记得前不久，我写过一篇文字《我的生命特立独行》，是的，的确如此，生活里我就是这样的一个人，独来独往，我不喜欢 成群结队，更讨厌热闹和喧嚣，我之所以有丰富的感情 、纯朴的思想、坚定的意志和强大的精神，就是因为我拥有 了淡定的生活理念。所以，我要说，淡定真好，淡定能让生命不迷失 自我，不人云亦云，随波浊流。相反，它能促使生命苏醒，并且随遇而安，诗意地栖居。

一、辩证分析，把握分寸，一分为二看问题

辩证唯物主义认为，看问题不能太片面，凡事要一分为二，不可走极端，要留有余地。在肯定某一事物的同时，应适当指出存在的问题和不足;在否定某一事物的时候，也不能一棍子打死，对其中正面积极因素应适当加以肯定，这样才能使人心悦诚服。

在个性与集体的话题作文中，有同学这样写:追求个性与注重集体表面上似乎相互矛盾，实际上两者是密切相连，可以相促进的。集体需要有个性的创性与独特的魅力才能发扬壮大，个体要服从集体，时刻有团结意识，才能发挥众人拾柴火焰高的作用。

二、辨证地看问题，用发展的眼光看问题

辩证唯物主义认为，发展是事物运动最本质的特征。任何事物都是发展的，是互相联系、互相依存的，并且事物还可能会向相反的方向转化。因此，我们应该用联系、发展、全面的观点来分析问题，这就是辩证分析。

议论文写作，应抓住这一最本质的特征，透彻分析事物的矛盾运动和发展变化规律，思路才能纵横掉阖，论述才能辩证有力。

学会用发展的观点来分析问题，需要在思维方面有一定的深度和广度，需要从不同角度深入挖掘素材的丰富内涵，这样写出的文章才能说理透彻、论证严密。

三、用联系的观点辩证地看问题

辩证唯物主义认为，任何事物都不是孤立存在的，它总是和外界事物有着千丝万缕的联系。分析一个问题时，就要注意它和其他有关问题的联系。从事物普遍联系的观点看，一方面，要正确分析和区分前人的成就和缺陷、是与非、功与过、精华与糟粕等;另一方面，还要进一步分清哪是矛盾的主要方面，哪是矛盾的次要方面等。
