当一抹灿烂的阳光照耀在大地上，微风轻拂，当一缕柔暖的春风拂过大地时，当一朵朵可爱的向日葵迎着太阳时，那些积极向上的孩子们就像向日葵一般遇到困难永不放弃，永不气馁。

电影中的主人公是一个出生在浏阳山村中贫困家境的女孩，她的母亲是受尽嘲讽的疯子，父亲长期在外地打工，正是这样的环境下，成就了她像向日葵般永远阳光乐观的性格。她的名字值得我们铭记——何平。

其实在看电影之前，我是不怀有太大希望的，当电影名称出现在大屏幕时，我是疑惑的，而当电影播到一半时，我才明白，向日葵在电影中指的是何平那开朗的精神，不是事物。

小时候的何平，很早就懂得照顾自己，照顾妈妈，本应该拥有的是一个在父母的庇护下受尽宠爱的童年，而何平她没有。父亲离家前一次又一次的嘱托，母亲一而再再而三的疯癫，当她对世界充满绝望时，她凭借强大的内心走出了灰暗的内心世界。生命中的磨难就像一堆厚厚的云彩，不分昼夜地罩在天空上，使你感到前途渺茫，人生本就是一次远航，途中有险有难，但是这又有什么可怕的呢？正是小时候父亲的一句话点亮了她：“平啊，你只要好好学习，我只盼着你考上大学，翅膀硬了，出去后谁还信你是疯子的女儿？”因此，她刻苦学习，但本可以以优异的成绩考上国内数一数二的重点大学的她，只因为家境不允许而放弃。好在天无绝人之路，好心的人们、老师们、同学们……帮助她，最终幸福地生活。

但是再坚强的女孩也有哭泣的时候，有人说，眼泪是弱者的表现，是懦弱的，但是，当所有悲愤的情绪都通过眼泪来发泄的时候，眼泪是坚强的。这时的眼泪说明这个女孩从一个青葱懵懂的小女孩蜕变了，蜕变成了一个成熟的少女，我们应该为她感到高兴。

向日葵，既有夏花般绚烂，又有竹子般永垂不朽。只要自己心中充满阳光，它依旧笑迎困难。

我敬佩她的做事性格，她，何平，这样的女孩子我们不应该怜悯她，不应该为她打抱不平，我们应该尊敬她，佩服她，这个向日葵女孩……

我家种了一亩地的向日葵，每当到了夏季，它们都会争先恐后的开花，这个时候，院子里就飘满了迷人的花香。

七八月间，正是葵花结籽的时候，我跑到向日葵的旁边，准备数一数它有多少个葵花籽。忽然，我发现它有许多的篦子，正当百思不得其解的时候，想起了爸爸给我买的《十万个为什么》。我把书拿了过来，仔细地看，发现里面就有向日葵的介绍，知道了其中的原因。原来，向日葵头顶的那朵大花盘是由近千万朵小花组成的，每一朵小花都会接一粒籽（实际上是果实）。在成熟之后，花盘上密密麻麻的，全是灰白相间的果粒，在这些小颗粒当中，常常会有篦子。

此外，我还知道了向日葵是一种异花授粉的作物，必须靠蜜蜂等昆虫或者微风来传播花粉，有的花朵似乎很不巧，当它开花的时候，遇上阴雨连绵的天气或者播种太晚，再由于其它的自然条件影响，加上授粉不完全，进而就会造成籽粒间的不饱满。要想得到好收成，就要在向日葵开花的时候，帮助它人工授粉。

这一天，我很开心，因为学到了新知识，而且还是课本上学不到的东西。从这以后，我明白了一个道理：生活中处处有知识，只要你留心观察，就一定会有所发现。
