当秋风萧瑟的吹来，带走树杈上奄奄一息的萎靡不振的枯叶，于我们心里何不禁发出“宛如秋悲，胜似秋殇”的感慨，思绪回归，却又不得以面对惨酷的现实，一科科强差人意的分数，加之名次的“突飞猛下”使我的心不由得坠入谷底。譬如一叶孤舟在黑暗中朝着灯塔的方向行驶，却忽的起了一层大雾，遮蔽万物，随之遮蔽了灯塔微弱的光亮。望着同学们笑靥如花的面孔，不由得又一阵感伤，但窗外那一缕秋日之光，点燃了我生命地希望，即便再苦再大再痛的打击，我也要有所担当，担当起我们的使命和责任，担当在逆境中成型、、、、、、

当太阳将最后一道余辉洒向大地，取而代之的是那熹微的星光，我们在一天的繁忙中理出头绪。自习课上，静谧的空气中被那积极向上的学习氛围所笼罩，窗外飞来的小虫，丝毫打断不了我们高度运作的大脑;室外下课铃的声响，丝毫不能减弱我们学习的热情。大而言之，我们是祖国的未来，民族的希望，本该有所担当;小而言之，我们是父母的期望，家庭的脊梁，亦该有所担当，担当在忙碌与希冀中发育成熟。

担当的果实已成熟，我们也在担当中逐渐地学习和成长，我感谢那一道屏障，带给了我今生难忘的岁月，在高中的生活中，我学会了担当并固执地扛起了担当。

To be successful, students learn many knowledge so as to master as more skills as possible. Some believe that the key to realize our dreams is to work hard and others treat chance in the first place. While today is the information world, the one who masters the all-sided source will have more chances to be successful. In my opinion, the most important skill is the social skill, because we need to make connection with others, we are not doing business with ourselves, so it is in need of having relationship with others. The good social skill can help us attract attention easily and impress the future partner. If we are bad in communicating, how can we let others know our advantages and trust us. So promoting ourselves is the first job, from now on, don’t be shy.

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

今天作文课上，还有最后的一刻钟，同学们开始懈怠了。有的搞起小动作，有的和同桌窃窃私语，有的看起了课外书，还有的干脆收拾起书包……由于完成了教学计划，老师也没有在意我们的举动。

突然，他走到讲台前，顿了一下，说：“同学们，我们来做个游戏怎么样啊?”一听做游戏，我们霎时来了精神。老师接着说：“我来做一组动作，请你们来猜一个成语，好不好?”“好!”同学们异口同声地大喊!只见老师不紧不慢地拿来一张报纸，“嗤啦”一声，报纸被拦腰截断。我们还没反应过来，老师又是“嗤啦”一声，纸条在空中划过一条弧线，慢慢落在地上。我们正在疑惑，老师又撕了一次，然后头也不回地走出教室。

我们都愣住了!三秒钟后，教室里炸开了锅：“这是啥游戏啊，谁还不会撕纸啊?”不知是谁咕哝了一句。“撕了三次，走了，到底是啥意思啊?”同桌百思不得其解。正在讨论中，老师推门进来：“猜着了吗?”“没有——”我们连连摇头。老师说：“我给家一个提示：不能只看我的动作的数量，还要看我后续的动作，我撕完报纸走了，这个动作也不能忽略。另外，撕纸的司和思念的思是谐音，大家再猜一猜。”教室安静下来，有的冥思苦想，有的抓耳挠腮，还有的在本子上勾画着什么。过来一会儿，后排的孙牧青大声喊：“老师，我知道了，是三思而后行!”老师高兴地说：“非常正确!”大家的目光一起投向了她，都为她鼓起掌来，她的脸上洋溢着开心的笑容。

游戏结束了，我回到家中，查了一下“三思而后行”这个成语。她的意思是：经过反复考虑，然后再去做事情。这节课真的很开心，我不但和老师愉快地互动，还知道了“三四而后行”这个成语的含义。以后，我在做事情时，也要学会三思而后行。

一旦挫折产生，就要敢于正视挫折，而不能怨天尤人;就要冷静地找出产生挫折的原因，并进行客观的分析;就要积极地寻求恰当的方式方法战胜自我。如果困难来了，就应该先让自己的心休息一下——不要想太多沮丧的事情。因为想沮丧的事情越多，就越容易滋生不良的情绪，就会削弱斗志。然后找一些有实效或令人快乐的事情做。因为做有实效的事情既利于解决问题，又能增强斗志。最后制订出战胜困难的计划和步骤。即使因条件多变而无法做出准确的计划，也要尽量做好大致的计划。

爱因斯坦说：“一个人在科学探索的道路上，走过弯路，犯过错误，并不是坏事，更不是什么耻辱，要在实践中勇于承认和改正错误。”

聪明的人在身处困境时，并不想太多沮丧的事情，也不做无意义的事情，而是集中较多的时间和精力解决眼前的问题，或许一时没有进展，但通过长期的努力必然会有成效。在努力的同时，也要注意放松心情，以保证身心的健康。无数成功就是在长期的、默默无闻的困境中奋斗得到的。

首先，要对自己有一个全面清晰的认识，找到自己的优缺点，充分发挥自己的优势。五音不全者想当音乐家，色盲者想当画家，这样只能徒增烦恼。

其次，要培养自信心与意志力。一个人若对自己丧失了信心，他就会失去进取的勇气。在挫折面前，要做最好的准备，做最坏的打算，对前景要抱有积极乐观的态度，相信“冬天已经来了，春天还会远吗”。只要不失去信心，就没有失败，就有逆境顺转的机会，就会看到希望之光。因此要经常给自己打气，鼓励自己。平时应该多参加一些竞赛的活动，大胆地表现自己，抱着积极参与的精神，不斤斤计较眼前的得失。

再次，学会转移注意力。例如，遇到困难时，可以试图把自己的注意力转移到自己喜爱和感兴趣的活动上来，当感情投入到新的事物中后，自然就很容易摆脱此前的挫折所带来的消极情绪，比如听听音乐，看看书。

另外，还要学会适当的发泄。把痛苦和忧伤埋在心里，会给人一种高压的感觉。如果能将这种压抑的情感向亲朋好友痛快淋漓地倾诉出来，得到他们的关心和慰藉;如果能通过剧烈运动，或把某些无用的东西当作泄愤的对象，那么过后心情会舒畅许多。但必须注意不能采用不正当的宣泄，否则会造成不良的后果，适得其反。
