亲爱的乖乖们：

你们是我的第一批学生，是你们让我第一次有了当老师的成就感。

正月十八，你们正式开学的第一天，也是我到一中的第一天，晚上，便和乖乖们见了面。走进五班这个班集体，见到了七十六张写满了好奇的面孔。说实话，当时我有些紧张，自我介绍也只是告诉给了你们名字。

你们应该知道，我是一位实习老师，与你们在一起的时间只有短短的几个月，在这几个月里，我担任五、六班的英语课的教学，而且是乖乖们的实习班主任老师。我的学校，你们应该也知道，河北师范大学。这所学校，在全国的知名度并不是很高，但是，河北省内的大多数中小学，都能找到从师大走出的毕业生们。

之前的二十年，跟乖乖们一样，从几岁起，我便有了一个伟大而崇高的职业——学生。直到现在，我也在扮演着学生这个角色。我的小学、初中以及高中都是在临西这座小县城度过的，初中和高中，又是在咱们临西一中度过。也就是说，你们是我正牌的师弟师妹。现在的教务主任，苗俊槐苗老师，是我的初中班主任老师。

那时候的临西一中，条件没有你们现在好，教室没有一体机，老师们上课全靠嘴和手。食堂倒也是四个小食堂，只是卖的都是各式各样的馅儿饼。每天下了晚自习，脑袋都是昏昏沉沉的。白天，在一个又一个的上、下课铃声中，拿出又装进去各门学科的课本，尽管有些课过后，什么也没有学会。总有那么多写不完的作业，有时，为了应付学校检查，还要一次补全好几天的作业，在作业之间留下老师批改的空间。晚上，下了自习，再匆匆地赶回家，洗漱睡觉，准备迎接第二天的上下课铃声。

跟你们的其他老师相比，我没有足够的班级管理和教学经验。但是，我也有我的优势，我比你们大不了几岁，你们现在经历的困惑、苦恼，都是我刚刚经历过去，在脑海中仍然记忆犹新的，那种感觉、那些事情、那些感受，我都懂。你们有什么疑问，都可以来找我，不管是学习、生活、情感还是心理方面的，都可以。

成功的道路有很多种，比如说有人寄希望于自己的父母，有人寄希望于买彩票一夜暴富，而有的人则是凭借自己的头脑自己闯荡出一番天地。对于第一种，依靠父母，这种情形适用于官二代、富二代，如果你不是，这种情形就可以排除了。第二种，依靠运气，买彩票，几率更低吧。还是第三种比较靠谱，依靠自己。

我去看了几个初三的班级，每个班也就四五十位同学，其他的同学都选择了退学、去打工。我知道，我们班现在跟初一入学的时候相比，也少了几位同学，有的转学，有的退学。我并不是要说这样不好，但是，你们记得，他们会比你们这些仍在教室学习的同学多经历很多困难与挫折。他们也许有了挣钱自己养活自己的能力，但是他们的付出也是难以想象的。

沟通是一座桥梁，它能让彼此的关系更加和谐，更加密切，所以我希望未来的半年中我们都可以诚心相对。周五的第四节课，在即将结束一周的学习之后，学生们无论是在身体上还是在精神上都达到了一定的极限，一致决定找个机会交流一下我们的思想。在这短短的四十五分钟里，不再有师生间的严肃，像朋友一样，敞开心扉，畅聊梦想。我触及到了你们小小的内心世界，知道了你们渴望的外面的世界是怎样的，当和你们谈起大学生活，当和你们谈起外面的五彩缤纷，你们略带稚嫩的眼中发出了光亮，还有些同学发出了内心的感叹，通过这一次的沟通，我知道了你们的兴趣在哪里，你们的动力在何方，为我这半年的教学引领了方向。

不是我们现在不幸福，而我们缺少的是一双发现幸福和快乐的眼睛。当听到那一声声“老师好”的时候，当我教会了学生知识时，当你们满载而归时……我想我会因为这一刻一直快乐着，直到沧海横流，桑田倾覆。

i am writing to you to express my thanks for your help in learning english

and speaking english.

during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is

very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking

pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to

understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my

examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough

confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to

gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i

can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english

is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which

was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking

all become interesting and i really enjoy it.

1. New Years Day holiday arrangement in 2021

1. Vacation time:

According to the notice of the higher education authorities, the New Year holiday of our school will be from December 30, 2020 (Sunday) to January 1, 2021 (Tuesday) for three days. In order to avoid traffic congestion, the school has decided to dismiss the school on the wrong day on December 29, 2020 (Saturday). The specific time of dismissal is as follows:

Split time after school:

First grade 12:10; He second grade; 15:00 for grades 3 to 6;

15:35 in seventh grade; Grade 8 and 9:16:05.

All parents are requested to pick up their children on time (there are two children in different grades, mainly senior time).

Primary school students who take the school bus will be sent home by school bus in the afternoon. (Departure time: 15:00)

There will be a school bus for the students returning to Hongyuan that afternoon. Please come to Hongwai to pick up the students at 16:35. Parents of grade 8 and 9 come to pick up students at 17:00.

2. All students return to school after vacation:

Resident students will return to school on Sunday (Tuesday), January 1, 2021;
