带着这个疑问，我见到了妈妈从海外归来的朋友。我心想，出过国门的人一定是见多识广的，说不定可以问问他呢!

他请我们去吃饭，席间，竟聊到了这令人新奇的“怪物雨”。

事情是这样的，一个平凡的早晨，他所在的城市里一切都照常进行着。忽然，晴空万里的天空中出现了黑压压的一大片。大家以为大雨又要光临了，谁知那玩意儿越来越近，越来越近，只听哗啦啦一片乱响，一大堆青蛙呀、鱼呀、青菜什么的从天而降。一时间，城里乱了套，大街上全是一大堆乱七八糟的东西。有些生命力顽强的青蛙甚至跳起来四处乱蹦。大街小巷上都堆满了鱼啊、青蛙什么的尸体。散发着那令人作呕的恶臭。还有些人被这杂七杂八的“怪物们”给埋了起来!真是触目惊心!

听后，我疑惑了很久，总觉得他的描述太离谱，怎么说都有点儿夸张。再说了，天上既没有农田，也没有池塘，哪儿来那么多的鱼啊、青蛙啊、青菜啊什么的。

回到家，我不得不请教了《百科全书》这位老师，好不容易才找到了有关“怪物雨”的那一篇。

原来，造成这一切的罪魁祸首，是令人闻风丧胆的龙卷风。

当龙卷风侵袭了一个地方时，它会卷走很多东西，当然也包括一些小动物和家禽。这些被卷走的东西呢，就会被龙卷风形成的气流带走。一旦气流累了，不想再带他们旅行了，它就会不顾乘客的意见，把它们抛到陆地上，形成“怪物雨”。

看完以后，我长吁了一口气。还好，还好，要是“怪物雨”到我们这来可就惨了。不过，还是很想身临其境，见证一下这令人诧异的一幕。

今天是军训的第三天，也是最后一天，大家都情绪激昂，训练时展现处了非凡之气势，令人震撼。

因为是最后的一天，又有汇报演出，大家纷纷摆出了豁出去的架势，十分认真。

上午的时光转瞬即逝，午休总是那么漫长，焦急而紧张的气氛感染了所有的人，虽然外班的人来势汹汹，但我们也毫不逊色。我们的演出受到了一致好评，理所当然拿了首奖，教官也乐开了花……

圆满的结束不出乎人们的意料。今天，我很高兴。在这三天内的军训里，我懂了很多，不再是那个什么都置身于世外的女孩。作为一名中学生，我感到自豪，我为自己的坚持而高兴，为自己的努力喝彩，我懂得收获是用自己的努力的汗水和辛勤的劳动换来的。

身处于21世纪这个竞争激烈的社会的我们，仅有渊博的知识是远远不够的，我们还应该俱备各种生存技能和肯吃苦，不怕脏，不怕累的习惯，我们要学会创新，学会劳动，学会吃苦，学会奉献，学会团结……

夜夜，我幻想着将来的成功而兴奋得不得了，可现在那只是一个遥不可及的梦，让我望尘莫及，我要好好学习，天天向上，追寻我那个遥远而并不陌生的梦……

晚上，我想去……却发现我想穿的那件衣服不见踪影。衣柜?没有。床上?没有。阳台?还是没有。莫非……?我走过去，还真的!衣服还在洗衣机里呢!天啊!都到晚上了，还……还没晾!

最吸引我的赛事，当然是跳高了!因为我朋友洪晔要在这儿比赛。瞧，跳高选手们不顾烈日当空，如离弦的箭一般向目标冲去，奋力一跃，手一挥，便越过了杆。但有些运动员却让人胆战心惊，有的身体虽然越过了杆，但手一不留神就碰到了杆。只见那杆如同一个调皮的娃娃，在空中翻了个跟头，眼看就要掉到地上，可它又“跳”到了原来的地方，真叫人紧张;有的运气可没这么好啦!它如一只失去翅膀的鸟儿。一下子就跳到了沙地妈妈的“怀抱”;有的就在要掉下去的时候，突然不打算跳下去了。当别人心里悬着的时候，它又“砰——”的一下子掉了下去。

终于轮到洪晔了!只见他倏地跑向了目标，身轻如燕地一跃，便跃过了杆子，令人大卫惊讶!接着，裁判把高度不断增加，一些选手就被淘汰了。而只有洪晖和另外一个叫林奕汀的人奋战到底，一次次挑战，一次次突破!最后，林奕汀以身高优势战胜了洪晔。洪晔虽然拿了银牌，但他已发挥超常，笑声在操场上久久回荡……

运动员们真是好样的!运动会的拼搏精神也会一直激励着我。

I used to think Beijing must be a grand and special city, given that it was the capital of China, and lots of events I have heard took place there. But soon after I got off the plane, I knew all was but my illusion. If I had to use one wordto describe it, nothing but “grey” will fulfil the task. As far as your eyes could see, all was covered in dust and haunted by air pollution.

Though it was the first time I had been to the North part of China, I was still surprised by the sharp contrast between the South and North. It wasnt hearsay.
