该我上场了，我顶着出生牛犊不怕虎的精神，想想这几个星期都和爸爸在认真练球，水平应该有了很大进步才是。李诗雅已经连赢两局，现在开始有些骄傲了，分心有些小动作，正是我可以发挥的时候了。我卯足了劲，稳住脚底，依靠手方向的顺势力量，打了一个漂亮的下旋球过去，李诗雅瞬间惊呆了，根本无计可施，只能看着球从面前滑落。依靠新学习的技巧，李诗雅慢慢对我警惕起来，额头上冒出了豆大的汗珠，可她最终还是无法突破我的攻势，败下阵来，我最终成为赢家。

乒乓球不仅让我感受到成功的喜悦，也让我明白一分耕耘一分收获，只有努力刻苦的练习才能取得进步。就像我喜欢的乒乓球运动员张怡宁一样，坚持到底不放弃，一切皆有可能。乒乓球运动，可以打出成绩，打出友谊，打出了我们积极的生活态度。我会一如既往地喜欢乒乓球。

一天老师对我们说：“学校要举办一次冬季趣味运动会，到时请同学们拥跃报名参加”。没过几天，老师就来选参加运动会的人员了，我最想参加投篮了，平时我投篮很准，非常想参加。只见老师点着名字“张林、喻小铭．．．．．．，但偏偏就是没有我的名字，真是气死我了。

中午，我眼巴巴的望着别人排练投篮，但看到他们投得很准，我心里也开始高兴起来。我不会灰心，下次一定能被选上的。

几个星期后，运动会开始了，我们班的运动员也训练得差不多了，正准备比赛呢！第一局是“颗粒归仓”，比赛规则就是把黄豆从一个碗里夹到另一个碗里，时间到后谁的碗里豆子多谁就算赢，比赛开始了，我们的队员动作敏捷，配合默契，很快就夹了四颗豆子，别的班也不甘示弱，他们的豆子竟然比我们多。真倒霉，我们输了。

接下来就是我最喜欢看的投篮比赛，我非常激动，我们队的投篮可行了，首先我们就投中了六个。别的队都没有我们投得多，现在又该我们队投了，只见张林大显身手，投了十个。这下别的队再也追不上我们了。

最终我们投篮比赛得了第一名。

By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. 我最喜欢的课程是历史因为历史故事很有趣。当我还是个小孩的时候，我爷爷经常告诉我历史中的大事件。初中的时候我们开设了历史课。我有些同学认为历史没有意思，而且又很多东西要记，这对于他们来说很困难。但是我对此有不同的看法。如果你对它感兴趣就会觉得它容易得多。我最喜欢的是中国古代历史。我们国家历史悠久因此有很多有趣的故事。此外，我的历史老师很有趣而且学识渊博。他总是能够使课堂生动有趣，我很喜欢上他的课。

人们常说：“只要功夫深，铁杆磨成针。”意思是在说：只要肯下功夫，不论干什么，都可以成功。的确，这句话在我身上得到了证实，并且使我爱上了一种体育运动-羽毛球。

成绩一直平平的我，自然一直对体育运动不敢兴趣。但是突然有一天，我在电视中看到几位大姐姐在打羽毛球，觉得很有趣，便请爸爸妈妈做我的‘教练’教我打羽毛球。

人们经常说：“万事开头难”也许和我本身体育就不优秀有关吧，我竟然学习了好久，球也发不过网子。

“不玩了，不玩了!这个太难，累死我了!”

“怎么?放弃了?那就回家吧!”

听到这里，我反而不乐意了。放弃?我可不是轻易放弃的人!我不论怎么样，也要学会。我一定可以的!一定可以!

真是功夫不负有心人呀!经过我不断的努力和进步，我不但学会了发球，还学会了打球、接球……今天的我，终于可以骄傲的说：“我学会羽毛球了，我喜欢羽毛球!”
