在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

到了公园后，我们分成了三个捕虫小组，每个人手中都拿着一个捕虫网，然后就分头开始行动了，很快我就在一簇草地中发现了一只飞来飞去的蝴蝶，我喊着同学赶快过去了，但是蝴蝶就飞了起来，我们三个人都拿着网开始捕捉蝴蝶，甚至我们几个差点碰在了一起，还好最后我还是捉到了它。

接着我们又继续寻找，有个女生这时大声的呼喊着让我们过去，原来她在树下发现了一只不会飞的知了，她又不敢动手去拿，只好让我们男生过去，我们到了地方后，用一个袋子把它装进了一个瓶子里。

经过一天的劳动，我们收获颇丰，我们捕捉到了各种各样的昆虫，我们脸上都挂着笑容，接下来我们就要做昆虫标本了，这又将是一个很困难的任务，但是我们有信心做好。

这个暑假令我印象最深刻的是我学会了游泳。学游泳之前，我看到游泳馆的时候，我的心里害怕了起来，顿时感觉游泳真的好难啊!可是，我还是决定把这个本领学会，我一定会努力的!

果然，在我的努力练习之下，我的游泳技术研究“更上一层楼”了。学游泳的时候，我感觉我快崩溃了，一节课的时间，我被人踢到了至少10次，至少喝了5口水。但是，“梅花香自苦寒来”，我也要像梅花一样勇敢地走出天寒地冻的冬天。

“皇天不负有心人”，我学会了蛙泳，在水里像青蛙一样游来游去。老师说可以教我自由泳了，我高兴得手舞足蹈，并跟老师认真地学了起来。

第一节课，老师教我打腿。好酸啊，这比蛙泳要累多了，所以，我更加要努力了，每天晚上，我都在床上认真地练习打腿，没过多久，打腿的时候，我的腿不酸了。哇，我发现我正在飞快前进，我学会打腿了!

Holiday nearly comes to the ead now. I am very happy because I have already
