So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Nowadays, more and more people realize it`s necessary and important to protect the environment. Also,there are some people who don`t pay attention to hygiene and they can`t stop littering the rubbish casually or spitting everywhere all the time.And in addition, there are a few factories often cutting down the trees, discharging chemicals and dirty water and so on.And it causes many problems like the Greenhouse Effect.If they do these day by day and our life will be harder and harder,so we have to stop them. To stop them we can put up commonweal advertisements and tell them the detriment of destroying the environment.So we can start from now to make a beautiful life.

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.

走进江寺公园，舞台上“青山绿水，就是金山银山”映入眼帘，世界环境日，我们小记者聚集在一起，为环境保护献出一点小小的力量。舞台上，悦耳动听的歌声飘起来了；公园地面，长长的白色横幅摊开了；领了报纸的小报童纷纷行动起来了。我也领了环保袋，在一个角落里坐了下来，静静地构思起来。袋子一面，我用蓝色画笔写上两个端端正正的空心字——环保；另一面，我画了两棵树，大的是爸爸，小的是我，我们枝叶交错，现在蓝天白云之下，共同守护我们的家园。

等我去交环保袋时，已经有不少小记者都完成了，我仔细看了看大家的图画，发现每个小记者都把自己美好的心愿画上去了——保护环境，从我做起！这一刻，我望望身边的小记者，几乎都是陌生面孔，可我分明觉得，我们的心是相通的，也许我们的力量微不足道，但我们依然努力行动，为我们的地球，我们的家园做一点事！

世上无难事，只怕有心人。没有什么难事能难倒我们，只要坚持克服困难就可以了。

每年一次的世界环保日到了，学校的各种团体都打算为这次的活动大显身手，热爱环境的我积极的参加了这次活动。于是我和我的组员背负着全学校人的希望，开始了艰巨的任务。

开始时，我在选材方面犹豫不决，我在一些细节上发现，现代生活中人们越来越多的使用塑料袋，塑料随着时间的流逝逐渐飘到海里，造成每年都有一头鲸鱼被塑料袋毒死，这些信息令我即惊讶又悲伤。我想，用这个材料做宣传单再适合不过了，于是我把宣传单完全做成了一个演讲稿，但做保护环境的宣传并没有我想象的那么容易。

到了小组展示时间了，第一个就是我，我信心满满地走上前去，我讲的非常细，但好像并没有引起台下人的兴趣，甚至有些人开始抱怨：“你这还能叫环保活动吗？这白纸黑字的宣传稿，别人肯定不会感兴趣的，不但没起到宣传作用，还浪费了这么多的纸”。我的手心开始出汗，难道还有比我的更详细的吗？但看到别人的宣传稿，使我突然没有希望了，虽然别人的没有我讲的详细，但他们每一个人的宣传稿都设计了一番，非常漂亮。就在我认为没有希望的时候，有两个相同票数的人，要再选一次，原来保护环境并没有那么简单。

回到家，我想，这种枯燥的宣传稿谁都不想看，那怎样才能设计呢？不知不觉我在纸上乱画起来，突然我灵机一动，心想：别人能设计宣传稿，那我为什么不能画插画在上面呢？于是我把每张宣传单都画上一些小插画，有的是画上一个小鲸鱼肚子里全是塑料，有的画的是海底布满塑料，不光这些，我还准备了一个关于环保的小动漫。这回万事具备，只差最后的评选了。我用独出心裁的设计赢得了组员的认可，原来保护环境也不难。

活动开始后，宣传单就布满了整个学校，我的创意也吸引了路人的眼睛。第二周，再到学校，我发现我们的活动起到了很大作用，连食堂的包装袋都是纸质的，我发现保护环境也不是很难。虽然这次活动只在学校进行，但我相信保护环境的精神一定会影响更多的人。

世上无难事，只怕有心人。通过这次活动，我发现保护环境其实也不难。

西安是一座千年古都，既古老又现代，这里也是我出生和成长的地方，我深深地热爱着这座城市。

每天放学从学校到家里，我都能经过美丽的唐城墙遗址公园，一天放学天气格外炎热，我和姥爷沿着唐城墙遗址公园路边的树下走着，路边一条五彩缤纷的花带装扮着公园，我和姥爷一边走一边欣赏着美丽的花草，姥爷习惯性地抽起了烟，我急忙捂住鼻子往前走，可是前面的一个叔叔也在抽烟，快走到那个叔叔跟前时，只见他手指一弹，将还没熄灭的烟头弹进了花丛，花丛里冒着一丝丝白色的细烟，好像马上就要起火了一样，“不会烧着花吧”我赶忙跑过去，弯下腰，“小朋友，我来吧”这时一个声音响起我抬起头，原来是一位环卫工人，他约莫五十多岁的样子，穿着桔黄色的马甲，脸上黑黝黝的，满脸皱纹，刺眼的太阳照在他的脸上，汗水一滴滴顺着皱纹淌了下来，他一手拎着一个大大的鼓鼓的垃圾袋，一手拿着铁夹子，俯下身用满是老茧的手轻轻地拨开美丽的花丛，里面立刻出现了好多烟头，他用夹子一个个小心翼翼地夹起，将还冒着烟的烟头掐灭，装进了袋子里，不一会花丛就干净了，环卫工人撑着腰缓缓直起身来，“看看这么美丽的花丛，怎么能被烟头毁了呢，前面就是垃圾箱啊”环卫工人看看手里的垃圾袋，叹气说着慢慢走了。“是啊，没有垃圾的街道多美丽”我说着回头看看姥爷，他的烟也只剩下烟头了，平时姥爷也会像前面的叔叔随手把烟头扔掉，此时姥爷拿着烟头看看我有点不好意思呢，拉着我的手走向前面的垃圾箱……

