Nature, the environment which human beings live by, is magnificent and unique. There si only one earth with super living conditions in the universe. We should have cherished nature and preserved it. Conversely, however, we have been continually spoiling it, even to a shocking degree. Now lets see what we have dong.

Thousands of trees have been cut down per year, which has caused soil erosion. Hundreds of thousands of tons of CFCS have been left in the higher sky in the last decade which has led to the ozone layer leak above the South Pole that covers an area of that of the United States. Million tons of fuel containing nitrogen and sulphur have been consumed per year, which has eventually resulted in acid rain throughout the world.

Similarly, ecology has been affected as well. And considerable number of species have been extinct as the years go by many creatures which were common in the past are becoming less and less, even rare. The Tibet antelope, for instance, is a good example. Since the antelopes of Tibet have a part of fur on their body which can be made into a precious cape, driven by some lawless dealers many villagers killed antelopes excessively and shocking for the large suns of fortune. Because of this, the number of the antelopes of Tibet has sharply fallen from over one million to less than one hundred thousand. And whats more, the number has now decreased by 20 thousand per year. Qing Zang Platean, which was their homeland, is their tombs now.

This is how nature has suffered what we have done to it. However, nature and suffer any more. She lost her temper and could no longer possibly put up with humans. She gave humans harsh punishment, which she thought they deserved. The acid rain has caused the less of more than 100 billion dollars throughout the world per year. And because of desertification , soil is becoming more and more barren. The soil of many planes is now until for growing plants. Why cant we live harmoniously with nature?

Therefore, before we take immediate measures to do something, we should be aware of the fact that "Conquering the nature" will never be our goal, instead, we should take the nature as our intimate friend. Preserving nature is not only preserving our home, but the civilization of human community as well.

20____年又是龙年春节，在20____年12月的时候，我们搬进了新房子，从腊月24那天开始，我们就在新房子里忙碌着过年的事情。先是采购过年物资，虽然买新房花了不少的钱，但是过年了，也要像过年的样子，准备一些必须物品，什么糠果、饼干、水果、饮食，饮料，以及肉食之类的东西。

如今过年，大年三十那天，有好多家庭都是把年饭包到饭店和酒店消费，这样并不好，把热气腾腾的家庭欢乐都送给了酒店，家庭还是冷清清的。其实吃年饭应该在家里吃，是最好。自古以来，中国人的家庭观念非常强，凡是过年过节都是在自家过，主要是体现团圆欢聚一堂。

我每年三十那天，都是在家过的，今年又不例外，通过充分准备和忙碌，一桌12个菜的丰盛的宴席，令人心花怒放，辛苦一年，忙碌一年，总算能够舒服地坐下来享受着快乐的年饭，美美地品尝着美酒和饮料，唯一不足的是等齐人吃饭，迟到下午4点钟才开席。

现在过年的气氛南方和北方不一样，南方人会玩，家庭式打牌搓麻将，花样此起彼伏。有的在宾馆租房，反正是气氛非常浓厚。不分白天黑夜，往往是通宵达旦，叫人不可思义。北方的人喜欢文学艺术色彩很浓郁，唱歌啊，跳舞啊，耍龙灯，一派欣欣向荣的感觉令人敬佩。从现在的青歌赛，到文艺演出，到星光大道这些人才辈出的情况，也是北方人最多，特别是近年来，更加说明南北文化的差异。我不反对玩，但是有一玩的度，不能无限地玩。玩过了度，那是不行的。不但影响自己，也会影响别人，影响家庭，影响社会。

一年的时间是过的很快的，正月也是过的很快的，一恍就过元宵佳节了，现在元宵也过了，好像还是没有尽兴，心情还沉浸于欢欢喜喜之中。

其实，在大理这个地方也很好，这里四季如春，西有点苍山，东临洱海(湖)，青山绿水再加上古城，古城里有溪水流淌古道两旁是芬芳的樱花，春风吹过花儿就纷纷飘落，真是块宝地啊!但是我却是有一种压抑感，为什么呢?

