我们一行五人，来自西高的4个班级，又来自西农的5个院系，在西农学子访校这个机会中，我们一起拜访了我们的高中老师，给他们送去我们的小小心意，感恩与祝福;向他们分享我们在大学的成长;倾听他们的现况……很多老师都为我们的归来感到惊喜，虽然有些老师我们并没有见到，但是我们也托其他老师为他们带去我们的祝福。在拜访老师中，我们发现不少老师都新增了些许白发，还有许多老师仍旧坚守高三阵地……回忆起在这个校园里我们之间的点点滴滴，我们都意识到，高中三年成就我们奔向更广阔天地的老师，却都在短短半年间变得苍老。默默付出，毫无怨言的他们的确是值得我们尊敬和感恩的亲人，与他们保持联系，每年都回母校看看，取得自己所在领域的发展与突破，将是我们回报他们最好的方式。

站军姿真难

军姿可是军训中一个必不可少的内容，要求站直 ，站好，站稳，看起来简单，容易，心里便沾沾自喜地想:不就是站好嘛，太简单啦!

可谁知道，不仅要站直，还要做到头抬高、手贴紧、两肩后张

、身体微前倾等动作，顿时傻眼了。不一会儿就感到酸胀和累这时才知道站军姿的痛苦了，一放松就会有教官的“小奖励’，真的有种进退两难的尴尬!

声音超洪亮

不得不说，教官还有个“耳背”的毛病，声音要是低于12分贝，教官便会问：“说什么，听不见，大声点?”因为国防苑地处四面环山，教官便要求我们能听到回声才算合格。所以我们常常说一个字要叫得脸红脖子粗，老半天恢复不了嗓子!

再说没饭吃

我以前在家懒散惯了，吃饭想吃就吃，说话也没人干涉，可是现在，连吃饭也要被教官管着，一切都要服从命令，听从指挥。只有听着教官的口令行动，如果叽叽喳喳的，有时还会饿肚子呢!当教官说“坐下!”便坐下，不得有其他小动作，一切行动听指挥，哎呀，看，那桌慢了，唉，又要重新开始了。有时反复几次，当开饭时哪有力气说话呀!

我们更默契

“1-2-1,1-2-1,123-4,1234.”随着响亮有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，没发出一丁点杂音，耳边都是整齐有力的脚步声，很稳健!这时我便开心地笑了，我们从杂乱无章，有气无力的脚步，变成了统一一致，整齐有力的步伐，我们进步了!

这次军训，我们付出了艰辛、汗水和泪水，收获了团结、自信与自立，因为在我们心中，教官的一句话深深地在我耳边回荡：我们要做到N O.1!

那边邵光绪从旁边捡起一个毽子，只见他用力的一踢，那个毽子居然落到他的后面，看到如此景象，同学们又是一阵大笑。

校园里同学们的笑声永远也不能停止，校园里多彩的生活让我感到无比的快乐，让我无法忘记。

时间似流水，比赛结束了，在整场比赛中，我们是从笑声中度过的。最后以1∶0的成绩小胜他们班。从这场比赛中，我发现做任何事情都要乐观，没有竞争，也就没有了希望。

足球伴随了我四年的时间，我爱足球，是足球给了我成功、给了我希望。

谈完了娱乐，也该谈谈学习了。在初中，我的学习成绩极差，班里倒数第六，年级也是后五十名的。在二模考试后，我根本无法接受自己的.成绩，总共是308分。我没脸见老师同学，更没脸见我的父母，我做在椅子上，看着一张张不及格的卷子，眼泪顺着眼角流了下来，我对自己已经没有了希望。当时，已经是晚上五点了，教室里只有我一个人，陪伴我的也就是这几把桌椅和这几盏日光灯。这时，班主任老师看见了我，把我叫到办公室，我拭干了眼泪，准备听训。令我出乎意料的是，老师并没有训我，而是给我讲了许多人生道理，其中，她说了一句使我至今难忘的话：“锲而舍之，朽木不折;锲而不舍，金石可镂。相信自己，永不言弃。”这句话我铭记在心，好像鼓舞了我似的，我一直把它带到了中考。终于，我以443分的成绩考进了__附中，经过不断努力找，现在，我以优异的成绩排到了班级前十名。

十月一日是一年一度的国庆节,是祖国母亲的生日。祖国母亲今年**周岁了，因此全国都洋溢着喜庆的气氛 。

这次国庆虽然没有到外面游山玩水，但是去外婆家也饱了我的眼福呀!

明天就是外婆65岁的生日了，我想做一张贺卡送给她。

我先找出一张大红色的硬卡纸，把它剪成长方形再对折。然后在别的纸上剪了两个字：“长寿”。接着找来四根长纸条对折后再对折。准备好这些后，我先把“长寿”固定在纸条上，然后把它们粘在硬卡纸上。就这样，两个立体的“长寿”字就被我贴在了贺卡上。

翻开贺卡，我在贺卡的左半面画了一只高傲的鸡，之所以我要画鸡，是因为外婆属鸡。在图画的下面，我写上了一行字“外婆：祝你生日快乐!身体健康!万事大吉!”

我想，如果外婆看到了这份礼物，一定会喜欢的。

仙山谷的水清澈见底，仙山谷的山绵延几里，仙山谷果真名不虚传，是仙人的故居啊!暑假的一天，天气晴朗，阳光明媚，微风习习，我和父母、姑姑、表妹一起前往仙山谷漂流。

两个多小时后，我们的车终于停进了仙山谷的室外停车场。看着周围，我的心里充满了对于未知的漂流的兴奋与期待。

做好准备工作之后，我们乘坐中巴来到了仙山谷漂流的起点。

我和妈妈一组，姑姑和表妹一组，没办法，爸爸只能一个人一组喽!我们小心翼翼地上了皮艇，划向第一个平台。

凉爽的清水不时泼在我的身上，恰到好处地中和了夏天的烈日所带来的烦躁与酷热，我的心情顿时平静下来，少了不安，多了祥和。我静静地靠在皮艇上，享受着这安宁的、舒适的午后。

这时，我感觉到一股水喷在我的脸上，我猛然起身，原来是表妹。瞧，她还在用水枪吸水呢!我“勃然大怒”，拿起水枪，对着表妹就是一击。表妹见自己被发现了，“下令”让“船夫”姑姑驾船逃跑，我也一边让妈妈奋起直追，一边继续向表妹喷

水。她见逃不掉，只得让姑姑停下，和她一起“奋勇反抗”。正当我们打得难分上下时，船不知不觉飘到了危险地段，我们只得“收兵回家”。

漂啊漂，划啊划，打啊打，我经过了一个又一个的危险地段，打了一场又一场的胜仗，“哈哈!我已经是久经沙场的将军了!”

不过，很快我有困难了，我们的皮艇卡在了浪口!水疯狂地涌进皮艇之中，一支水枪漂走了!我的心里害怕极了，手足无措，从妈妈的表情中，我知道，妈妈也很害怕，但她一直安慰我，并冷静地摘下安全帽舀水，我平复下心情，和她一样舀水，终于，艇里的水所剩无几，妈妈拿桨一撑，艇又继续顺流而下。

从这次游玩中，我明白：遇到困难别慌张，冷静思考，总能脱离困境。
