声音超洪亮

不得不说，教官还有个“耳背”的毛病，声音要是低于12分贝，教官便会问：“说什么，听不见，大声点?”因为国防苑地处四面环山，教官便要求我们能听到回声才算合格。所以我们常常说一个字要叫得脸红脖子粗，老半天恢复不了嗓子!

再说没饭吃

我以前在家懒散惯了，吃饭想吃就吃，说话也没人干涉，可是现在，连吃饭也要被教官管着，一切都要服从命令，听从指挥。只有听着教官的口令行动，如果叽叽喳喳的，有时还会饿肚子呢!当教官说“坐下!”便坐下，不得有其他小动作，一切行动听指挥，哎呀，看，那桌慢了，唉，又要重新开始了。有时反复几次，当开饭时哪有力气说话呀!

我们更默契

“1-2-1,1-2-1,123-4,1234.”随着响亮有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，没发出一丁点杂音，耳边都是整齐有力的脚步声，很稳健!这时我便开心地笑了，我们从杂乱无章，有气无力的脚步，变成了统一一致，整齐有力的步伐，我们进步了!

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside

There is no doubt that traffic congestion becomes a growing worry for the

residents of most urban areas. Some major roads are regularly choked with

traffic in rush hours. The limited transport capacity contributes largely to the

vexing problem. How to solve the headache?

The existing solutions to traffic jam mainly aim at creating metro bus

systems and broadening major roads. Widening the existing roads can solve

traffic snarls on some level. Soaring car ownership compounds the chronic

眼间，我们的军训已结束，虽然，只有短短的七天，但却给我留下了许多珍贵的回忆。

军训的第一天，我见到了我的教官，他们不时喊着响亮的口号，矫健的步伐在地面上划出整齐划一的踏步声。还没看到他们的脸，就已经听到声音了，真像小说里讲的，只闻其声，不见其人。

除了和蔼可亲的教官外，当然，还少不了同学们。那天我们一见面，就聊开了。特别蔡敏慧，她是一个开朗的女孩，开心的时候就会不顾形象的笑个不停，但是很可爱。还有邱丹，她是我在班上认识的第一个人，性格到沉静些。知后便是莫瑛琦，初次见面时，就看到她和蔡敏慧一起笑个不停，用她们的话来说，那就是两个疯子!最后，是可欣，她跟我一样，都留刘海，且我们的兴趣竟不谋而合，所以我们聊得来。

在艰苦的军训中，就是这群人给我带来了无尽的欢乐，与幸福。

记得在军训结束的前两天，要举行总结大会。而我的帽子这时候开丢了，这帽子很重要，操练时全班都得戴，要是不戴，我怕会影响成绩，所以我急得像热锅的蚂蚁，团团转。同学们一听就围了上来，纷纷给我出谋划策。“学校的帽子不见了，可以拿家里颜色差不多得去顶一下啊。”“我知道，有个地方好像有这种帽子卖，你可以去买一顶……”同学们众说纷纭，那心意我一幕幕的都看在眼里，虽然才刚相处那么短短的几天，但军训的团结精神却早已把我们牢牢的绑在了一起!