大理是一个坝子，东西环山，在西边的苍山如一条巨龙般横卧在那里挡住了我的视线，东边也有山，洱海过去就是东山了，它们虽然矮小但是我依然无法望出去，其实我四周看到的最后都是山。我常去登苍山，也上过几次山顶，我曾经在视线好的时候从山下望去，但是结果令我十分失望，在我的视线里，除了响亮的天空那就是看不完的山。

但是，我的视线不只是停留在这里，我其实看过海，我的心已经飞出了这里，我可以从古今不知多少赞美海的诗篇中想象海，我也可以从现实中找到海的痕迹，挑战自己时，不断发掘的潜能就是那深邃的海;在与人们竞争时对手就是无边无际的海;站在山巅向四处远望实现之中白浪滚滚，这就是云海。视线是有限的，但是想象无限，创造无限，我还能为自己创造看海的机会，所以我不会放弃这个理想的，我为它努力着……

望着东边太阳升起是那灿烂的光辉，四周被染红了，眼前依然没有真正的海，但是其实我已经看到了海，他就在前方。

我的家里有姥姥、姥爷、小姨、小姨夫、妈妈和奇奇，还有我。我最喜欢亲爱的妈妈和调皮的奇奇。

妈妈细心在照顾我，呵护我。姥姥把爱献给大家，幽默的姥爷常拿我来开玩笑。小姨像老师一样教育我。辛苦的小姨夫早去晚归。还有奇奇，每次我跟他玩的时候，我都很快乐!

我和奇奇还给我们每一个人都起了外号呢!什么地震姥爷、网吧妈妈、下载小姨、电脑奇奇......说了半天啦，你还不知道我叫什么呢?我叫电视娇娇，因为我喜欢看电视。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

I like to see American TV series so much, because not only the plot

attracts me so much, but also I can learn the English spoken language. Recently,

I fall in love with Two Broke Girls, it is so funny and makes me laugh happily.

Besides the humorous plot, I am also inspired by the characters’ spirit. Though

the two girls are poor and work as the waitress in the small restaurant, they

never give up their dreams. They make the plans for their dreams, even they meet

all kinds of difficulties, they are still positive about their future. I learn

things from them, I keep the positive attitude towards life.

Our college is an ordinary institution of higher learning.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

filled with various apparatus.The buildings that the students and teachers live

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones

然而，你最崇拜的人物肯定也和我一样，他就是——孙悟空。他是从一块仙石里蹦出来的。自从他在菩提祖师那学会了一身好本领后，就去龙宫夺宝，最后竟大闹天宫。但法力高强的他还是被如来佛祖压在了五行山下，一共压了五百年。五百年后，他一心保护唐僧西天取经，但却没有一句怨言。最后终于修成正果。在去西天取经的路途上，无论多么厉害的妖怪，他也从不屈服。他虽然法力无边，但遇到厉害的妖怪时，他还是需要二师兄猪八戒。

话说这个猪八戒啊!一想到他，就会想到他大大的肚子。猪八戒原本是天庭的天蓬元帅，却因为喝醉了酒，欺负嫦娥，被罚下界修行。又受观音菩萨指点也去保护唐僧西天取经。别看他表面上贪图美色、不讲义气、还往耳朵里藏私房钱。

不过真正有人需要帮助时，他还是会挺身而出，帮助孙悟空打妖怪，是孙悟空的得力助手。但有时让他去做事时，他总是在半路睡着。他也很好玩。记得有一次，孙悟空对他说：“呆子!赶紧去弄一堆湿泥土来。”谁知那个傻乎乎的猪八戒往泥土里撒了一泡尿，就给孙悟空了。如果他俩都去打妖怪了，谁来保护唐僧呢?哈哈，他就是唐僧收的最后一个徒弟——沙和尚。

这个沙和尚，给我的第一感觉就是呆。他原来是天上的卷帘大将，因为不小心打破了一个酒杯，被放逐到流沙河。也是被观音指点，踏上了取经之路。他没有自己的主见，总是说：“大师兄说得对”，“师傅说得对。”但有时也会冲到最前面去打妖怪，一路以来背着行礼的人，而且最有义气。

说到唐僧，我一直觉得他是老妈的“祖先”。因为他非常唠叨，而且还经常念紧箍咒，让孙悟空吃点苦头。我不禁想起了我的老妈，每一次我犯错误时，她都会像唐僧念紧箍咒一样在我耳边唠叨很久。但我对唐僧的意见真的很大。因为他总是误会孙悟空，如果我是孙悟空，我才不保护他去西天取经呢!看来我要学习孙悟空的大度了。

在学校里，也有师徒四人呢!不愿意做作业的人就是猪八戒;不向困难屈服的人，就是孙悟空;诚实友善的人，就是沙和尚;而既善良又有爱心的人则是唐僧。

4月4日是清明节，是个春游踏春的好日子。我们学校组织去天宫庄园踏春。 April 4th is the Qingming Festival, a good day for the spring tour.Our school organized to go to Tiangong Manor to Spring.

