也没做起来。多次的平均气温，的身上居然出了一层薄汗。可是不可以那么随便就灰心丧气了，第一次不行就然后第二次再不行就三次四次。就是这样咬紧牙练了几日，我终于能练十几个了，可是这还不够，中考的规范是四十多个，还差了一大截呢。每日女孩在寝室练完俯卧撑，随后班里在体育场结合训练跳远。我尽了全身上下的力也只有跳个一米五，看一下他人一迈就能跳好远，内心又气又急。发了了狠地每日练，一天天也是有一点发展，一点点合格。练完跳远便是一百米100米跑了，我归属于那类体力型的，便是慢跑还能够，可是比速率一百米冲刺就不行了。每一次最后的冲刺完都觉得喘不过气来，上气不接下气，心跳砰砰砰，觉得要蹦出来了。从冬季练来到夏季，从衣着棉衣升到穿半袖练，我终于各类都合格了，而检测也按期来临。检测那一天还是有点儿焦虑不安的，调节了吸气我也信心渐渐地的来到。检测考试成绩出来，尽管没有做到最高分，跳远和100米跑个扣了一分，可是这一结果我还是挺令人满意的。终究我刚开始体育文化那麼差，能取得这一考试成绩我也没有什么埋怨了，终究我努力了勤奋也看到了考试成绩，人嘛要明白满足。

我和体育中间的小故事就讲到这儿了，这一段生活尽管苦了点，可是我获得了许多。取得了考试成绩，因为我因而喜爱到了体育文化，体质也变好啦。

“同学们，睁大你们的眼睛看清楚了!”教官一个半蹲，便开始把手中那张被子进行了神速而又精湛的“雕琢”，“再来一次，看好了!”竹席犹如盘子，上面便是那方方正正的被子“豆腐块”，一阵雷鸣般的掌声响起，有的惊讶，有的赞叹。“从今天开始，这就是你们叠被的标准。”话音刚落，同学们却以鸦雀无声回应了教官。有人害怕，双手交织在一起;有的讨厌，用不情愿的眼光看向那“豆腐块”;还有的紧张，面对似乎十分艰巨的任务的紧张而流汗……一句“标准”便改变了同学们。

当家长上到宿舍来接孩子时，更让她们惊喜的是，无论哪一张床，都是收拾的整整齐齐，一块块犹如“豆腐块”的被子叠放在床上。不论哪一个人，她都做到了，教官最后一次的检查，每个人都被打上了大红勾。

嘘，你听，雨的低诉，轻抚云的罗裳，是谁，让雨变得这么忧伤?“红楼隔雨相望冷，珠箔飘灯独自归”。是那只身在外、距家遥远的游子，还是那思念着游子、担心着游子的慈母?或许，都是吧!

一声叹息，融入细雨，独自望着淅淅沥沥的雨，心里记挂着一个人，她还好吗?那边也下了这么美的雨?她也和我一样，看着这细雨，想念着彼此?唉，又是一声叹息。融入叹息的雨，怎会不忧伤?

于是，执笔写封家书，让家人不再牵挂，自己一切安好。可自己不也是万分想念着家人吗?最终，还是放下了笔，将已写好的家书，扔在雨中，看细雨渐渐穿透它……

“自在飞花轻似梦，无边丝雨细如愁。”不知这忧伤的细雨中，饱含了多少叹息。细细的雨，浓浓的情，淡淡的哀愁……

天空飘落下来的细丝，在明月的照耀下，像无数的小星星从天而降，冰冰的纤手在屋顶拂弄着无数的黑键、灰键，把白天奏成了黑夜。

鲜花，在雨的怀抱中长大;小草，接受它深情的拥抱;大树，拉着她的手走过四季。

雨，越来越小了……

它不紧不慢地飘落，洗涤世间万物，牵起世人的情……

今年，狡猾可恶的新型冠状病毒严重扰乱了我们的生活，全国上下都推迟了开学的时间。于是，我在这段时间里完成了抗击疫情系列绘画作品，为在疫情中无私奉献，为我们的健康与安全保驾护航的人们加油!

