最令人兴奋的时候到了，教练把我们分成两队来足球比赛。先是我们先发球，我把球传给队友，队友带球向前冲。突然，一个人跑了过来，来了一个凶狠的倒地铲球，把球抢走了。我冲了上去，学着他又把球抢了过来。虽然有人想把我的球抢走，但是被我灵活的闪开了，将球推进到对方的球门前。抓住了极好的机会，晃过面前的一个防守员，抬起右脚，一踢，球在空中飞出一道优美的弧线，准确飞进了对方的球门。“球进了!”队友们响起了热烈欢呼声。就这样，你来我往，你争我夺，比赛进行得既紧张又激烈，直到下课。

这就是我最喜欢的运动——足球。我喜欢它，因为它不仅是能让我强身健体，还可以丰富我的课余生活，为我带来无穷的欢乐。

不知大家知不知道，我有一个非常突出的特点：那就是爱好运动，我最喜欢的项目就是跑步。

我还记得一年级运动会选跑步运动员的时候，那时我信心十足地来到操场，发现我要和三个班上跑步很快的人比。成绩出来了，我得了第二名。可是公布参选名单时，我却楞住了，因为名单中并没有我。我的心里不仅装着疑惑，还装着失望、伤心和愤怒。于是我下定决心，下一次运动会我一定要入选。

从那以后，我只要一写完作业，就会到院子里一圈一圈地跑步。有一次，天气很热，太阳火辣辣地烤着地面，我满身大汗，头发都被太阳烤得热热的。我想放弃明天再跑，可是我又突然想起他们三个被选上时的那种高兴的表情，心想：“不，我不能放弃，我一定要超过他们。”于是我又继续跑了起来。

三年级选跑步选手的日子总算来了。我胸有成竹地来到操场上，这次还是那三个人和我比。哨声一响，我们像箭一样地冲了出去。这次我把蔡文涛甩在了后面，虽然我这次没能超过赵梓锐，但终究还是入选了。

这时我想起了一句古话：“一分耕耘，一分收获"。我的这次成绩是用汗水换来的。

My favourite cartoon movie is Kung Fu Panda.

Kung Fu Panda is the lastest project from Dreamworks. It’s a CG-animated comedy about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda named Po Po (Voiced by Jack Black), who must somehow become a Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. 每个人都有自己的兴趣，而我的兴趣就是人人都喜爱的运动，我最常做的运动有跑步、骑脚踏车、打篮球、游泳等有趣的运动，是个健康的小孩。

我最厉害的运动是跑步，当我在跑步时，我都会想像后面有一只老虎在追着我，再不跑就要被吃掉了，所以我每次在上体育课时，我都是女生里跑最快的，像个音速小子。我从小就很喜欢跑步，时常跌倒，只要我把裤管拉起来，大家都会看到我的腿上有着一个一个伤口，很好笑吧!

而我最喜欢的运动是游泳，每次我到游泳池，都会迫不期待地跳下水，在水面上游过来又游过去，接着浅到水底下玩，直到我快没有气时，才会从水里探出头来，我还会自由式、仰式、蛙式和蝶式等游泳方式，所以爸爸都笑我是小小游泳健将呢!

运动不只让我的身体健康，还让我享受到许多乐趣，我一定要养成天天运动的好习惯，也许长大后还会成为一位运动高手喔!

运动在我们生活中占了重要的部分。因此，我们应该常运动以帮助我们拥有健康的体魄及灵敏的头脑。