在那天早上，我兴奋不已，快速的准备好各种需要的东西，就去上学啦。来到学校，同学们都津津有味的讨论着春游的事。过啦一会，我们陆续上车啦。随着同学们欢乐的笑声，我们很快就到啦天宫庄园。

我们有秩序地下啦车，跟着导游，我们来到了天宫城堡。老师让我们进去玩，12:30集合。一开始，老师给我们每人发了20元“钱”。我在里面玩啦许多有趣的游戏，有：当建筑工程师、当公警、学做冰淇淋、做豆浆等等，还赚啦许多“工资”。在，这些职业游戏中，我最喜欢玩的就是如何制作豆浆啦。为什么喜欢它呢?因为豆浆是由我们自己的劳动制作而成的，它里面包含啦我们的努力和汗水。

开始制作啦，我们个个都穿着工作服，坐在椅子上。由工作的姐姐帮我们准备好工具。我们分为三个组，一组两人。我是和金雨欣一组，我们两的动作很协调。先由金雨欣把六个豆子放进石磨上方的小孔里，再加入一点水。

然后我再使劲地推石磨，按照姐姐的要求转啦十二圈。我们在工作的时候，姐姐给我们讲啦豆浆的来源。它是由古代的淮南王发明的。有一次，淮南王的母亲生病啦。找啦好多优秀的大夫，也不见效果。所以淮南王就磨豆浆给母亲喝。第二天，他母亲的病竟然好啦。从此，在民间就有啦磨豆浆这个习俗。姐姐讲完啦，我们自己磨的豆浆也诞生啦。

下午我们在天宫庄园内参观各州设施，到啦下午3:00，我们就离开啦这个美丽而又好玩的天宫庄园。

这个清明节过得可真有意义啊!

我的家乡位于浙江省乐清市，乐清这个名字是从何而来的呢?它源于“乐音清扬”这个成语。

乐清的文人是层出不穷的，比如王十朋，翁卷，南怀瑾等。就说王十朋吧!王十朋，字龟龄，号梅溪，主要作品有《梅溪集》，是乐清第一位状元。王十朋当年到临安赶考，路过永嘉府时，既想少花钱又想找个安静的地方，便到瓯江的江心屿上中川寺投宿。寺里方丈有势利眼，一见到王十朋衣衫破旧，心中先是有几分不快。

王十朋作揖说：“我是乐清县赴考的举子，乞求一宿。”方丈胸中有点墨水，听说是文士相求也不便拒绝，便叫王十朋补壁。王十朋听了，挥手一笔，写道：“云朝朝朝朝朝朝朝朝散，潮长长长长长长长长消。”方丈一看，无法读通，十分气恼地说：“我看你冒充斯文，你平生认过几个字!”王十朋心里好笑，忙说：“莫怒，听我读来，云，朝朝，朝朝朝，朝朝朝散;潮，长长，长长长，长长长消。老和尚上前一看，没地方可以挑剔的，只得让王十朋让进了榻房。

乐清的水是“天马行空”的，是自由的，也是有灵性的。虽然比不上桂林那如明镜一般的湖水，但是，我们这里的雁荡山大龙湫瀑布，也算是清澈的了。大龙湫就像一条条要下水的蛟龙一般，如离弦之剑一般的速度从山顶倾泻而下，时不时还溅起几米高的浪花，正所谓：“飞流直下三千尺”啊!

乐清的特产更是美味无比，芝麻酥用芝麻、白砂糖、油放在锅里炒出来的，用“色香味俱全”来形容它再贴切不过了。当然，最有特色的小吃当属“灯盏糕”了，用萝卜丝、鸡蛋等作为馅，外面一层面粉团，放在油锅中炸，老的脆，嫩的香，让人一看就嘴馋。如果你来乐清玩，可一定不能错过它哦!

