"五月五，是端阳。门插艾，香满堂。吃粽子，洒白酒。龙船下水喜洋洋。"大家一听到这首童谣，一定会想到端午节。今天，我就来讲一下端午节吧!

端午，又称为端阳节、重午节、天中节、夏节、五月节、菖节等。但是，要说大家最熟悉的，还是端午节这个名字呢!有的人甚至听都没听说过这些别称。

要说能代表端午节的，当然无过于吃粽子了。端午节这天，大家有的自己做，有的上街买，在端午节，几乎没人不吃粽子。当然了，作为吃货，我怎能不吃呢?每到端午节，我们家还举行吃粽子比赛!买上两袋粽子，下令开吃，我们就一起狼吞虎咽，但是最后获胜的往往不是我。

我还听过一个关于粽子来历的故事：在古代，有一个人叫屈原，他向皇帝提了利国利民的建议，但是那昏庸的皇帝并没有采纳，他很愤，就投河自尽了。人们为了纪念他，做了一个透明棺材，放进了水池里。为了能给屈原贡一些贡品，就把用糯米做的竹筒粽子一一扔进水池里。过了几天，人们才发现水池里有鱼，那些粽子都被鱼吃掉了。人们很生气。这时，有一个人叫道：“大家伙，鱼最怕菱角，可以用干净的草叶去包糯米，做成菱角的!”以后，人们将包好的粽子扔进水池，鱼一看到糯米粽子，以为是菱角，就不敢吃了。久而久之，人们就把它叫成“粽子”了。

再来讲一讲赛龙舟的来历吧!当时，人们因为舍不得屈原死去，就都乘着小船，来打捞屈原。他们争先恐后，但是当追到洞庭湖时，却不见了踪影。此后，每年的农历五月初五，人们都会举行划龙舟庆祝。借划龙舟驱散江中之鱼，以免鱼吃掉屈原的尸体。这个风俗，吴国、越国等等都最先采纳。清乾隆二十九年台湾开始有龙舟竞渡，当时，台湾知府蒋元君也曾经主持过友谊赛呢!一直到现在，台湾也仍旧在保持着每年五月初五赛龙舟的端午节习俗。

此外，端午节还有挂艾叶的习惯：在端午节，家家门前都会有许多艾叶放在门口，有些心灵手巧的人，还会做荷包哩!将一块布剪出各种各样的形状，在里面塞满艾叶，小朋友们最喜欢佩戴了!据说，佩戴荷包还可以僻邪驱瘴呢!。用菖蒲作剑，插在门楣里，还有驱魔祛鬼的神奇效果呢!

端午节的习俗可真多呀!

1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

总之，制定高三英语一轮复习计划一定要根据自己的学习情况根据自身的条件，抓住每一个时间点和时机，规划好自己的进度，全力做好一轮复习工作，让自己的基础知识地基打的牢固一点。一轮复习时间最长，是高考复习和高考能否取得高分的关键。所以同学们一定要高度重视一轮复习的重要性，一定要制定好高考一轮复习计划。

过端午节，是中国人二千多年来的传统习惯，由于地域广大，民族众多，部分蒙古、回、藏、苗、彝、壮、布依、朝鲜、侗、瑶、白、土家、哈尼、畲、拉祜、水、纳西族、达斡尔、仫佬、羌、仡佬、锡伯族、普米、鄂温克、裕固、鄂伦春等少数民族也过此节，加上许多故事传说，于是不仅产生了众多相异的节名，而且各地也有着不尽相同的习俗。其内容主要有：女儿回娘家，挂钟馗像，迎鬼船、躲午，帖午叶符，悬挂菖蒲、艾草，游百病，佩香囊，备牲醴，赛龙舟，比武，击球，荡秋千，给小孩涂雄黄，饮用雄黄酒、菖蒲酒，吃五毒饼、咸蛋、粽子和时令鲜果等，除了有迷信色彩的活动渐已消失外，其余至今流传中国各地及邻近诸国。有些活动，如赛龙舟等，已得到新的发展，突破了时间、地域界线，成为了国际性的体育赛事。
