Fortunately, more and more people have realized the serious situation. Many countries have passed laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. People are working hard to find ways to keep the earth clean: they treat waste gases, protect water sources and purify waste water. Definitely, controlling the increase of population is one of the most efficient ways.

However, in future more efforts will be needed to win the battle against pollution, The laws controlling pollution must be strictly enforced, And above all, attention should be paid to the education of the people so that everyone will show his concern about environmental protection.

High school life is so wonderful for me, and I have made many good friends.

We fight for our future together. As there are so many subjects for me to learn,

I spend most of the time studying knowledge. But deep in my heart, I like sports

so much, especially tennis. When I knew our school had tennis club. I felt so

excited and wanted to be part of it. But the problem was that what if I lagged

behind other students in study as I spent the time on this hobby. At last, I

When I was very small, my grandpa liked to tell me his tough year and I liked to listen to him. At that time, wars were everywhere, people ran away for keeping alive. My grandpa was so hungry all the time because he had no food to eat. People had the very hard life before the found of new China. Today, Chinese economy develops so fast, we live the good life, we are no longer struggle for the hunger. Thanks to our great predecessors, they build the road for us. Secondly, student activities playan important role in our college life. To be honest, the student Union is agood place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. Itake part in many student activities. For example, I’ m a volunteer, teachingthe kids to learn to dance and write. I think it’s meaningful for everyone togive a hand to others. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, includingreceiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettableand worthwhile experiences for me.

In this way, I can share stories with my new friendsand it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying thelibrary makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad momentsas well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in thelibrary.

Finally, I often do other thingsin my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do somepart-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to beindependent and improve my social skills.

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

My campus life is rich and colorful.

The university life different secondary school life.And it is a problem that how should I adapt to college life.

I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.

在乡里的初中，我学习挺好的，当时是老师认为满有把握考入重点高中的学生之一，但是由于我打心眼里讨厌学习，最后冲刺的两个月，我基本上是处于逃学、不听课的状态。所以我高中差了五分未被录取，当我知道这个消息的时候，我不知道何去何从、也没有方向，完全丧失了逃学时候的英勇、反判的劲头，整个暑假我都被夹裹在训斥声中，基本上劳改了一个暑假，接受了各种各样的体力劳动的惩罚，站在酷暑的田地里，大人问：“还想不想上学。”我心里想着赶快逃离这种苦役，我违心的、毫无底气的说：“想。”

结果我上一中的时候，别人已经上了一个星期了，当时我和十几个同学被安排在最后两排，当时的感觉是名不正、言不顺的，就像在单位里临时工的感觉，总是觉得低人一等。还有原来在乡里，大家都穿得土里土气的，也没觉着自己和人家有什么两样，可是到了城里，那女孩美得跟花似的，自己连个绿叶都算不上，本来就易于敏感的我，更是缄默不言了，自卑时刻咬噬着自己的心，那就甭提学习了，考上重点的本来都是好学生，我在这一群佼佼者中成为了垫底者。我就这样挣扎着度过了高一和高二。

在这期间还有一件事需要提一下，那就是退学。由于客观与主观的原因，我每天都想着退学，反正我在学校也跟不上课，家里人还辛苦的种地挣钱供我读书，上学已经没什么希望了，还不如回家帮家里挣钱，这不是一举两得的事吗?尤其是听到老师每次都苦口婆心的说：“一定要好好学习，你们能坐在这里安静的上课、学习，都是你们父母用赚的血汗钱供你们读书。”不听这句话还好，一听这句话尤如万箭穿心，更加坚定了我退学的念头。于是我骑着我的大轮自行车，载着我的箱子，回家了。回到家，什么也不用说，我妈就明白了，我想当时我妈的心沉到了底，粉碎性的痛苦，她望着自己的孩子，不知是哭还是怒，我低着头一声不吭，两腿软绵绵的，因为我一看到劳累的她，我就又开始怀疑自己做的是否对。我妈终究还是劝我回去，她说：“快点回去吧，你爸晚上回到家，要是看到你不上学了，他还不知道怎么打你呢。”我妈说到点子上了，我最恐惧的是我爸，他的歇斯底里的训话，不由分说的打人，还有最恶毒的语言诋毁，会把我整个人毁灭掉，我想我会死在他手里。一想起他来，我浑身都会发抖，我的胆小、懦弱促使我又回去了，回到了这所只有读书、背书、做练习题的地方。

整个高一、高二就是在这种极度沮丧、极度自卑、极度压抑的氛围中度过的，一圈圈的把我套牢，我一生中性格的大部分形成，也开始于这个时候。

高三的生活达到了我人生中最疯狂、也最不可思议程度，如果再有一个高三，我想我只有进精神病院了。因为我无路可退，因为我被无数的人、无数次的无情的训斥，进入高三的时候我就立誓，我要学习，我要疯学这一年，不管不顾，最终无论考上于否，都不要再来抱怨我，都不要再说是我的错，因为我要全身心的投入到学习中，我要把自己完全变成一台学习的机器。

每天的生活都是变化着的，每天都有不一样的事情在发生，每天的心情也都是多姿多彩的。但每回忆起那件往事，总让我有一丝莫名的感动。

那是两年前的一天下午，天很好，我和妈妈一起在城里逛街。走过一个快餐店的拐角儿时，一阵有点儿凄凉的二胡声传到了我的耳畔，说实话，从前就在这儿听过几次，但并没有很在意。这一次是妈妈对我说，要我好好听一听这个声音。当我坐在旁边椅子上时，妈妈说起了话，这个老人每天都会在这个地方拉二胡，为的是赚口饭吃为他的儿子挣钱上大学。听着，我向他望去，满头蓬乱的头发下掩着一张肌肉松弛的脸，脸上的皱纹如同树皮一般怕数都数不过来，花白的胡碴怕许久没有剪过了。这时，我看见他仰了仰头，眼中没有一丝丝黑色，全是白色的。我才明白他是一个盲人。我很好奇，在这个车水马龙的街上，他是如何安全到家，他的家又是否能避雨，在家又该怎么做饭……想着想着，我看见一个骑着三轮车的老奶奶往他手中递了两个年糕就骑车要走，只见这个老人嘴中一直喃喃着什么。这时，奶奶和我会意一笑，我知道该做什么，便走出门，向老人走去，老人一个劲的向我说谢谢，我感觉很愧疚。一个年过花甲的老人在为自己和儿子努力奋斗着，而我……

生活处处都有一些小感动，从这些小感动中会有一些无奈，会有一些难过，但更多的是激励我们努力向上的一种力量，希望感动时常随着我。因为生活需要感动。