乐清的民俗也有别具一格之处。就像端午节前几个月人们就开始练习划龙舟，家家户户都忙着包粽子，粽子香飘十里。最重要的是当地人民勤劳朴素，热情好客的，只要你来到这里，我们会做档的特色菜给你们享用，就算你吃不饱，也会被当地人民的热情给灌饱的。

这就是我的家乡——乐清。

我的家乡在永康。永康是一个“五金之都”。那是因为我们浙江省金华市永康县的产品在世界中都有销售，从而得了一个“五金之都”的称号。我们永康出产的东西保质保量，若是有假，买一赔十。 My hometown is Yongkang.Yongkang is a "capital of hardware".Thats because the products of Yongkang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province are sold in the world, and won the title of a "hardware capital".The things we produced in Yongkang are quality and quantity. 提起永康的建设渐渐发达起来，那可神了!!就拿永康城里来说吧，处处高楼耸立，家家户户都过上了新生活，穿上了新衣裳，带着自己的孩子到处逛街，快活地不得了呢!超市里，他们大把大把地往自己的推车中，不一会，他们的推车里已经装满了自己要买的东西，到结账的地方付了钱，拎着一大袋东西回家。

在广场中，我们可以看到有许多人在买衣裳，挑自己喜欢的衣服。你看，他们挑得都眉开眼笑，看上去多么开心呀!简单地说，这是富裕的美好了，不说城里了，就说乡下。乡下也是美，不是富裕的美，而是简朴的美。到处柳树成排，花儿呢，互相争气斗艳，田野中，农民伯伯们正在田地中干活，忙得不亦乐乎。他们的头上不断地冒汗，由此以来，我们更应该珍惜食物，如果你不珍惜的话，就来永康市的农村里去体会体会农民伯伯的辛苦了!

说完了家乡的美，但还是有美中不足的缺点。那就是我忘记介绍的我们永康人的心灵美。我们永康人心灵是纯洁的。在哪里，都能够看到拾金不昧和助人为乐的人。比如，有人在马路上捡到了一个钱包，那个人就二话不说，马上以自己最快的速度跑到警察局给警察。

有一天，一个乞丐流浪在农村，我的奶奶便请那个乞讨者进屋里，端上一大碗米饭给乞讨者吃。乞讨者狼吞虎咽地吃，吃完了，奶奶又给了他20元当生活费用。从中，我们可以知道我们永康人有一颗怎样的心!

这就是我的家乡-----永康!即有富裕的美，又有简朴的美，当然，我们永康人的心更美!

到了军训基地我才意识到军训的“可怕”。基地在非常美丽的乡下，这种天然的美是城市了看不到的，蔚蓝的天上不时飘来几片洁白的云朵儿，变换各种的形状任由人们想象。教官几乎每一句话都在提醒着我们：军训是来吃苦的，我们要坚强的度过这七天，努力!坚持下去!!

第一天是不适应的，一天下来我们连一步也不想走了，倒到床上就睡!时间总是过的好快一转眼就天亮了我们又拖着沉重的步子走向训练场地，当时我就想：放弃算了，在家里我哪受过这罪啊!可是我不想让新同学看不起我啊，他们都在坚持呢!我又怎能放弃呢?就这样在我的纠结中又度过一天，随着渐渐的适应我发现军训其实也不是很累，反倒很有趣!

剩下的几天很快就过去了，军训的确是辛苦的，在炎炎烈日下，我们踢正步、排方队，在激昂的训练场上我们欢呼、呐喊。就是这样一段生活，使每个人在摸爬滚打中慢慢成长;就是这样一段经历，使我们在汗水中变得坚强。军训生活培养了我们的集体观念和纪律观念。在队列中教官非常强调纪律，每当有人在队伍中不打报告便随意乱动时，都会受到教官严厉的批评和惩罚，以增强我们的集体观念。整齐的队列增强了我们的集体观念，要求我们时刻要想到集体，不能只是考虑自己。军训也培养了我的身体素质。一开始训练，只要站上10分钟的军姿，就会感觉体力不支。现在即使站上20分钟，还是做到站如松。可见，军训对于我们身体素质的培养多么明显。

虽然军训有点儿苦、有点儿累，但通过这次军训我体会到，人生充满艰辛，生活充满坎坷，做任何事都要有毅力，也要有吃苦耐劳的精神。军训的日子只有短短的七天，和人生相比，只不过是沧海一粟，但她留下的绿色诗韵，她将永远是人生中最亮丽的风景，成为一段永远难忘的美丽记忆，永远，永远……

I have my own room. It is big and nice. There is a bed, a desk and a shelf. The doll is on the bad. The lamp is on the desk. The books are on the shelf. The trash bin is behind the door.