宣传小报的左上角写有“祈祷”二字，我在心里默默地祝福病毒能早日被消灭，医生、病人能尽快平安归来。

作为一名少先队员，我想致敬无数奋战在一线的“勇士”：感谢最可爱的医护人员，工作时，你们戴着防护帽，脸上被勒出了一道道深深的伤痕，身上还穿着厚厚的医用防护服，背上的衣服早已被汗水浸湿，克服了种种困难，不辞劳苦地抢救病人，消灭“怪兽”;感谢最美的社区志愿者，你们每天辛劳地坚守在小区大门前，每当进出一个人，就耐心地给他测量体温，询问身体状况，办通行卡等，常常忙得不可开交;感谢最善良的建筑工人，当别人早已入睡，而你们还在加班加点，日夜工作，在武汉“变”出了两座集中收治新冠肺炎患者的专用医院，这仅仅只用了十天的时间，真是奇迹呀!

为了丰富在家里度过的每一天，我还制作了一日计划表，把每天的生活都安排得井井有条。学习、运动、了解疫情最新动态等一样都不误。

希望这次疫情赶快结束，我能早日重返校园，看到亲爱的老师和伙伴们!让我们一起为武汉加油，中国必胜!

舍和得的关系，就如因和果，因果是相关的，舍与得也是互动的。能够舍的人，一定是拥有宽大的心胸，如果他的内心没有感恩、结缘的性格，他怎么肯舍给他人，怎么能让他人有所得呢?

从小的我就是不懂得舍小得大，以舍为得的道理，从中失去了更宝贵的东西，也让舍成为了我的负担。也许放弃当时是痛苦的，是无耐的，但是后来回忆起，肯定是十分自豪、开心。开心自己会选择舍。

快乐十分简单，只要心怀善念，懂得舍得，人生学会放下，就可以收获快乐，。人生不能强求，是你的终究是你的，不是你的终究不是你的，但有些事不得不求，我就是一个例子，我总是占别人的小便宜，却不知道这样会失去最宝贵的财富----道德。从此以后我只会乐于助人，放下手上拥有的‘‘东西’’，然而，如果你能够领悟‘‘放下’’的道理，你将会有一种十分轻松的感觉。因为只有懂得放下，才能掌握当下。

人，正因为不懂得舍弃才会有许多痛苦。当自己有了舍弃的智慧时，就会豁然开朗，生命会马上展现出另外一个截然不同的景致。

舍得舍得，以舍为得!如果我们不能了然这其中的因果关系，就不容易明白以舍为得的妙用。在田地里，没有播种(舍)，哪有收成(得)?对于亲朋好友，你不先跟他们往来，平时没有送礼致意，又怎么能获得他们的回礼相赠呢?

舍得只是个简单的因果问题，实践起来却很难，把自己最喜欢的东西就这样捧手让人，一个人要是从小就懂的`舍得的真义，她的一辈子就会过的快快乐乐。

舍弃名利心是一种心态、一种精神、更是一种品格、一种境界。这样才能赢得伟大与崇高。因此，舍弃名利心的束缚是一种智慧，也是一种幸运。只有这样，我们才会收获一份轻松，一份快乐。

总之，以舍为得，妙用无穷。吾人要能学习“舍”的性格，金钱物质、知识技能，将其舍给别人，你必然会得到金钱物质、知识技能。舍给别人好的，会得到好的。舍去性格坏的，也会得到好的。当我们把烦恼、悲伤、妄想都舍了，自然就会得到人生另外的一番新境界。

beijing, the capital of china, is one of the largest cities in the world. there are many places of interest, such as the summer palace, the forbidden city and the great wall. all of them are beautiful and well-known to the world. great changes have taken place in beijing since we successfully held the 2008 0lympic games.

now, people pay more attention to the environment. more trees and flowers have been planted. for the traffic, it is very convenient for people to travel around beijing, because several new subway lines have been built. if you come to beijing, you will find people here are very friendly and helpful. whats more, a lot of people can speak english. beijing is really an attractive city with a long history.