回到家里我用废弃的小铁罐做了一个小小的烟灰缸，对姥爷说“姥爷，以后出门您把这个小烟灰缸带上吧，不管有没有垃圾箱咱们都不要随意扔烟头了”，“没问题！”姥爷愉快地接受了这个“小礼物”。

我相信，有可敬的环卫工人，有慢慢改变的我们，有更多自觉的人们，西安会变得更加美丽，更加可爱。

唐山地震、汶川地震、南方暴风雪、北方暴风雪是谁造成了这些自然灾害?有些人会说所有的自然灾害都是由地球本身造成的。这是一个原因。

然而，主要是因为人类对地球无止境的需求，破坏才会导致这些事情。日益严重的环境污染是一个主要因素。原本被草覆盖的草原变成了一片荒凉的沙漠。植物消失了，动物消失了，下一个将是人类。人类的无休止的毁灭使地球布满了洞。美丽的地球已经变得荒凉。世界上几乎所有的地方都被摧毁了，甚至南极也被污染了。

人类已经失去了地球上最后一块净土。然而，我们仍然没有注意到这一点，仍然在摧毁我们美丽的家园。我们应该看着这个美丽富饶的地球家园被摧毁吗?人类会在那之前醒来吗?白羊吃草，野马在草原上奔跑，鱼在清澈的河里游泳。人类还有机会看到这些照片吗?保护环境始于周围的水滴。节约用水意味着保护环境和节约资源。我们应该把我们的想法付诸行动，从小事做起，注意我们的行动，不要浪费水资源。刷牙时关掉水龙头，浇花，洗拖把。为了节约水资源，你不能认为水龙头里的几滴水就不会浪费水。一点点可以成就很多。如果继续下去，会浪费多少水!水资源是地球给我们维持人类生活的重要物质。我们必须珍惜它!节省电力资源。电已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的东西。

没有它，电视、电脑、冰箱和其他电器就不能使用。但是你有没有想过它们是从哪里来的?地球是如此无私，它慷慨地为人类提供能源。我们应该珍惜这一资源。如果我们不节约使用，它总有一天会干涸的。为了节约资源，我们应该从自己做起，上完厕所后关掉灯和电视。这些都是节约能源的措施。我们应该在现在的基础上努力宣传它，这样人们才能养成良好的习惯。我们应该过低碳生活，在生活中节约水、电和油。低碳生活是我们想要建立的绿色生活方式。

我们需要采取行动，努力建设低碳生活。我们应该从身边的小事做起。不要让世界上最后一滴水变成人类的眼泪。让我们采取行动，让我们亲爱的地球母亲的伤疤消失。让地球在未来变得更加美丽和强大。

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

the library provided me a silent environment. The most important thing was that

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

on. I could find the data any time and read the books I liked. I have gained a

lot of knowledge and find the great hour there.

很多人认为“环境保护，是社会和大人做的事情，我们还小。就是做的什么也体现不了我的作用?”其实我们生活中的许多习惯与环境保护息息相关、密不可分。 Many people think that "environmental protection is what society and adults do, we are still young. Just do what we do not reflect my role?" In fact, in our lives, in our livesMany habits are closely related to environmental protection.

在我们学校许多同学都习惯使用一次性的墨囊，它轻巧，方便携带，不已漏墨，但你知道吗?每位同学每学期使用大约20个墨囊，一个四十人的班级就是800个，一个年级大约9000个，一个小学四个年级(一、二年级不用)就是36000个，想一想，一年是72000个墨囊，一起放在学校的广场上，估计也是厚厚的一层吧!要生产这么多的墨囊需要多少吨塑料和消耗掉多少吨的煤炭呢?估计也是个不小的数字。如果我们使用瓶装的墨水，可以既节省费用同时又保护环境，为什么何乐而不为呢?

当风吹起的时候，漫天的垃圾袋随风起舞，有时还会挡住你的视线，造成事故。如果每人每天少用2个塑料袋，全国一天就是27亿个，一年就是9855亿个，这个数字太恐怖了。其实每个人少2个是很容易做的事，再加上生产这些袋子背后的消耗，我们能为环保事业做的贡献不小吧!

再来看看不爱护环境的后果吧!由于工业生产造成下降酸雨的比率大大提高，而大量的酸雨会“吃掉”大自然的绿色的美景，树木花草的大量死亡，土地的裸露。今年全国的雾霾天气，他也有不少的功劳，而带给人类是让更多的人患上呼吸道疾病，甚至造成死亡。

所以说，环保就在我们身边，只要你一点的改变，就能改变的整个地球的环境;你离环保并不遥远，你的举手之劳，或许就能还世界一片洁净。让我们行动起来，从改变自己开始，让我们的家园——地球变得更加洁净、更加和谐!
