昨天晚上，我在文化城参加了“蓓蕾舞蹈培训中心”举办的舞蹈专场演出。

妈妈、大姨、小姨和哥哥都来看我的演出，我真高兴，他们都能来。

可表演不不成功，因为妈妈交代的那位阿姨，忘记拿4个话筒，只拿了2个，这可怎么办呀?

我还表演两个节目呢!第一个是群口相声《如此表功》，6个人;另一个是故事《联合国里的吴多多》，7个人。这没有话筒怎么办?

我们都在着急，心里很担心!

可妈妈并没有着急，也没有埋怨。真是：皇上不急，太监急。

只听妈妈和颜悦色地说：“没关系，孩子们，这是考验你们的应变能力的时候了，你们一定要......”

后面的话，我一句也没听，只是干着急。

第一个节目群口相声《如此表功》我们表演得很失败。因为妈妈的话我们压根儿就没记住，不会传话筒，导致声音出不来，还关了好几次话筒，让主持人几次上台，来调话筒。

哎!真不该不听妈妈的交代呀!

接受上个节目的教训，这次妈妈的话，我们是句句入耳，牢记在心。

什么你们一定要把话筒对着嘴，这样才能出来声音了;什么手上的动作可以不做那么多，但语言一定要打动观众，一定要感染观众，所以一定要让自己的声音出来了;什么拿话筒时一定要尽力往下拿，不要让手触碰开关了;什么交接话筒是一定要保持镇定，不要慌乱，导致话筒关闭或掉到地上了;什么表演要到位，情绪要高涨，但心态要放宽、放平稳了;什么还要有自信，要把自己最棒的表演，最佳的状态展示给台下的每一位观众，使他们对你所表演的形象印象深刻，记忆犹新了;什么既然我们无法改变现状，改变不了外界条件，那我们就得试着去适应坏境，改变自己，提高自己，利用现有的条件，把演出继续进行下去，并能达到满意的效果，让观众为之叹服了......之类的话。

我们再也不敢掉以轻心，只能洗耳恭听。

就这样，我们的第二个节目取得了满意的效果，不像上个节目那样的手忙脚乱。

大姨、小姨和哥哥都夸奖我表演得好，还为我鼓掌、叫好了呢!他们还为我找了许多照片呢!可惜的是，她们还没有把照片给我传过来呢!

为了奖励我，小姨还请我去吃了冰粥、牛肉面和馄饨呢!

我真高兴!因为今天我不光完成了演出，得到了奖励，而且还掌握了一些舞台应变能力呢!

这真是：“吃一堑长一智”呀!我要牢记这次的教训，今后不再重犯!我相信：我的明天会更灿烂，更精彩!我的明天会更好!

Marcel Hirscher continued his dominant start to the alpine skiing World Cup season with yet more milestones on Sunday.

The Austrian, seeking an unprecedented fifth consecutive overall title, became the first man to win three successive giant slalom races at the Alta Badia venue, in Italys Dolomite mountains.

He claimed the World Cup lead from Aksel Lund Svindal, moving 20 points ahead of the Norwegian -- who was 28th, following his two speed-event wins in preceding days at nearby Val Gardena.

Hirscher claimed his fourth victory this season, and his third in giant slalom -- a technical discipline where he already leads by 134 points after only four rounds.

Some students are good at math and geography, these students are always weak in politics, then they should keep on learning science. Some students are good at Chinese and English, they should choose to study art. What if the students are good at both? I will advise them to learn the course they are interested.

唐朝大诗人李白小时候，非常不爱学习，经常逃学。有一天，他又背着老师跑到山上去玩了。在他去的路上，看见了小河边有一位老婆婆在认真地磨一根铁杵，李白很纳闷，便前去问道：“老婆婆，您磨一根铁杵干什么啊?”老婆婆说：“我在磨针。”李白大吃一惊，说：“哎呀，铁杵那么粗，要磨成针得多久啊!”老太太笑眯眯的答道：“只要天天磨，日日磨，慢慢的铁杵不就成针了吗?”李白听后，惭愧的跑回了书屋，从此他记住了“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”这句话，便发奋学习，终于成了一名伟大的诗人。

而居里夫人则更令人敬佩，她对放射性元素进行研究，搞到了一吨可能含镭的工业废渣，在院子里进行冶炼，研究，在三年有九个月后，终于提炼出了0.1克镭。我被居里夫人那种坚强.执着的心所震撼。

“人心不是靠武力征服，而是靠爱和大度征服”，斯宾诺认为宽容的让步才是走进人心的最好方式，而不是武力。清朝时期的“六尺巷”的故事，告诉我们争执、挑衅是解决不了问题的，反而是那“各退三尺”的宽容化解了两家根深蒂固的矛盾;西周的周武王正是凭借宅心仁厚，打败了对人民步步紧逼的纣王，获得人心，取得天下。

这些耳熟能详的历史故事无不传递着这样一个处世哲学，那就是宽容。宽容符合道家的“无为”，坐看风起云涌，这种“无为”不是比所谓的有些“有为”高明的多吗?少了些火药味儿，少了些巧言令色，少了拳头相向，而是多了尊重、微笑与合作。

当然，宽容并不是一种无原则的妥协与纵容，而是运用灵活的方式解决问题，用美德感化人心，用真理引导行为，是一种变相的据理力争。

尽管宽容的好处多多，但古往今来依旧存在着宽容的反例。因为缺乏宽容的气度，国与国为了争夺资源、领土而兵戎相见;汉武帝毁灭了司马迁，曹操杀掉了杨修;为了一些琐碎的小事，朋友不惜拳头相向，不惜刀剑相见。在这些血的教训下，我们不得不反思狭隘带给我们的后果，并能想象到没有宽容的世界是多么可怕。

“忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空”，这“一退”、“一让”之间展现的是怎样的修为和气度。希望每个人都能真正学会宽容，共同构建我们身边的美好。

When I was very small, my grandpa liked to tell me his tough year and I liked to listen to him. At that time, wars were everywhere, people ran away for keeping alive. My grandpa was so hungry all the time because he had no food to eat. People had the very hard life before the found of new China. Today, Chinese economy develops so fast, we live the good life, we are no longer struggle for the hunger. Thanks to our great predecessors, they build the road for us. We enjoy the peaceful life and I know it is not easy to achieve. My grandpa educates me not to waste the food and I keep his words in my mind.
